Systems and methods for managing speed thresholds for vehicles

Systems and methods for managing speed thresholds for a fleet of vehicles are disclosed. Input is used to provide associations between particular weather-relation conditions (such as rain) and arithmetic operations, that may be used to determine a current speed threshold as a function of a local posted speed limit at the current location of a vehicle. The current speed threshold is subsequently used to detect whether vehicles are exceeding the current speed threshold.

For each detected vehicle, each sensor can generate sensor data based on the detected vehicle in the dedicated roadway and the data received at the interface. Each sensor can generate observational data and instruct the detected vehicle to switch to an enhanced processing mode. Each sensor can determine an action for the detected vehicle to take based on the generated observational data.

The system may determine a characteristic associated with the first section of the cable based on the vibration. The system may determine a location associated with the characteristic based on the cable map. The system may determine that the first section of the cable is associated with the location based on the location being associated with the characteristic. The system may associate the location and a length of a second section of the cable extending from an initial location to the location. The system may receive an input identifying the length of the second section of the cable and may output the location based on associating the location and the length of the second section of the cable.
