GAS POWERED PIZZA OVEN
A gas-powered oven includes a cooking surface and a heat deflecting frame, such that the cooking surface and heat deflecting frame collectively define at least a portion of a cooking chamber. An outer housing extends around the cooking surface and the heat deflecting frame, with the outer housing having an opening formed therein and in communication with the cooking chamber. A first burner is connectable to a gas source and is located within the outer housing and spaced from the cooking chamber. The first burner is elongate and includes a first array of openings formed therein. A second burner is connectable to the gas source and extends into the cooking chamber toward a portion of the heat deflecting frame. The second burner includes a tapered passageway and an expanding passageway downstream of the tapered passageway to achieve desired flow characteristics of the gas flowing through the second burner.

Systems and methods for autonomous delivery management are disclosed. In various embodiments, the system includes one or more processors and a memory storing instructions which, when executed by the processor(s), cause the autonomous delivery management system to provide a user interface for a customer to enter subscription information, receive subscription information from the user interface where the subscription information includes an item and a time interval for regularly delivering the item to the customer, store the subscription information, determine a handling itinerary for the item that includes delivery of the item in compliance with the time interval, and communicate instructions to an autonomous vehicle based on the handling itinerary.

The present disclosure discloses an air fryer applicable for cooking a pizza, including a bottom bracket provided in a cooking cavity of the air fryer, wherein an air duct plate is provided between an upper part of the bottom bracket and a heating pipe on the top of the cooking cavity, a passing-air reflux port is provided in the middle of the air duct plate, an edge of the air duct plate extends downwards to form a hot air passage with an inner wall of the cooking cavity, and a pizza placement cavity is formed between the bottom bracket and the air duct plate.

An example oven can include: a main body defining a cooking cavity; a front portion of the main body defining a front opening for receiving a food item and acting as an air vent; a baking stone positioned to support the food item; a tray assembly including a grate positioned in the main body; and a gas burner positioned adjacent to the baking stone and the tray assembly; wherein the gas burner is configured to combust a gas to heat the cooking cavity; wherein the gas burner is positioned to ignite fuel on the grate of the tray assembly to further heat the cooking cavity; and wherein the gas burner is positioned to heat at least a portion of the baking stone.
Portable baking oven
A portable baking oven has an upper portion and a lower portion that define a baking chamber are disclosed. A baking chamber opening may be defined entirely by the oven upper portion. The upper portion may pivot away from the lower portion to allow access to the interior of the oven for cleaning. The oven may include a gas-powered infrared bottom burner and a gas-powered curved back burner.

A cooking appliance (10) including: a body (12) with a front face; at least one projection (24, 26, 28) extending from the front face, and that is manipulated by a user to control the appliance (10); and an interface (30) releasably mounted on the front face adjacent the projection (24, 26, 28), the interface (30) being mountable in a first orientation or a second orientation, with the orientation to be selected by the user when mounting the interface (30) on the front face.
