PELLET COOKING STATION AND SYSTEM FOR IGNITING PELLETS AND METHOD THEREOF
A heating system configured to employ pellets as a fuel source for cooking and configured to be initially ignited with a gas fuel. The heating system including a gas line configured to feed gas to a fire pot. The fire pot being located in a main body. The fire pot includes one or more screens to define a region within the fire pot such that the one or more screens are sized and configured to block pellets from entering the region. Further, the gas line is associated with a mixing structure configured to mix the gas fuel and oxygen together.
MULTI-POINT-CONTROLLED PELLET SMOKER AND GRILL
A control system for a pellet fueled cooking device includes at least two adjustable smokestacks selectively allowing combustion gases to escape from a cooking chamber, and an air adjustment mechanism being adjustable between a first position where air flow into a firepot is substantially blocked and a second position where airflow into the firepot is allowed.
Grill Device
The present invention relates generally to the field of grills. More specifically, the present invention relates to a grill device that is primarily comprised of a base with at least one wheel and an ash collector, as well as a body further comprised of at least one pull out tray and at least one lid. The device is durable such that it can withstand high temperature differences between its inner and outer surfaces. The device is also comprised of a pull out tray that allows the contents inside the device to be pulled from the device to be flipped, turned, or generally checked on without opening the lid, losing minimal heat to the atmosphere. In this manner, the device can be applied to any grilling or barbecuing setting such that the heat within the device may be evenly distributed to the contents, preventing longer cook times and uneven cooking.
Drum smoking assembly
A drum smoking assembly is configured to utilize uniform, cyclonic circulation flow of air, heat and smoke for smoking and cooking food. The drum smoking assembly has a drum smoker that is approximately cylindrical and further comprises interior and exterior surfaces. Two side openings extend through the interior and exterior surfaces which are joined to air intakes tangentially connected to the exterior surface. A basket is arranged within the drum smoker above the first side opening and the second side opening. A twelve vane straightening perforate plate is arranged within the drum smoker above the basket. A lid is rotationally connected to the drum smoker and further comprising a chimney cap. A heat source in the basket pulls air through the first air intake and the second air intake that is then pushed through the twelve vane straightening perforate plate toward the chimney cap, creating a cyclonic air flow.
GRILL STOVE
A grill stove contains: a body and an accommodation unit. The body includes a grill hold plate and a support rack which has a first fixer and a second fixer, and a hollow space is defined between the first fixer and the second fixer. The first fixer has at least one first receiving orifice, and the second fixer has at least one second receiving orifice. The accommodation unit includes an object holder and a quick release unit, and the object holder has a storage portion with an opening facing upward, a peripheral rib, a chamber, a partition, and at least one locating bolt. The quick release unit has a movable insertion, a spring, and a connection ring. The spring abuts against the partition, and the movable insertion has a cutout configured to receive the connection ring and to contact with a second end of the spring.
Cooking appliance with programmable zone profiles
A temperature display and/or control system is disclosed for a cooing apparatus, such as a grill, comprising a plurality of individual zones to provide individual zone temperatures. Each zone of the grill is associated with a temperature sensor, such as a thermocouple, and a visual indicator to indicate the zone temperature, such as control knob bearing a multi-color LED. A controller obtains a signal from the temperature sensor indicating a raw temperature and converts the raw temperature to an actual zone temperature based on a temperature profile selected for the zone. The temperature profile is configurable for each zone based on a configuration of the zone in order to maintain an accurate temperature conversion despite alterations to an environment.
L-SHAPED SMOKER BOXES FOR GAS GRILLS
Example L-shaped smoker boxes for gas grills are disclosed. An example smoker box includes a base and a lid. The base includes a bottom wall having an L-shaped profile. The lid includes a top wall having an L-shaped profile.
Barbecue with spit functionality
A barbecue with spit functionality, the barbecue including: a barbecue body having a first opening and a second opening; a first spit support member mounted in the first opening and settable at a storage position, in which the first spit support member is substantially contained within the barbecue body, or one or more use positions, in which the first spit support member at least partially protrudes from the barbecue body; a second spit support member mounted in the second opening and settable at a storage position, in which the second spit support member is substantially contained within the barbecue body, or one or more use positions, in which the second spit support member at least partially protrudes from the barbecue body; and a spit rod releasably engageable with the first and second spit support members when the first and second spit support members are in their respective use positions.
PELLET COOKER
A cooking apparatus, including a body defining an interior cooking chamber and a combustion chamber coupled to the body. The combustion chamber is arranged to heat the cooking chamber, and includes a fuel supply port and an air supply port separate from the fuel supply port. A fuel supply assembly is coupled to the body, and includes a fuel supply reservoir arranged to provide fuel to the fuel supply port. An air supply assembly is coupled to the body, and includes an air moving member arranged to move air towards the air supply port. A baffle is within the combustion chamber separating a combustion zone from the air supply port.
