Secure Substrate for Scratch-Off Products
In one embodiment, a secure substrate provides a print-ready surface for printing scratch-off products and eliminates the need to print lower security layers for protecting against attempts to view hidden indicia information. In one embodiment, a secure substrate comprises applying microperforations to a dyed substrate that meets a predefined transmission optical density to resist an attempt to reduce the opacity of the dyed substrate by delamination. In another embodiment, a secure substrate comprises applying a lower opacity layer and a lower background layer on a substrate to provide a secure substrate that meets a predefined transmission optical density. In another embodiment, a secure substrate comprises applying a lower opacity layer on a substrate, applying a reflective coating, and applying a lower background layer over the reflective coating to provide a secure substrate that meets a predefined transmission optical density.
Reusable envelope
A reusable envelope has one or more spaces thereon where address, return labels and/or postage can be removably placed or permanently affixed such as for finite number of shipments using a permanently affixed postage area, for example. The reusable envelope also includes a resealable closure allowing the interior of the envelope to be closed and reopened multiple times for multiple uses (shipments, receiving) or optionally to use a finite number of times by exposing the permanent adhesive to the flat and mating surface depending on user preference.
Overflow panel system for pharmaceutical container
Methods for producing a label for a prescription container having non-prescription specific information pre-printed off-site from the pharmacy by a label supplier. The methods optimize prescription container size by providing the pharmacy with the ability to efficiently print and apply a label to the prescription container with the pre-printed non-prescription specific information for most prescriptions with shorter prescription specific information or to print and apply a label without the non-prescription specific information for prescriptions with longer prescription specific information.
SEALING FILM
A sealing film, comprising a carrier film and a plurality of functional layers comprising at least two color display layers and at least two adhesion-controlling layers, the sealing film having an adhesive layer for fastening to a base surface, the carrier film being at least partially detachable from the functional layers in order to bring the sealing film from a first state into a second state, at least one symbol arrangement being optically visible at least in a remainder in the second state, which at least one symbol arrangement is arranged in a first subregion and a second subregion. According to the invention, the functional layers and the adhesive layer are at least partially translucent and the functional layers comprise at least one additional color display layer and at least one additional adhesion-controlling layer, the functional layers being designed in such a way that the at least one symbol arrangement is optically better visible in the first subregion than in the second subregion on a light background and that the at least one symbol arrangement is optically better visible in the second subregion than in the first subregion on a dark background.
Labeling article and method of use
A labeling article and a method of use and assembly of the labeling article, where the labeling article comprises a label, an elastic securing band, and a release liner, and where the elastic securing band is configured to be stretched to define a loop between the elastic securing band and the release liner.
Linerless packing and shipping label system with folded under packing list
A shipping label is operable to be applied to a package and includes a single label ply. The single label ply presents longitudinally spaced ends, opposite top and bottom faces extending between the ends, and a generally transverse fold line of weakness spaced between the ends. The label ply is foldable about the fold line to define upper and lower label sections, with the upper label section overlying the lower label section when the label ply is folded, and the top face of the upper label section being operable to receive package address indicia thereon. The upper label section includes a separation line of weakness defining a border portion and a separable central portion. The upper label section includes adhesive applied to the bottom face along at least part of the border portion. The lower label section includes a dividing line of weakness defining a connecting portion and an end portion, with the connecting portion extending between the fold line and dividing line. The end portion is at least in part positioned underneath the central portion of the upper label section when the label ply is folded, with separation of the central portion from the border portion providing access to the end portion thereunder.
Sheet, laminate sheet, and printing device
A sheet includes a first surface, a second surface, an adhesive portion, a fold-back portion, and a first area. The first surface extends in a first direction. The second surface is opposite to the first surface, and allows light to pass therethrough from the first surface to the second surface. The adhesive portion is a portion of the first surface to which an adhesive is applied, and is disposed at a first end portion of the sheet in the first direction. The fold-back portion is disposed on the first end portion. The first area is disposed on the adhesive portion between a first edge of the first end portion and the fold-back portion.
AXIAL ELECTRIC MOTOR
An axial electric motor which comprises a rotor (1) with a shaft (2) and a set of electromagnetic coils (3) situated between discs (4) of polarized magnets (5) which, in the manner of a stator (6), create the magnetic field which causes said coils (3) to rotate and with said coils, the shaft (2), each coil (3) being wound, to a steel core (7) which has a structural configuration which allows said cores (7) to be placed radially, forming a circle around the shaft (2) with a small spacing (8) therebetween and with the wires (31) of the winding arranged in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal line of the shaft (2) and parallel to the discs (4).
Patient wristband
A form having one or more blank detachable wristbands may include a printable face ply capable of accepting printed indicia and a liner ply where the face ply is die cut to form one or more blank detachable wristbands having first and second ends. The printable face ply may be sufficiently soft at hand to remain attached for several days without causing chaffing. The face ply may be adhered to the liner ply by a pressure sensitive adhesive on at least a portion a bottom surface. The pressure sensitive adhesive may be on the face ply around a periphery of one or more wristbands. Means to secure the wristband to the wrist of a patient may be located adjacent the first and second ends of the wristband and each of said first and second ends of each of the wristbands may include tamper evident indicia.
Overflow panel system for pharmaceutical container
A method of producing a label for a prescription pharmaceutical storage container for holding and dispensing a pharmaceutical for a patient including the steps of providing a label system having a first distinct label section and a second distinct label section; determining whether a length of prescription information and warning information fits entirely on the first distinct label section; upon determining that the length of the prescription information and warning information does not fit entirely on the first distinct label section, printing indicia providing the prescription information on the first distinct label section and at least a portion of the warning information on the second distinct label section; and upon determining that the length of the prescription information fits entirely on the first distinct label section, printing indicia providing the prescription information and the warning information only on the first distinct label section.
