An oven apparatus includes an oven portion and an oven controller. The oven portion has an upper chamber with an oven opening, a support platform having a void space in the center of the support platform for accommodating a rotary structure on which an object can be arranged, and a heating device is arranged in the upper chamber. The oven controller has a power module electrically coupled to an external power source for providing a power required for operation of oven apparatus, and a heating control module further having a first and a second heat control units electrically coupled to the heating device and the rotary structure, respectively, for controlling a temperature of the heating device and a temperature of the rotary structure, respectively. In addition, the oven apparatus further has a conduit assembly around the oven housing for recycling the emitted heat.

The present BBQ oven with controllable level position of charcoal chamber and inserts generally comprises a truncated spherical body including a thermometer and recesses for barbecuing food and/or insert holding rods in the upper portion of body, and the first necks (for control of the level position of the burning charcoal chamber, comprising a plate for charcoal), second neck (for an air flow control), sleeve and clamping member in the lower portion of the body.

A portable and convertible cooking device comprises a grilling and smoking cabinet, a tether, and a leg assembly, where the cabinet is convertible from a grill to a smoker and back to a grill. The cabinet is moveable from a fixed horizontal position on the leg assembly, for operating the cooking device as a grill, to a fixed vertical position on the leg assembly, for operating the cooking device as a smoker where the tether holds the cabinet in the smoking position. The leg assembly comprises a pair of U-shaped stands which are pivotally connected at respective hinges, such that the leg assembly is collapsible. Disclosed is a multipurpose oven including a base, a basin body and a charcoal tray. The basin body is provided on the base and is supported by the base, the basin body is configured for burning wood, and the charcoal tray is detachably provided in the basin body and is configured for holding charcoal. When the user needs to burn wood, the charcoal tray is removed from the basin body, and the wood is placed in the basin body and being ignited; at this time, the multipurpose oven can be configured as a stove. When the user needs to burn charcoal, the charcoal tray is installed in the basin body, and the charcoal is placed in the charcoal tray for burning; at this time, the multipurpose oven can be configured as a charcoal stove.

A container suitable for capturing fire, said container comprising an outer housing having an open top and a closed bottom, an inner fire-containing receptacle fitting within the outer housing, a grate, and means to raise or lower one of the grate or fire-containing receptacle, said container comprising a lid fashioned to engage with the open top of the outer housing, and a tripod stand capable of suspending the container and comprising a lift system engaged to said lid to operate the lid from a position engaged with the open top to a position disengaged with the open top.

A grill system having a housing, a frame, movably imbedded inside the housing through a top of the housing, a grate covering a top of the frame, a wheel adjacent to a side of the housing, connected to a wheel shaft, parallel to the grate and connected to the frame, a lock securing the wheel in set positions, and a heat source inside the frame below the grate and above the wheel shaft. The wheel and wheel shaft being rotatable such that the frame and the grate are raised or lowered out of or into the housing as the wheel and wheel shaft rotate. The heat source is movable independent from the wheel, wheel shaft, frame, and grate, and the grate cannot be lowered below the heat source.

A container suitable for capturing fire, the container comprising an outer housing having an open top and a closed bottom, an inner fire-containing receptacle fitting within the outer housing, a grate, and a system to raise or lower one of the grate or fire-containing receptacle; the container comprising a lid fashioned to engage with the open top of the outer housing; and a tripod stand capable of suspending the container and comprising a lift system engaged to the lid to operate the lid from a position engaged with the open top to a position disengaged from the open top.

A grill apparatus includes a fire tray removably carried by a stand. When carried by the stand, the fire tray is used for cooking in combination with cooking utensils. When the fire tray is removed from the stand, the fire tray functions as a fire pit that can be used on the ground, on a pad, or on a table. The fire tray is readily removable and replaceable so that the fire tray can be used for cooking, then removed and then used as a fire pit at a different location. The grill provides a slidable connection between the stand and fire tray that allows a user lifts the fire tray up from between a plurality of supports to remove the fire tray from the stand. The fire tray is replaced by reversing this process.
