Three-dimensional decal with high-resolution image and removable adhesive
A three-dimensional self-adhesive decal is disclosed. The decal includes a semi-rigid base sheet with an elevated coupling structure with an outer vertical wall. The base sheet also includes a removable adhesive layer and a release liner on a bottom surface of the base sheet. The elevated coupling structure may be either an elevated coupling ridge or an elevated foam coupling plateau. The decal also includes an upper 3-dimensional portion thermoformed from a semi-rigid plastic sheet. The 3-D portion includes a bottom-edge, vertically oriented coupling band that is constructed to couple with the outer vertical wall of the semi-rigid base sheet.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR AUTHENTICATING PRODUCTS
Exemplary embodiments of a method of authentication of a food product, such as an animal (land or sea) or produce can be provided. The method can comprise tagging a food product with a unique code, obtaining an image of the food product contemporaneous with the tagging, recording vital information associated with the food product, the vital information including one or more of the image of the food product, a date and time the food product was tagged, a weight of the food product, a location the food product was obtained and a type of the food product, uploading the vital information to a computer server, and associating the vital information with the unique code so that the vital information is specific to each food product.

The present invention is a container having a label that is embedded in the container and a method of temporarily marking the container over the label. The container is sufficiently transparent to allow indicia formed on the label to be ascertained through a wall of the container. The exterior wall of the container may be written upon with a marker that leaves marks that are erasable from the exterior of the container. A method of producing the container is described.

A method of applying labels to a store shelf in a retail environment. The method includes applying labels with adhesive strips applied to a bottom surface of each label and a top laminate layer with a release coating applied to the top surface of each label. The labels in the pad are sequenced according to a store's planogram.
Personal Identification Marking Label Device
The present invention relates to a novel identification label that can be customized. The labels are designed to be either integrated or removably attached on exterior surface of consumer product containers allowing users to avoid potential confusion with respect to ownership, use or control of their containers. The label has an opaque scratch-off blank surface that can be removed to create a personalized identification mark. The label may have an UV-ink coating or can have a label layer for creating identification mark when the scratch-off blank surface is scratched. The labels are designed to be affixed on any personal item to prevent items from accidentally being misidentified.

An inlay or identifier element system for identifying and/or matching corresponding parts of an apparatus includes a color coding or other indicia on a visible surface of an inlay and a pocket formed on the apparatus. The inlay is inserted in the pocket, which is positioned to identify a first part of the apparatus. A matching color coding or indicia is on a second part of the apparatus to be coupled to the first part.
Label Measurement System for a Container
The present application is directed to a rotating shrink label measurement systems for a container and methods thereof. A base label may be adhered to the container, and measurement information displayed on the base label. A top label may cover at least a portion of the base label. The top label may be rotatable about the base label to a specific unit of measurement. The top label may have a transparent window allowing measurement information for the specific unit of measurement to be visible through the transparent window. The container and top label may be enclosed by a tamper evident sleeve.
