DOORBELL PACKAGE DETECTION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Delivery parcel detection systems can include a doorbell having a first wireless communication system and a parcel holding system configured for placement in an entryway. The doorbell can be communicatively coupled to the parcel holding system. The parcel holding system can comprise a sensor configured to detect a delivery parcel located on the parcel holding system. Systems can include a first communication sent from the parcel holding system to the doorbell in response to the parcel holding system detecting an arrival, a movement, or a removal of the delivery parcel. Systems can also include a second communication sent from the doorbell to a remote computing device in response to the doorbell receiving the first communication.

MONITORING SYSTEM, MONITORING DEVICE, MONITORING METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
A monitoring system according to the present disclosure includes an optical fiber (10) laid in a monitoring area; an authenticating unit (20) configured to authenticate a person or a vehicle passing through a gate (G) for entering the monitoring area; an optical fiber sensing unit (31) configured to acquire, based on an optical signal received from the optical fiber (10), a parameter having a unique pattern corresponding to the pattern of action of the authenticated person or vehicle; and an analyzing unit (32) configured to identify the pattern of action of the authenticated person or vehicle based on the unique pattern of the parameter.
OPTICAL FIBER SENSING SYSTEM, ACTION SPECIFYING APPARATUS, ACTION SPECIFYING METHOD, AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
An optical fiber sensing system according to the present disclosure includes: a cable (20) including optical fibers; a reception unit (31) configured to receive, from at least one optical fiber included in the cable (20), an optical signal on which a vibration detected in each of a plurality of locations on the cable (20) is superimposed; and an action specifying unit (32) configured to specify, based on the optical signal, a location on the cable (20) in which the vibration has been detected and specify an action of a target to be monitored which has caused the vibration, in which the action specifying unit (32) specifies a detection pattern that is used to specify the action of the target to be monitored depending on the environment of the location on the cable (20) in which the vibration has been detected.
Systems and methods for reducing grain theft in harvesting operations
Systems and methods for theft reduction of grain are disclosed. A grain cart includes a theft detection system that monitors grain onboarded into the grain cart from a harvesting machine, and grain offloaded from the grain cart to a trailer. The theft detection system measures a weight value of the grain received from the harvesting machine, and transmits the weight value to a tracking system. Additionally, the theft detection system can receive an expected grain weight value from the harvesting machine and compare the measured weight value with the received weight value, and provide a notification (e.g., alarm) of the difference is greater than a predetermined threshold. The theft detection system can provide similar functions between weight values of grain in the grain cart and a trailer. Also, the theft detection system can encrypt transmit the weight values prior to transmitting to the tracking system.
METHOD AND SYSTEM TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY OF SYSTEM TESTS FOR A SYSTEM HAVING A PLURALITY OF SENSORS
A sensor walk-test may be streamlined by storing an expected behavior of sensor events. The sensor event data is then compared to the expected behavior of sensor events in order to determine which of the plurality of sensors need a sensor walk-test to verify proper operation of the sensor and which of the plurality of sensors do not need a sensor walk-test. A listing of which of the plurality of sensors are determined to need a sensor walk-test to verify proper operation of the sensor is displayed on a display of a user device. Communication testing may be streamlined in a similar manner.

DOORBELL PACKAGE DETECTION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Garage door opening systems can include a parcel identification detection system, a garage door opener, and a first computer system. The parcel identification detection system can be configured to detect a delivery parcel identification code of a delivery parcel. The garage door opener can be configured to open a garage door. The first computer system can be configured to receive the delivery parcel identification code detected by the parcel identification detection system and send a first communication to the garage door opener. The garage door opener can be configured to open the garage door at least partially in response to the first communication.
Pest control system having event monitoring
Pest control systems and methods are described. The systems comprise a portable electronic device which is configured to identify one or more of multiple PCDs within a range of a portable electric device which have been activated, and to provide an indication to a user corresponding to at least one of the identified activated PCDs.
AUTOMATED AREA DENIAL SYSTEM
A system and method for automatically screening anyone arriving to a facility outside of predetermined entry and exit times is provided. The automated screening system denies entry and detains anyone determined to be a threat. An operator may then take the person denied entry into custody or manually override the system to allow the person access to the facility.
