LIGHT SOCKET SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS
A light socket surveillance system can be used to enable a first party to communicate with a second party. The light socket surveillance system can be used to detect an audible notification from the first party. In response to detecting the audible notification from the first party, the light socket surveillance system can initiate a communication session with a remote computing device of the second party.
VEHICLE WITH EMERGENCY REPORTING FUNCTION, AND VEHICLE EMERGENCY REPORTING SYSTEM
A vehicle with an emergency reporting function transmits an emergency report in a case where the vehicle is involved in an emergency. The vehicle includes a vehicle communicator and a vehicle memory. The vehicle communicator transmits the emergency report to an operator terminal. The operator terminal acquires emergency-related information by accessing a memory holding the emergency-related information. The emergency-related information includes limited-access information about the vehicle, an occupant of the vehicle, or both. The vehicle memory holds authentication information to be used to access the limited-access information held in the memory. The vehicle communicator transmits the authentication information to the operator terminal, and causes the operator terminal to acquire the limited-access information from the memory, as a part of the emergency-related information, by using the authentication information received from the vehicle.
VEHICLE WITH EMERGENCY REPORTING FUNCTION
A vehicle with an emergency reporting function includes a processor, a vehicle communication device, a first calling device, and a vehicle outside occupant detector. The processor determines, by means of the vehicle outside occupant detector, whether an occupant who has been present inside the vehicle before an emergency is present inside the vehicle or outside the vehicle after the emergency. If the occupant is present inside the vehicle after the emergency, the processor uses the first calling device to enable a communication between an occupant inside the vehicle and an operator terminal. If the occupant is present outside the vehicle after the emergency, the processor additionally uses a second calling device to enable a communication between an occupant present outside or inside the vehicle and the operator terminal. The second calling device allows for a communication outside the vehicle.
AN INTEGRATED END TO END SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ACCIDENT AND MEDICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE
An integrated end to end system and method for accident and medical emergency response are disclosed. The system includes a registration subsystem configured to register one or more entities, an emergency determining subsystem configured to determine one or more emergencies, a healthcare service selection subsystem configured to enable the one or more affected users to select one or more healthcare, a healthcare service provider connecting subsystem configured to connect the one or more healthcare service providers to the one or more affected users, a referral subsystem configured to refer the one or more affected users from one or more rural areas (a primary health centre) to a secondary health centre and from the secondary health centre to a tertiary health centre, a payment receiving subsystem configured to receive a payment from the one or more affected users via the payment card shared within a family as a family tree profile.
Methods and systems to determine multi-parameter managed alarm hierarchy during patient monitoring
The present specification discloses systems and methods of patient monitoring in which multiple sensors are used to detect physiological parameters and the data from those sensors are correlated to determine if an alarm should, or should not, be issued, thereby resulting in more precise alarms and fewer false alarms. Electrocardiogram readings can be combined with invasive blood pressure, non-invasive blood pressure, and/or pulse oximetry measurements to provide a more accurate picture of pulse activity and patient respiration. In addition, the monitoring system can also use an accelerometer or heart valve auscultation to further improve accuracy.
Methods and systems for operating a moving platform to determine data associated with a target person or object
Methods and systems for operating a moving platform to locate a known target at an area associated with the target are disclosed. In an example method to locate the target at the area, a first moving platform, configured with a first type of sensor, is caused to move to the area. An attempt is made to locate, via the first moving platform and the first type of sensor, the target at the area. Based on the attempt, a second moving platform, configured with a second type of sensor, is caused to move to the area. The target is located via the second moving platform and the second type of sensor.
Group leader selection method, and user safety monitoring system and method
The present invention relates to a system and method for monitoring the safety of users in a shaded area, wherein location information about an RFID post installed in a shaded area is identified by means of an RFID tag, so that the location of a work group working in the shaded area can be transmitted to a control server in real time, and the control server compares the location of the work group with operation information about trains, thereby determining whether the work group is in danger or not, makes notification the same, so that the safety of the work group can be secured.
Systems and methods for emergency event capture
An emergency event system may allow for the capture of emergency event data in real time. Users may be able to initiate capture when they believe they are in an emergency event, such as an assault, a robbery, a shooting, an automobile accident, or other threatening situation. In some aspects, when an emergency event is initiated, notifications may be sent out to third parties, such as emergency contact list or emergency response teams. Captured emergency event data may be transmitted and stored in an emergency event database, which may be accessible to third parties and third-party systems, such as for law enforcement. An emergency event capture device may comprise multiple cameras that may concurrently capture media.
Adjunct device and methods for use therewith
A wireless device includes a user interface that generates a pairing signal in response to an indication from a user to pair the wireless device to at least one remote device and generates a first location request signal in response to a second indication from a user to locate the at least one remote device. A short-range wireless transceiver communicates RF signals to pair the wireless device to the at least one remote device and that transmits a first RF paging signal to the at least one remote device in response to the location request signal.
METHODS FOR EMBEDDING PROTECTED VEHICLE IDENTIFIER INFORMATION IN CELLULAR VEHICLE-TO-EVERYTHING (C-V2X) MESSAGES
Various embodiments include methods that may be performed in a computing device of a vehicle for communicating permanent vehicle identification information in vehicle communications in response to detecting that there is a need to send the vehicle permanent identification information to a concerned party. The computing device may generate a message including the vehicle permanent identification information, and transmit the generated message to a roadside unit for routing to the concerned party. In some embodiments, the permanent vehicle identification information may be included in cellular vehicle-to-everything (C-V2X) protocol messages.
