The present invention relates to a novel identification label that can be customized. The labels are designed to be either integrated or removably attached on exterior surface of consumer product containers allowing users to avoid potential confusion with respect to ownership, use or control of their containers. The label has an opaque scratch-off blank surface that can be removed to create a personalized identification mark. The label may have an UV-ink coating or can have a label layer for creating identification mark when the scratch-off blank surface is scratched. The labels are designed to be affixed on any personal item to prevent items from accidentally being misidentified.

A privacy label system includes a sheet of label material configured to be removably attached to a container of a product in an unfolded layer configuration. The label material includes a top surface area configured to receive personal information of a recipient of the product and an opposing bottom surface area configured to receive advertising information associated with the product. An attachment system of the privacy label system is operable to removably attach the label material to the container in an unfolded layer configuration such that the bottom surface area is positioned between the top surface area and the container, once the label material is attached to the container. The label material is operable to be removed from the container by the recipient by hand, in order to remove the personal information from the container and to reveal the advertising information to the recipient.

The present disclosure relates to an electronic label for a drug delivery device configured for administering a medicament to a patient. The electronic label includes a flexible substrate configured for attachment to a body. The electronic label further includes an electronic display located on the flexible substrate, wherein the electronic display is configured to display a first information content of a first information type, a second information content of a second information type, and a third information content of the first or of the second information type. The present invention relates to a closure mechanism, such as a label construction, for a wide variety of packages. The closure mechanism may provide for a security means as well and can be provided with a radio frequency identification (RFID). The closure mechanism may comprise at least one label having at least one RFID device on either a first or second face of the label such that the label is applied to a package wherein the package is subject to a first and second state conditional upon the positioning of the at least one label positioning. The present invention also provides for a method of making and utilizing the label on at least one packaging.

The present application is directed to systems and methods for an interactive label and closure for a container. Information may be printed on an interior portion of the closure and a base label. A portion of the base label may be visible through a transparent window in a top label having. Rotation of the top label may cause the transparent window to display label information of varying relevance to the closure information.

A fastener device adapted for attaching at least one tag (or other identifier) to an object. The fastener device comprises a T-bar component, a paddle component, and a filament component flexibly attached to both the T-bar component on one end and the paddle component on the other end. In some embodiments, the fastener device is deployable via a fastener dispensing device comprising a needle designed to puncture a hole in at least one tag and the object while also inserting the T-bar component through the hole. Once inserted, the paddle component exerts a cantilever spring force against at least one tag holding the tag(s) securely against the object.
