SYSTEM FOR FILTERING AND REGULATING THE ELECTROLYTIC COMPOSITION OF WATER FOR AN ESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE AND ASSOCIATED ESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE
Disclosed herein is a machine for preparing and dispensing espresso coffee comprising a system to regulate the electrolytic composition of the water to be used for the preparation of espresso coffee, the system comprising a water demineralization device, and a device for the addition of at least one organic and/or inorganic salt to the demineralized water.
System and method for real-time automatic scoring of physical and operational properties of automatic espresso coffee machines for both mechanical and end-user optimal use criteria
A system and method is provided for real time automatic scoring of physical and operational properties of automatic espresso coffee machines applicable both for a single machine and a network of machines. The scoring scheme includes semantic context based on automatic monitoring of operation process variables and end-user annotations and scoring criteria. The method is decoupled from the coffee machine's controlling apparatus and utilizes a sensory reading device that is able to communicate over standard and proprietary network protocols with sensors and with other devices of the same type over direct, peer to peer or standard network, and Internet connections.
Coffee machine filter cartridges
Exemplary embodiments of a filter cartridge for a coffee machine are disclosed. According to one exemplary embodiment, a coffee machine filter cartridge may include a filter body having a water inlet, a grate and a water outlet, and a lid held on the filter body. The water inlet is disposed around the water outlet. The water outlet connects to one end of the grate through a pipe. The other end of the grate is held on the inner wall of the filter body and comprises a cloth filter. A filter chamber between the pipe and the filter body has a descaling core. When filtering and descaling, the water flows sequentially through the water inlet, filter chamber, grate, cloth filter, pipe, and water outlet. The cartridge is structurally simple, convenient and accessible to users; preventing clogging of the internal parts of the coffee machine by slow dissolution of the descaling agent.
Apparatus and method for producing beverages from dry ingredients
An apparatus and method for mixing and milling dry ingredients with water to produce a homogenous beverage. The apparatus may include, for example, a water supply, a tubing system, a dry ingredient container, a splash-back prevention unit, and a mixer capable of emulsifying and homogenizing a slurry, which, in accordance with some embodiments, may include large ground course particles (such as nuts) and water. The apparatus may also include a pump configured to move the slurry and homogenized beverage through the tubing, and a motor, which, in accordance in some embodiments in accordance with the present disclosure, controls the mill.
BEVERAGE PROVIDING DEVICE
A beverage providing device includes: a beverage supply unit; a storage section having an area for holding two or more containers each containing a beverage supplied from the beverage supply unit; a provision section including an outlet; a transfer section which transfers, to at least the storage section, each container containing the beverage supplied from the beverage supply unit; an outer wall having a front face provided with at least the outlet and having a side face of the front face. At least part of the beverage supply unit, the storage section, and the transfer section are arranged in an area surrounded by the front face, the side face, a plane parallel to the front face, and a plane parallel to the side face.
Container for filter-as-you-pour system
The invention relates to container bodies configured to be used in filter-as-you-pour systems, where filtering is achieved as the user pours water from the container. Such container bodies may have an undivided internal storage volume, so as to not include a reservoir compartment for unfiltered water. They may be part of systems configured to filter water both as water is introduced into a container body of the system and as water is poured from the container body of the system. The filter assembly may be attached to the container body at a location proximate the outlet of the system. Filter media of the filter assembly may comprise an activated carbon textile material that presents a curved surface to water passing through the filter assembly. The container body may be configured as a pitcher, carafe, water bottle, jug, or other shaped container.
Arrangement for making homemade beer per serving and a brewer apparatus
The object of the invention is to provide an arrangement for brewing homemade beer per serving, which comprises an industrial stage of an industrial arrangement performing pre-fabrication and a domestic stage for home use performing fermentation-free brewing of beer along with preparation for consumption. The invention also describes a brewer apparatus (1) for use at home as well as the application method of the arrangement. The brewer apparatus (1) is comprising at least one receiver unit (2) suitable for the addition and removal of a beer component container (5a, 5b), a liquid transfer unit (3) empties into the receiver unit (2), a filling member (4, 4b) is connected to the receiver unit (2), and a filling member (4, 4b) is connected to a gas transfer unit (8) suitable for delivering carbon dioxide into the end product container (9) or to a siphon (30). The filling member (4, 4b) prevents the overflowing of the beer foam at the bottling by overpressure.
WATER-DISPENSING SYSTEM WITH COFFEE MAKER
The water-dispensing system with coffee maker comprises a water generation system, a condensate pump, a condensate filter, and a coffee maker. The coffee maker further comprises a water storage reservoir and a power circuit. The water generation system, the condensate pump, and the condensate filter are fluidically connected. The condensate filter fluidically connects to the water storage reservoir of the coffee maker. The water generation system and the condensate pump electrically connect to the power circuit. The water-dispensing system with coffee maker is powered using electrical energy provided by a power circuit provisioned through the coffee maker.
DEVICE FOR DELIVERING HOT WATER AND STEAM
A device has a water heating system, a first output for delivering hot water and a second output for delivering steam. A first hydraulic circuit with a first filter supplies the first output and a second hydraulic circuit with a second filter supplies the second output. The first filter comprises a scale inhibitor filter and the second filter comprises an ion exchange filter.
Beverage dispenser for high hygienic requirements
A beverage dispenser includes an inlet for drawing a liquid from a source and an outlet for outputting a beverage to a portable user vessel. A demineralization device demineralizes the liquid from the source and has an input and an output. The input of the demineralization device is coupled with the inlet. A beverage preparation device has an input and an output. The input of the beverage preparation device is coupled with the output of the demineralization device and the output of the beverage preparation device is coupled with the outlet. The beverage preparation device, the outlet, all active components and all passive components downstream of the demineralization device contacting the beverage are made of a biological inert material, particularly a biological inert metal, on any surface contacting the water. All couplings of the beverage dispenser are manufactured such that stagnation even of small quantities of beverage is avoided.
