Automatic labeling of objects in sensor data
Aspects of the disclosure provide for automatically generating labels for sensor data. For instance, first sensor data for a vehicle may be identified. This first sensor data may have been captured by a first sensor of the vehicle at a first location during a first point in time and may be associated with a first label for an object. Second sensor data for the vehicle may be identified. The second sensor data may have been captured by a second sensor of the vehicle at a second location at a second point in time outside of the first point in time. The second location is different from the first location. A determination may be made as to whether the object is a static object. Based on the determination that the object is a static object, the first label may be used to automatically generate a second label for the second sensor data.
Labelling arrangement for deep-freeze applications, system and method for applying a labelling arrangement for deep-freeze applications
A labeling arrangement (1) for frozen applications comprises a top label (10) having an adhesive layer (12) having a predetermined freezing temperature below 0° C. The labeling arrangement (1) further comprises a base component (20) having a base layer (21) and an interlocking structure (22) comprising a plurality of hook-shaped coupling elements (23). The hook-shaped coupling elements (23) each comprise a first and a second portion (231, 232) which are geometrically different such that the first portion (231) extends laterally beyond the second portion (232) with respect to a main lateral extension plane of the base layer (21), the second portion (232) being arranged between the first portion (231) and the base layer (21) and coupling the first portion (231) to the base layer (21). The adhesive layer (12) is adapted to be coupled to the interlocking structure (22) above the freezing temperature of the adhesive layer (12) such that they form a positive coupling at freezer temperatures below the freezing temperature of the adhesive layer (12) and a substantial coupling at temperatures above the freezing temperature of the adhesive layer (12).
Systems, methods, and articles of manufacture for time-dependent color-changing article
Disclosed embodiments may relate to a time-dependent color-changing label for a product. The label may include a first layer comprising a plurality of particles, the particles comprising a time dependent color-changing material that changes color after a predetermined time period, the predetermined time period being greater than one month. The label may also include an attachment structure attaching the first layer to the product. In certain embodiments, the first layer may include a polymer, and the particles may include glass microspheres containing the time-dependent color changing material. The particles may be embedded in the polymer.
Heat-shrinkable multilayer film and heat-shrinkable label
The present invention provides a heat shrinkable multilayer film that can prevent wrinkles or loosening after attachment when the film is attached to a container as a heat shrinkable label for dry heat shrinking, and a heat shrinkable label including the heat shrinkable multilayer film as a base film. Provided is a heat shrinkable multilayer film including: front and back layers each containing a polyester resin; and an interlayer containing a polystyrene resin, wherein the heat shrinkable multilayer film has a dimensional change in a TD represented by an equation (1) of −55 to −1000 μm as measured by thermomechanical analysis (TMA) in which the temperature of the heat shrinkable multilayer film under a load of 0.10 N is increased from 30° C. to 60° C. at a temperature increase rate of 5° C./min and then cooled from 60° C. to 10° C. at a temperature decrease rate of 5° C./min, the equation (1) being: Dimensional change=dimension in TD at 20° C. −dimension in TD at 60° C. (1).
Flexible Time-Temperature Sensing Label System
A flexible sensor label including a reservoir chamber configured to store an activation medium, a plurality of first chambers, and a plurality of second chambers. Each first chamber has an associated first temperature and stores an irreversible thermochromic polymer that is altered and irreversibly changes color in response to the activation medium being released and coming into contact with the irreversible thermochromic polymer in the first chamber and an environmental temperature of the flexible sensor label corresponding to the associated first temperature of the first chamber. Each second chamber has an associated second temperature and stores a reversible thermochromic polymer that is altered and reversibly changes color in response to the activation medium being released and coming into contact with the reversible thermochromic polymer in the second chamber and the environmental temperature of the flexible sensor label corresponding to the associated second temperature of the second chamber.
PRODUCE WASH LABEL
A dissolvable produce washing label includes a dissolvable substrate impregnated with a produce cleanser; an adhesive layer; and a coating to seal and protect from water and humidity. When rubbed and washed with water by the end user the top coating wears and breaks to expose the dissolvable substrate, thereby dissolving the substrate and releasing the produce wash.
Pan Corner Label
A food safety device for limiting cross contamination and preventing food borne illnesses. The food safety device is attachable and securable to a rim of a food holding or storage container on an edge or corner of the food storage or holding container. A flexible body is designed to fit over and frictionally engage the rim of the food storage container. The flexible body may secure to a corner or a side of the food storage or holding container. A labeling component allows food preparers and consumers to readily identify the stored foods and the ingredients. The labeling component may be pre-labeled, color coded, or adjustable.
NON-COMBUSTING SMOKING ARTICLE WITH THERMOCHROMATIC LABEL
A smoking article is disclosed herein. The smoking article includes a shell defining an interior space, a consumable substance within the interior space, a heat source effective to increase the temperature of at least a portion of the shell, and a label attached to at least a portion of the shell. The label includes a base film, a cover film, and a temperature dependent material disposed between the base film and the cover film. The temperature dependent material is configured to transition between a first appearance and a second appearance responsive to the increase of the temperature of at least a portion of the shell.
Method of Manufacturing Anti-Theft Labels
A system and method for manufacturing a strip or label used to place a substantially invisible identifying mark is disclosed. A strip is treated by removing at least one area of a liner element, a film layer and an adhesive layer. Each one of the removed areas is substantially congruent with the other removed areas. A laser or other ablating device is used to remove the areas through vaporization. The strip element is peeled away from the liner element, exposing the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is thereafter pressed against a substantially flat metal surface. The laminate top coat and the film layer are removed from the object, leaving the adhesive layer in place. The adhesive material is impregnated with a UV sensitive material, but is otherwise invisible.
RECYCLABLE HEAT SHRINK FILM FOR RECYCLABLE CONTAINER
A recyclable shrink label includes a heat shrink film having a first surface and a second surface opposite of the first surface; and a light blocking layer disposed adjacent the first surface and comprising a light blocking component, the light blocking layer being constructed for the recyclable shrink label to block at least 80% of incident light having wavelengths in a range of 200 nm to 900 nm. The recyclable shrink label may further include an indicia layer. The recyclable shrink label may further include a high opacity layer. The recyclable shrink label may be applied to a container, e.g., a recyclable container. Articles including the recyclable shrink label may be recycled in a process where both the container and the label are recognized as a resin and may be directed into a corresponding recycling stream. In some cases, both the container and the label include PET.
