System and method for dynamic evacuation of buildings
A disclosure and claims to systems and methods for allowing rapid detection and display of an emergency condition using a plurality of specially-constructed multifunction sensors and display units, which allow building evacuation plans to be evaluated, modified, and transmitted to building occupants.
Early alert and location intelligence geographic information system
An early alert and location intelligence geographic information system (GIS) includes a plurality of Internet of Thing (IoT) devices and a GIS system. The GIS system tracks locations and movements of the IoT devices and is activated when an IoT device signals detection of a threat or an urgent medical need. Based on locations and escalating state changes of the IoT devices, alerts are provided to the IoT devices, and the threat location, a danger zone and a buffer zone are calculated and displayed on a mobile software application. Based on device proximity to the threat location, the GIS system communicates escape directions and shelter guidance to the mobile software applications of those affected. Smart alert escalations are provided as needed to security, law enforcement and medical personnel.
SAFETY CORRIDOR ARRANGEMENT
The invention relates to a safety corridor arrangement for use in emergency situations, including an activation means, an operation means, associated with an activation centre, and a safety corridor suitable to guide or direct a person on a particular pathway. The activation centre, through activation of the activation means can cause operation of the operation means, and the operation means creates the safety corridor to guide a person along the safety corridor towards an exit. The invention also relates to a point of exit arrangement, and methods of use.
EMERGENCY INCIDENT DETECTION, RESPONSE, AND MITIGATION USING AUTONOMOUS DRONES
A system may be configured to detect an emergency condition at a premises; dispatch one or more autonomous drones to a location associated with the emergency condition; receive from the one or more autonomous drones, sensor data associated with the emergency condition; generate, based on the sensor data, a plan identifying an evacuation route for safely evacuating the premises; and transmit an instruction that causes the one or more autonomous drones to indicate, to one or more persons in a vicinity of the emergency condition, the evacuation route. The system may further detect, based on the sensor data, one or more safe areas in the premises, and the evacuation route may pass through at least one of the one or more safe areas.
Predictive building emergency guidance and advisement system
The disclosed technology uses signaling devices and sensors that are distributed throughout a building in order to provide egress guidance to people located in a building when an emergency occurs. Such signaling devices can be located at or near doors, windows, and/or other junction points between different parts of a building (e.g., passageways between different rooms). Signaling devices can provide audio and/or visual information to people to guide them along a safe pathway that is selected to provide safe egress for the person, including anticipating and protecting the person from changing emergency conditions within the building.
EMULATED FACILITY SAFETY WITH CORRELATED SOUND FREQUENCY MODELING
A computer-implemented method to manage an industrial plant facility, the method including: monitoring multiple streams of input data from a network of sensors at the industrial plant facility, wherein the network of sensors include a plurality of microsound collectors positioned in an area of the industrial plant facility; analyzing, by a server computer, the input data, wherein the input data comprise sound signatures captured by the plurality of microsound collectors; and determining, from the sound signatures, an operation status in the area of the industrial plant facility, wherein the sound signatures originate from the microsound collectors positioned in the area.
SAFETY MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR WELL SITE PERSON, SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A safety management method for well site worker, a safety management system for well site worker and a storage medium are disclosed. The safety management method for well site worker includes acquiring position information of the well site worker; acquiring layout information of a well site, the layout information including position information of a safe region, a dangerous region, and a buffer region between the safe region and the dangerous region in the well site; and in response to the well site worker being located in the buffer region or the dangerous region, sending an alarm signal to warn the well site worker to stay away from the dangerous region.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR GUIDING USING A CONNECTED OBJECT IN A BUILDING
This invention relates to a method for users localization and guidance of the movements of the users through a building adapted in relation to an event, along paths leading to one or more given target places, with connected objects (T, T′) in communication link with a remote resource server which is a control server (S) accessible by a communication network, comprising the following steps: on the basis of a digital model of the building (BIM, CIM), nodes (N) and edges (A) are computed; a user waiting list is assigned to each passage node; a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) of movement toward the target places (“E”, “S”, “W”) is automatically computed with the nodes and the edges (A); the actual location of an event is detected; the actual position of each user located in the building is computed; as a function of the profile of the user, of the user's location in real time in the building causing the inaccessibility of certain nodes of the Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG), the so-called ‘updated’ Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG′) of moving toward the target places; and a sub-graph DODAG′ are computed.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATED PERSONALIZED MESSAGES AND PERSONALIZED EVACUATION GUIDELINES INDOORS OR OUTDOORS
A method and a system automated personalized messages and personalized evacuation guidelines indoors or outdoors can be configured for providing automated personalized messages and/or personalized evacuation guidelines indoors or outdoors avoiding overcrowded routes adaptable to the user's special needs.
NAVIGATION METHOD FOR EVACUATION IN EMERGENCY STATE
A navigation method for evacuation in an emergency state includes creating a visualized map image based on an outdoor space and at least one indoor space in an area. A plurality of indoor locators and a plurality of outdoor locators are used to locate a personal mobile device held by a person. The personal mobile device is located when a controlled event, such as a gunshot event or a fire event, occurs. An augmented reality image is used to guide the person to an emergency refuge area. A visualized mag image is used to provide the person with information containing the location of the personal mobile device, the controlled event location, the emergency refuge area, and an evacuation route, thereby assisting the person in rapidly and easily moving away from the controlled event location.
