Adjustable grate assembly for a wood burning grill
A wood burning grill includes a cabinet that defines a coal support platform for supporting burning wood during a grilling process. A grate is positioned above the coal support platform and a grate positioning assembly mechanically couples the grate to the cabinet. The grate positioning assembly includes two four-bar linkage systems positioned on opposite sides of the grate for suspending the grate in cantilevered manner from the cabinet. Each four-bar linkage system includes a drive arm that is mechanically coupled to the drive gear and a support arm that maintains the grate in a substantially horizontal orientation while moving between the raised position and the lowered position. A hand wheel is rotatably mounted to the cabinet and is coupled to the drive gear through a rotating shaft and a worm gear such that rotating the hand wheel moves the grate between the raised position and the lowered position.
Barbeque grills
A charcoal grill includes a vessel configured to hold and burn charcoal for cooking food. The charcoal grill may include a receptacle moveable between a first position in which the receptacle is positioned for collecting ashes from charcoal burned in the vessel and a second position in which the receptacle is separated from the vessel for disposal of the collected ashes. Additionally, or alternatively, the vessel may define a passage extending from an exterior side of the vessel to an interior side of the vessel for permitting a starter device to be inserted into the passage for igniting charcoal within the vessel. Additionally, or alternatively, the charcoal grill may include a vent system including at least one vent opening extending through a portion of the vessel, a vent cover movable with respect to the vent opening between a closed position and an open position, and at least one calibration associated with the vent cover between the closed position and the open position.
MODULAR BRICK OR BLOCK OUTDOOR STRUCTURES
A modular brick or block outdoor structure includes an outdoor structure that is constructed in modular sections. Each modular section is fabricated from a plurality of paving bricks or retaining wall blocks that match the brick or block used to construct the patio. The bricks or blocks are preferably assembled to each other with adhesive. Each modular section includes means for transporting thereof with some type of equipment, if necessary. It is preferable that each modular section include channels to receive lifting forks of an end loader or other suitable transport device, if necessary. However, other methods of transporting the modular section may also be used.

Multiple Piece Firebox for Kamado Grill
A multiple piece firebox for placement within the kettle of a fuel-burning cooking vessel comprising a base formed of a refractory material on the floor of the kettle supporting an upper chamber formed of a refractory material. In a preferred embodiment, a plurality of mating side wall members define the upper chamber.
Multi-functional outdoor cooking assembly
The outdoor multifunction cooking set is composed of an oven mounted pivoting on a barbecue by means of a pivoting articulation. The barbecue includes an ashpit, a hearth and a cooking surface, while the oven includes a cooking bottom composed of refractory stones, and a door on the front face. The chamber of the oven has a double wall that is open at the bottom and is connected to a chimney mounted on the upper part of the oven and in communication with the hearth of the barbecue. This cooking assembly includes at least one temperature maintenance chamber to be mounted, by means of one of its sides, on one hot side of the barbecue. This chamber incorporates a thermometer and an air outlet to be able to allow the hot air contained in it to escape.
Foam form for casting wood fired oven
A masonry oven constructed with the aid of molds. An exemplary foam mold set to produce assembly pieces on site for the construction of a pizza oven. The mold set allows do-it-yourself homeowners, construction companies and the like to construct a custom pizza oven by simply pouring hightemp concrete into various molds and assembling and finishing the assembled oven core.
METHOD OF MAKING OUTDOOR FIREPLACES AND THE LIKE
A method for off-site manufacture of prefabricated monolithic fireplaces etc comprising a plurality of concrete blocks; the method comprising the steps of constructing a first layer of blocks, providing a steel frame and securing the same to the blocks and to a second layer of blocks constructed atop the first layer, and constructing additional layers of blocks sequentially atop the second layer each block being adhesively secured to each of its adjacent blocks.
