Child resistant packaging

A child resistant blister pack includes a blister layer which includes one or more blister cavities for receiving a product. A frangible retaining layer is attached to the blister layer over the blister cavities to retain the product within the blister cavities. A first backing layer is attached to the retaining layer on a side opposite the blister layer. The first backing layer has one or more lines of weakness aligned with the blister cavities. A second backing layer is attached to the first backing layer on a side opposite the retaining layer. The second backing layer has a plurality of removable sections. At least two removable sections are arranged over each line of weakness in the underlying first backing layer.

The invention relates to a wash-off label structure and an adhesive layer comprising a pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive layer sensitive to the washing conditions. According to an embodiment the adhesive layer comprises an acrylate composition curable with ultraviolet radiation and at least one modifier selected from a tackifier, a plasticizer and a filler, and wherein the peel adhesion from the labelled surface at 50-80° C. in alkaline aqueous solution of at least 30% less than the peel adhesion at room temperature of 23° C.±2° C. and relative humidity of 50%±5%. The invention further relates to a use of the label for recyclable or reusable packages, and a combination of a package and a wash-off label.

Dye sublimation fabric separated elements

A laminate that possesses dye sublimation properties, particularly for use as tagless labels and embellishments for garments, apparel, fabric items and so forth such as sportswear fabrics, clothing and accessories is provided. The laminate includes a dye sublimation ink layer that overlies a substrate in which the dye sublimation ink interacts with the substrate's chemical make-up.

A theft deterrent label comprises a flexible body portion, the body portion comprising: a first destructible section; a second destructible section, the first destructible section and the second destructible section each having at least one weakness pattern provided therein; and a non-destructible section interposed between the first destructible section and the second destructible section and substantially devoid of any weakness pattern.

A kit for labelling an object with a target label comprises an instrument having an end(s) for manipulating labels. Transfer label(s) adhered to the end of the instrument, the transfer label having a facestock having adhesive on at least one of its surfaces, an adhesion force A between a first surface of the facestock of the transfer label and the instrument being greater than an adhesion force B between a second surface of the transfer label and a target label. The instrument and transfer label are used to manually transfer the target label from a target label liner to an object by releasable adherence of the target label to the second surface of the transfer label. A method for labelling an object is also provided.

SEALING FILM

Sealing film for application to a base surface includes a carrier film and functional layers that include at least two color display layers and at least two adhesion-controlling layers. The sealing film has an adhesive layer for attachment to the base surface. The functional layers are arranged between the carrier film and the adhesive layer. The carrier film is detachable, at least partially, from the functional layers. In a second state at least one symbol is optically visible but not visible in a first state. The at least two adhesion-controlling layers separate defined regions from the at least two color display layers during carrier film detachment. The functional layers include at least one further adhesion-controlling layer, to make at least one layer behind the further adhesion-controlling layer, viewed from the carrier film toward the adhesive layer, visible in the second state, at least in certain sections, via the detachment.

The label has a back face having a first strip of adhesive, a second strip of adhesive, and a printable area. The first and second adhesive strips respectively extend along a top edge and a bottom edge of the shipping label. The printable area is between the first and second adhesive strips. The liner associated with the shipping label is configured to be removably secured to the first and second adhesive strips. The printable area is adapted to be printed while the liner is removably secured to the first and second adhesive strips.

The second panel is joined to the first panel to define a pouch having an interior space and an opening to the interior space. The flap is pivotally attached to the second panel about the fold line, wherein the second panel is bendable away from the exterior surface at least between the terminal edge and the fold line to enable the flap to pivot about the fold line toward the exterior surface in connection with insertion of the flap into and removal of the flap from the opening.

The three portions comprise a top portion, a liner tear strip, and a bottom portion. A label substrate is segmented into three portions by perforations a border portion, a label tear strip, and a center portion. A front side of the liner substrate is aligned with a backside of the label substrate such that the liner tear strip aligns within the label tear strip, the bottom portion of the liner substrate aligns with the center portion of the label substrate, and the top portion of the liner substrate is aligned above and below a top perforation for the label tear strip.
