Systems and methods for assisting a user in practicing a musical instrument
The present disclosure is related to systems and methods for assisting a user in practicing a smart musical instrument. The method includes obtaining a real-time image of the user playing the smart musical instrument. The method also includes obtaining information associated with a current key being pressed and information associated with a plurality of reference fingerings from the smart musical instrument. The method also includes displaying the real-time image in real-time. The method also includes determining whether a current fingering associated with the current key being pressed matches with a reference fingering, of the plurality of reference fingerings, associated with the current key being pressed. In response to a determination that the current fingering associated with the current key being pressed does not match the reference fingering, the method further includes generating a reminder. The method still further includes displaying the reference fingering corresponding to the current fingering.
System to teach mathematics using virtual musical instruments and associated methods
A system to teach mathematics using virtual musical instruments displayed on a client computing device includes a server, a database stored on the server, an application stored on the server, and a plurality of songs stored on the server. The system also includes a plurality of mathematical equations stored in the database, where each mathematical equation comprises a composite of musical notes and mathematical operators. The system includes a local application stored on the client computing device to display the virtual musical instrument and is configured to display a correct indicator in response to the user solving the mathematical equation correctly when the user plays a musical note on the virtual musical instrument corresponding to the numerical answer that correlates to the song.
Musical Chord Conversion Aid Device
The present invention relates to a music chords conversion device. The device is used for providing instant representation showing conversion or correlation of major chords to minor chords and vice versa. The device can come in two variants (1) a physical device (2) a digital device. The physical device has a chords conversion component and a minor chords component wherein the minor chords component is configured to slide into the chords conversion component through a cut-out opening. The minor chords can be correlated to the major chords and displayed in a viewing region of the chords conversion component. The digital device includes a memory for storing the chords conversion and also includes a digital display for displaying the converted minor and major chords.
SHEET MUSIC DISPLAY DEVICE
A sheet music display device, including a display unit constructed to be transparent, a stand assembly, including a body disposed on at least a portion of the display unit, and an illumination unit longitudinally disposed on at least a portion of the body toward the display unit to illuminate the display unit, such that the display unit renders a sheet of music thereon, a pole perpendicularly disposed at a first end away from the stand assembly with respect to a direction, and a base disposed on at least a portion of a second end of the pole to support the pole thereon.
Artificially intelligent music instruction methods and systems
Apparatus and associated methods relate to comparing a musical score model to a captured performance of the musical score, calculating a degree of similarity between the musical score model and the captured performance based on the comparison, and automatically evaluating the captured performance based on the degree of similarity and musical score degree of difficulty determined as a function of the musical score entropy. In an illustrative example, a musician may be learning to play the musical score. The musical score may be modelled, for example, based on pitch, volume, and rhythm, permitting comparison to the captured performance of the musical score. In some examples, the musical score degree of difficulty may be adapted based on the captured performance evaluation. Some embodiments may generate musical scores based on the captured performance evaluation. Various examples may advantageously provide corrective instruction based on the degree of difficulty and the captured performance evaluation.
System, method and apparatus for directing a presentation of a musical score using artificial intelligence
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, receiving content in the form of musical score sheets or other data that includes instructions to play notes on a particular instrument, guidance that is enabled with respect to the content, obtaining new input such as musical scores or other instructions responsive to determining that the guidance is enabled, and obtaining the guidance with respect to a display of the content, where the obtained guidance is based on the input. The instructions may include the end user take certain action in playing the instrument or physical action in a marching band context. Artificial intelligence may be used to issue new documents, instructions or guidance. A GPS and drone communications system is also disclosed. Other embodiments are disclosed.
MUSIC LEARNING AID
A music learning aid, comprising: a first rotatable circular substrate having a radius (R1) comprising an in-use first visible circular scale displayed on the first substrate, the visible display comprising a plurality of indicia for indicating corresponding musical notes such that the musical notes indicated in the visible display scale ascend in frequency in a clock-wise or anti-clockwise direction; a second circular substrate having a radius (R3), the second substrate being arranged to be substantially concentric and rotatable relative to the first substrate by the fastening arrangement to enable the second substrate to rotate relative to the first substrates, the second substrate comprising a polygon with vertices of the polygon being located along the circumference of the second substrate, the second substrate comprising respective indicia corresponding to each of the vertices for indicating a respective musical mode selected from a set of a plurality of musical modes.
GENERATING OPERATIONAL AND REALISTIC MODELS OF PHYSICAL SYSTEMS
An exemplary method of generating a model of a physical environment includes generating a physical model of the physical environment using measured data from the physical environment, where the physical model includes spatial data about objects in the physical environment, correlating the physical model of the physical environment with a process model including components in the physical environment and interconnections between the components reflecting connections between the components in the physical environment, and generating the model of the physical environment by correlating the physical model of the physical environment with components of the process model based on information from a relational model associated with the physical environment, where the relational model includes probability distributions regarding component attributes of the components and relationships between components.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DISPLAYING MUSIC SCORE IN TARGET MUSIC VIDEO
The present application provides techniques for displaying music score segments in target music videos. The techniques comprise determining a digital music score corresponding to a piece of music comprised in a target music video; determining a segment of the digital music score corresponding to a current playing progress of the target music video based at least in part on a playing progress of the target music video; generating an image of a music score segment corresponding to the segment of the digital music score based on a predetermined condition; and presenting the image on a corresponding interface of playing the target music video.
