ROTATABLE GRILLING DEVICE
A rotatable grilling device that may be used to rotate a grilling surface relative to a heat source of a grilling device. The rotatable grilling device may comprise a support structure for supporting the grilling surface relative to the heating device. The support structure may allow for rotation and the efficient transfer of heat to the grilling surface.
Forced Air Grill
This grills temperature is controlled by the use of thermocouple to turn a fan on and off which supplies air to the fuel. The thermocouple signal is sent to a chip, which amplifies the signal. The signal is sent to another chip, which compares thermocouple voltage to a voltage supplied from a voltage divider circuit. When the set point of the voltage divider circuit is above the thermocouple voltage, the fan will turn on supplying air to the fuel, which will increase the temperature. When the voltage of the thermocouple reaches the set point voltage of the voltage divider circuit, the fan will turn off. The fan can also be operated by a timer circuit to turn the fan on and off at different time intervals. A switch on the control panel lets you select which method you want to use. The design of the grill makes it easy to add charcoal and clean out ashes. The removable tray gives you an option to prevent flare-ups so you don't have to constantly monitor the grill. This grill can be used for either grilling or smoking meat.
SOCIAL GRILL SYSTEM
A social grill method and system can include: a social surface including a top surface, a side extension, and a rounded edge between the top surface and the side extension, the side extension extended down away from the top surface; a chassis mounted below the social surface, the chassis including a fixed connection and a lid pivot; a mounting bracket coupled to the lid pivot; a lid coupled to the mounting bracket, the mounting bracket configured to rotate about the lid pivot and enable an open configuration with the lid retracted under the social surface and a closed configuration with the lid extending up over the social surface.
COOKING APPARATUS
Cooking apparatus comprises an oven. The oven comprises a cooking chamber, a heated air source and two or more vents through which, in use, heated air can vent from the cooking chamber. The two or more vents comprise at least one lower vent and at least one upper vent. The at least one lower vent is provided at a lower height than the at least one upper vent. The at least one upper vent is controllable to regulate a flow of heated air therethrough.
Toolbox Grill Assembly
In some embodiments, a barbecue grill assembly may include a barbecue grill and a telescoping arm including a coupling mechanism configured to couple to a trailer hitch assembly of a vehicle. The barbecue grill assembly may further include a bearing mechanism including a first portion coupled to the telescoping arm and including a second portion coupled to a bottom surface of the barbecue grill. The bearing mechanism may be configured to selectively rotate the barbecue grill about a pivot axis. In some embodiments, the barbecue grill assembly may include a housing that may be configured to disguise the barbecue grill as a tool box.
Grill cooking device for digitizing coal with pixelation control
The disclosure provides for a device for selectively agitating briquettes on a grill supporting plate. The device includes a variable frequency vibrational device, a power source, and a control circuit that controls the vibrational device at selected frequencies to create various Chladni patterns in the plate and, therefore, heating patterns over the surface of a briquette-supporting pan. The plate supports one or more pieces of charcoal and the device is integrated into the pan. When turned on, the vibrational device vibrates at a selected frequency. This vibration is translated to the briquette-supporting plate and causes different charcoal briquettes to selectively vibrate. The device is capable of selectively activating or pixilating briquettes to generate higher temperatures over different surface areas of the plate when the grill is cooking one or more pieces of food requiring different degrees of grilling or cooking.
GRILL AND WOOD-CHARCOAL CHAMBER
A grill, comprising a housing (1), a carrier shell (3) arranged inside the housing (1) at a distance from the housing (1) on all sides, a substantially cylindrical wood-charcoal chamber (20), which stands in the carrier shell (3) and has a cover (24), a grill grate arranged above the wood-charcoal chamber (20), and an air supply device, which produces an air flow directed into the wood-charcoal chamber (20) from below the carrier shell (3), is characterized in that the cylindrical wall (23) of the wood-charcoal chamber (20) is produced from a stainless-steel sheet and in that the stainless-steel sheet is slotted, perforated, or stretched.
COOKING CHAMBER LIGHTING FOR PELLET GRILLS
Pellet grills and associated methods of operation are disclosed. An example pellet grill includes an end cap, a liner coupled to the end cap, and a compartment formed between the end cap and the liner. The example pellet grill further includes a lighting module having a light source. The light source is positioned within the compartment. The light source is configured to project light through an opening formed in the liner and into an interior of a cooking chamber of the pellet grill.
PELLET HOPPER LINER
A pellet hopper for use in a pellet grill includes a first bottom panel, a second bottom panel, and a third bottom panel. Each bottom panel has an inner edge that partially defines a pellet evacuation opening. The first, second, and third bottom panels form respective first, second, and third nonzero angles relative to a horizontal plane. In this way, each bottom panel tilts downward toward the pellet evacuation opening.
Flue and Vent Grilling System
A method and apparatus can include: a body; a hood covering coupled to the body, the hood covering including an outer shell, the outer shell including an exhaust port; a flue attached to the outer shell, the flue including a flue output and a flue input; and a grating mounted within the body.
