AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT WITH EASILY SERVICED TRUNNION
An agricultural implement includes a frame and an adjustment system on the frame. The adjustment system includes a first component and a second component connected by a trunnion connection. The trunnion connection includes first and second opposed confronting trunnion blocks, each defining a hole therethrough, the holes being aligned one with the other. A trunnion shaft is disposed in the holes of the trunnion blocks and has ends extending beyond outer surfaces of the trunnion blocks. At least one end of the trunnion shaft defines an opening therethrough. End stops are provided at each end of the trunnion shaft, at least one of the end stops having a portion insertable into the opening. The end stops are larger than the aligned holes to prevent withdrawal of the trunnion shaft from the trunnion blocks.
AUTOMATED LEVELING AND DEPTH CONTROL SYSTEM OF A WORK MACHINE AND METHOD THEREOF
An agricultural implement includes a transversely extending frame forming a first, a second, and a third frame section. A first actuator is coupled to the first frame section, a second actuator coupled to the second frame section, and a third actuator coupled to the third frame section. Sensors are coupled to each frame section to detect a height of the respective frame section relative to an underlying surface. A control unit is disposed in electrical communication with the sensors and operably controls the actuators to adjust the height of each frame section.

TILLAGE IMPLEMENT WITH PRELOAD ASSEMBLY
A tillage implement, a tillage machine, and a method of tilling soil is provided. The tillage implement includes a mounting bracket that couples to a rolling frame, a shank pivotably coupled to the mounting bracket via a hinge assembly, a soil working tool operatively coupled to a distal end of the shank, and a preload assembly for moving the shank to a loaded position that is rotationally offset from an unloaded position. The tillage machine includes a rolling frame that is pulled by a tow vehicle when tilling a field and multiple ones of the tillage implements operatively coupled to the rolling frame that contact and till the field. And the method includes attaching the tillage implement to a rolling frame, preloading the hinge assembly by moving the shank to a loaded position that is rotationally offset from the unloaded position, and contacting the soil with the soil working tool.
Variable angle disc hub for a tiller jump arm assembly
A jump arm assembly for a tilling machine includes a jump arm and a disc hub assembly. The jump arm has a first end coupled to a frame unit of the tilling machine and a second end opposite the first end. The disc hub assembly includes a an arm end configured to be fixedly secured to the second end of the jump arm, and an opposing disc end. A first plane defined by the arm end of the disc hub assembly is arranged in non-parallel relation with respect to a second plane defined by the disc end of the disc hub assembly.

Tillage apparatuses and related methods
An apparatus, which may be a tillage apparatus, has a flexible frame. The frame may be made from open members. The frame may support ground engagers and may be supported on wheel assemblies. The ground engagers may be connected to a spring trip mechanism. The ground engagers may be mounted to open members of the frame with a clamping style mechanism. The clamp mechanism may include wedge devices. The frame may be lowered and raised relative to wheels of the wheel assemblies with a lift mechanism. One row of ground engagers may be raised or lowered relative to the frame independent of another row of ground engagers. An anti-skid or skew control system may be employed in association with the independent height adjustment of one row of ground engagers. A system may be provided to maintain and control the height of a tow hitch forming part of the apparatus.
Gang angle adjustment for a work machine and method thereof
An agricultural implement includes a transversely extending frame forming at least a first frame section, a second frame section, and a third frame section, where the first frame section is disposed between the second and third frame sections. A pair of elongated gang assemblies are on the first frame section, an elongated gang assembly is on the second frame section, and an elongated gang assembly is on the third frame section. Each of the gang assemblies is horizontally adjustable relative to the frame. An actuator for each gang assembly operably controls the angular adjustment of the gang assemblies, and a fluid source supplies fluid to the actuators. The actuator on the second frame section is a master actuator for one of the actuators on the first frame section, and the actuator on the third frame section is a master actuator for the other actuator on the first frame section.
