Digitized voice alerts
Methods, systems and processor-readable media for providing instant/real-time voice alerts automatically to remote electronic devices. An activity can be detected utilizing one or more sensors. A text message indicative of the activity can be generated and converted into a digitized voice alert. The activity can also be a live utterance (e.g., a live announcement), which can then be instantly converted into a digitized voice alert for automatic delivery in a selected series of languages following the base language (e.g., English). The combined digitized voice alert can then be instantly transmitted through a network for broadcast of consecutive alerts (e.g., English followed by Spanish followed by Vietnamese, etc.) to one or more remote electronic devices that communicate with the network for an automatic audio announcement of the digitized voice alert through the one or more remote electronic devices.
Enhanced audiovisual analytics
A monitoring system that is configured to monitor a property includes a camera that is configured to capture video data of the property. The monitoring system further includes a microphone that is configured to capture audio data of the property. The monitoring system further includes a monitor control unit that is configured to access and analyze the video data. The monitor control unit is further configured to determine that an alarm condition does not exist at the property. The monitor control unit is further configured to access and analyze the audio data. The monitor control unit is further configured to override the determination that an alarm condition does not exist at the property. The monitor control unit is further configured to, based on overriding the determination that an alarm condition does not exist at the property, perform a monitoring system action.
CLOUD DEVICE AND USER EQUIPMENT DEVICE COLLABORATIVE DECISION-MAKING
One example cloud-based electronic computing device includes and electronic processor and communicates over a wireless communication network with a User Equipment (UE) device. The electronic processor receives public safety incident information about a public safety incident from a public safety command center. The electronic processor receives metadata representing first gathered data from a location of the public safety incident from the UE device. The electronic processor may determine, based on the public safety incident information and the metadata, whether to process the first gathered data by a first UE device at the location of the public safety incident or by the electronic processor of the cloud-based electronic computing device.

USER INTERFACES FOR MANAGING A TIME-BASED EVENT
The present disclosure generally relates to managing audio output of captured sounds. In some examples, a device can output sound captured by an external device while a time-based process active, where the time-based process ends after a predetermined amount of time has passed since the time-based process was initiated.
Automatic threat identification and response system
A system and method provides for automatic threat identification and response. The system and method detects a first incident and classifies the incident. In response to the classification of the incident, a first human readable indication corresponding to the classification of the incident is transmitted over a communication channel.
HIERARCHICAL ARCHITECTURE OF THE SECURITY SYSTEM OF CONTROLLED AREAS OF THE TERRAIN
The claimed invention relates to systems for the prevention of offenses and detection of offenders in controlled areas of the terrain, and also to systems for monitoring and accounting for the use of weapons. It can be used in the work of law enforcement agencies, within the framework of combining the work of duty operatives and automated subsystems of security services. The technical problem lies in the construction of hierarchical levels of the security system in the controlled areas of the terrain. Provision of organized and reliable operation of the security system is achieved. The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that contactless collection of information from stationary devices for generating audio-video information is carried out by means of a mobile device for generating audio-video information located on a moving object. An array of data is formed, consisting of information from the stationary devices for generating audio-video information and a the mobile device for generating audio-video information, which is transmitted in real time to a system for recognizing and analyzing the received received on the middle level with automated information processing, or, in the case of the loss of communication with the said system for recognition and analysis of the information received, to a remote server of the lower level of collecting primary information. Face recognition and search for matches with faces from the database of the recognition system and analysis of the received information on the middle level is carried out. The results obtained are transmitted to the mobile device for forming audio-video image. Audio analysis of information is performed and a text block of audio data is formed. A protocol of the results of the analysis is formed, which is sent to the upper level with decision making through a secure bidirectional data transmission channel The resulting protocol is divided by means of a system of filters into separate files, each of which is combined according to the category of common features. The files are analyzed using the system for analyzing and predicting the development of the situation. Based on the results of contactless information retrieval from the geolocation system of the service weapon and the fixed electronic unit installed in the service weapon body and forming the weapon use protocol, an array of data on the use of weapons is formed, which is sent to the service weapon accounting system on the control level. An analysis of the legality of the use of weapons is carried out. The received data is transferred to the system for analyzing and predicting of the development of the situation on the top level
Smart-home device installation guidance
Various arrangements for assessing an installation of a smart home device are presented. An orientation of the smart home device may be analyzed to determine whether the orientation of the smart home device is unsuitable for one or more features of the smart home device to function properly. An indication of whether the orientation of the smart home device is unsuitable may be output, such as by the smart home device using voice or lighting.
SYSTEM FOR MANAGING A NETWORK OF PERSONAL SAFETY ACCESSORIES
A personal safety system is provided herein. The system may include: (i) at least two connectable personal accessories, each having at least one sensor to detect a specified event; and a processor to connect the accessory to at least one data network and communicate a detection over the network; (ii) a server; and (iii) at least two instances of an app on respective at least two devices communicatively connected to the at least two accessories. The processor of a first accessory is configured to communicate a detection to a first instance of the app on a first personal device and the first instance app is configured to forward the detection to the server. The server is configured to connect to at least one second instance of the app on a second personal device and communicate the detection to the at least one second instance app.
