Oven apparatus
An oven apparatus includes an oven portion and an oven controller. The oven portion has an upper chamber with an oven opening, a support platform having a void space in the center of the support platform for accommodating a rotary structure on which an object can be arranged, and a heating device is arranged in the upper chamber. The oven controller has a power module electrically coupled to an external power source for providing a power required for operation of oven apparatus, and a heating control module further having a first and a second heat control units electrically coupled to the heating device and the rotary structure, respectively, for controlling a temperature of the heating device and a temperature of the rotary structure, respectively. In addition, the oven apparatus further has a conduit assembly around the oven housing for recycling the emitted heat.
Lifting mechanism and steak grill
A lifting mechanism is disclosed including: a base, on both sides of which a first vertical guide rail and a second vertical guide rail are provided respectively; a driving mechanism, including a first sliding block slidably mounted on the first guide rail, a motor assembly fixedly mounted on the first sliding block, a first rack arranged on the first guide rail, a first gear engaged with the first rack, a second sliding block slidably mounted on the second guide rail, a second rack arranged on the second guide rail, a second gear engaged with the second rack and a linkage shaft connected with the first and second gears and driven to rotate by the motor assembly; and a connecting mechanism connected with an external component and drivable by the driving mechanism to move up and down.
Cooking assembly
A cooking assembly is provided. The cooking assembly includes first, second, third, and fourth side walls defining an interior region. The cooking assembly further includes a skewer having a shaft, a handle, and a sprocket. The skewer is configured to be rotatably and removably coupled to the first and second side walls such that a portion of the shaft between the sprocket and the handle is rotatably disposed in a first groove of the first side wall, and the second end of the shaft extends through a first aperture of the second side wall, and the sprocket of the skewer is disposed in the interior region. The cooking assembly further includes a chain drive assembly coupled to the first side wall.
ROTISSERIE CLAMP
Rotisserie forks and a basket for use on a motorized elongated spit rod having a central axis and a sharpened tip, wherein the forks or basket have a) a split shaft collar having an opening that slidably receives the spit rod and has an inside diameter, and b) a lever-action quick-release clamp that surrounds the shaft collar, has open and closed lever positions, and moves between its open and closed positions in a direction perpendicular to the spit rod central axis. When open, the lever enables the shaft collar and fork or basket to move along the spit rod central axis. When closed, the lever reduces the shaft collar inside diameter so that the fork or basket does not move along the spit rod central axis during rotisserie grilling. The lever does not lengthen the forks or basket along the spit rod central axis when moved between its open and closed positions.
Rotisserie spit
A ruled rotisserie spit for use in a motorized rotisserie device in a grill. The spit has an elongated spit rod having a central axis and a sharpened tip, a spit rod centerline corresponding to the spit rod center of mass, a food centerline axially displaced from the spit rod centerline and corresponding to a desired midpoint for food that will be grilled using the rotisserie device, and one or more pairs of index marks or other discernible indicia on the spit rod located either side of and equidistant from the food centerline.
Automatic meat cutting apparatus
An automatic meat cutting apparatus includes: a skewer holding system to hold a skewer with meat in a vertical position and to rotate the skewer about a vertical axis of rotation, a grill unit to grill meat on the skewer, a meat cutting device to cut meat from the skewer, and an actuator system to move the cutting device with respect to the skewer. The automatic meat cutting apparatus further includes: a sensor device arranged to provide a sensor signal representative for a location of the meat on the skewer, and a processing unit to control the actuator system to move the cutting device to a desired cutting position on the basis of the sensor signal.
CONVERTIBLE ROTISSERIE SUPPORT INSERT FOR A BARBECUE GRILL
A convertible rotisserie support insert for a barbecue grill has an arcuate body portion (13) having an open front end (45) and a back end (23), and a height that tapers from a maximum height at the open front end of the body portion to a minimum height at the back end of the body portion. A front cover portion (21) is removably attachable to the arcuate body portion so as to extend across the front opening of the arcuate body portion. The front cover portion has at least one upwardly extending lid support structure (41) configured to support the hinged lid (55) of a barbecue grill (51) in a first angled use position relative to the bowl (53) of the barbecue grill when the convertible rotisserie support insert is placed on the rim of a hinged lid barbecue bowl. Removal of the front cover portion allows the hinged lid of the barbecue grill to drop down onto the top side (15) of the arcuate body portion (13) to a second angled use position relative to the bowl of the barbecue grill.
Cooking Device Shaft Assembly
A shaft assembly is provided. The shaft assembly has a shaft, a sprocket, a spring and a shaft retainer. The shaft has a first and second end. A head is disposed on the first end of the shaft. The head is configured not to extend through a first aperture of the front side wall of a cooking device. The second end of the shaft extends through and is rotatably supported by the first aperture. The sprocket and spring are slidably and rotatably disposed on second end of shaft. The second end of the shaft receives a shaft retainer such that the spring is held compressed and self aligns the shaft assembly perpendicular and the sprocket parallel to a side wall and endless chain support members of the cooking device.
Demountable and portable electric rotating spit grill
The invention relates to a demountable electric rotating spit grill, which is designed to be installed and flexibly adjusted over any heating source, and at the same time, is suitable for installation on any type of surface in which the heating source can be generated. The purpose of the inventive electric rotating spit grill has been focused on satisfying the basic needs of the user when cooking any type of food on the grill or barbeque; therefore it is especially attractive for its transportability and portability, as it is completely demountable and easily of assembling at any place where it will be used.
