LIQUID SENSING ARRANGEMENT FOR BEVERAGE MACHINE
Methods and systems for employing a sensor to detect disconnection of a liquid supply tank and/or a low fill level of the liquid supply tank are disclosed herein. The sensor may have an optical sensor to detect liquid, e.g., to detect a liquid level in a removable liquid supply tank and/or liquid at a pump. The optical sensor can include a body made of a resilient material and including first and second portions and an opening located between the first and second portions. The opening can be configured to receive and frictionally engage with a conduit for carrying liquid, with the first portion configured to support a light emitter and the second portion configured to support a light detector.

This application provides a temperature control apparatus and a fermented tea manufacturing method. The temperature control apparatus includes: a base housing, a controller, a heating component, an air supply component, and a temperature sensing component, where the controller, the heating component, and the air supply component are disposed in an inner cavity of the base housing; the controller is electrically connected to the heating component; the controller is electrically connected to the air supply component; and the controller is electrically connected to the temperature sensing component; and the controller is configured to perform temperature control, and is specifically configured to: control, based on a temperature detected by the temperature sensing component, the heating component to start or stop working, so that a controlled temperature detected by the temperature sensing component is maintained in a first temperature interval; and control, based on a temperature detected by the temperature sensing component, the air supply component to start or stop working, so that a controlled temperature detected by the temperature sensing component is maintained in a second temperature interval. The temperature control apparatus in this application features a small volume, applicability to household purposes, easy operations, and low costs.

The present invention discloses an inner pipe for a liquid heating apparatus, including a hollow pipe body made of a metal or an alloy, where a pipe wall thickness of the pipe body is 0.3-1.0 mm; through a machining method of rolling or pressing, a spiral diversion structure is machined on an inner peripheral wall of the pipe body along an axial direction of the pipe body, so that the spiral division structure is formed to extend along the axial direction of the pipe body. The present invention further discloses a liquid heating apparatus and a manufacturing method therefor. The liquid heating apparatus includes the inner pipe and the outer pipe; a heating assembly is disposed on the outer peripheral wall of the outer pipe.

A beverage manufacturing machine includes a heating mechanism, a brewing mechanism and a cooling mechanism. The heating mechanism heats up drinking water and sends the hot drinking water to the brewing mechanism. There are two brewing mechanisms for brewing a hot drink, and the hot drink in a primary cooling bushing exchanges heat with room temperature water to realize a first cooling. The drink after the first cooling reaches a secondary cooling bushing to exchange heat with a low temperature coolant to realize a second cooling to produce an iced drink. The coolant after the heat exchange enters into a coolant buffer and then reflows to a coolant container, and a compressor drives the heat exchanger to lower the temperature of the coolant. Without requiring high skill, this machine makes good-tasted beverages with appropriate concentration or original iced liquid beverage with great aroma.

A modular brewing system is described for providing hot water and managing power to multiple brew tower modules using a single centralized boiler and power management module so as to limit the number of high-power circuits required in a coffeehouse or store. The boiler and power management module manages power of components of the centralized boiler assembly and any brew tower modules connected thereto, including the boiler heaters, the grinder motors, and the brew chamber heaters.
MODULAR BREW SYSTEMS
A modular brewing system is described for providing hot water and managing power to multiple brew tower modules using a single centralized boiler and power management module so as to limit the number of high-power circuits required in a coffeehouse or store.
