Cylindrical shrink label and method for producing same
A cylindrical shrink label is provided with a heat-shrinkable label base material; and a joint formed by cylindrically forming the label base material so that the edges thereof overlap, and then solvent welding the inner surface of the outside edge, which is positioned on the outside of the cylinder, and the outer surface of the inside edge, which is positioned on the inside of the cylinder. A resin layer, which is soluble in a hot alkaline aqueous solution, is formed on the abovementioned inner surface and/or the abovementioned outer surface, which form the joint.
Wiring information device
An apparatus for conveying information about a wiring system where said apparatus is configured for being associated with an end-point (such as an electrical box) and/or a device electrically associated with an end-point. The apparatus defines mechanical properties (such as a strain relief) and informational properties (such as an aluminum wiring warning).
Method and apparatus for applying labels to cable
An apparatus for attaching a label to a moving cable, the apparatus comprising: a roller for pressing a label against the moving cable, wherein the label has a first attaching edge and a second attaching edge and wherein the roller comprises: a first roller for pressing the label against the moving cable, wherein the label is pressed against the moving cable with the first attaching edge and the second attaching edge of the label on opposites sides of the moving cable; a first roll down roller for folding the second edge of the label against the moving cable; and a second roll down roller for folding the first edge of the label against the moving cable.
COMPONENT FOR A FLUIDIC CIRCUIT AND VALVE COMPRISING SAID COMPONENT
A component for a fluidic circuit is provided with at least one tubular portion extending around an axis and with at least one annular identifying band, which is coupled to the tubular portion.
SYSTEM OF MEDICAL INDICATORS HAVING MULTISENSORY, MULTIPURPOSE AND MULTIFUNCTIONAL FEATURES
A system including a plurality of indicator tags, each of which includes a body having a first end, a second end, a first surface extending from the first end to the second end, a second surface extending from the first end to the second end, and an aperture sized and shaped to receive a corresponding intravenous tube extending from the first end to the second end intermediate the first surface and the second surface, at least one of the first and second surfaces including a haptic signature, wherein the plurality of indicator tags includes at least one tag of a first type and at least one tag of a second type, wherein the haptic signature of the at least one tag of the first type corresponds to a first medication, wherein the haptic signature of the at least one tag of the second type corresponds to a second medication.
System and method for identifying and matching corresponding components in an apparatus
An inlay or identifier element system for identifying and/or matching corresponding parts of an apparatus includes a color coding or other indicia on a visible surface of an inlay and a pocket formed on the apparatus. The inlay is inserted in the pocket, which is positioned to identify a first part of the apparatus. A matching color coding or indicia is on a second part of the apparatus to be coupled to the first part.
Self-Laminating Rotating Cable Marker with Breakaway Portion
A self-laminating rotating cable marker label is constructed of a transparent film having a first adhesive area, an adhesive-free smooth area, and a second adhesive area. A print-on area forms one side of the transparent film, the print-on area adapted to receive indicia identifying the cable about which the marker label is applied. A perforation extends across the transparent film providing a line of separation of the transparent film. When wrapped around a cable, the second adhesive area overlies the print-on area such that the cable identifying indicia is visible through the transparent second adhesive area. As the transparent film is wrapped around the cable, the first adhesive area adheres to the cable. The remainder of the transparent film is rotated, breaking the perforation, whereby the smooth area of the film in contact with the cable provides smooth rotation of the label around the cable.
"Protected Date Tag"
A tag for medical tubing includes a transparent adhesive layer, a paper layer positioned on an upper surface of the transparent adhesive layer, and a non-transparent layer positioned on the upper surface of the transparent adhesive layer and an upper surface of the paper layer, in which a width of the paper layer is less than a width of the transparent adhesive layer such that a portion of the transparent adhesive layer is foldable to overlap the paper layer.
Medium and tape cartridge
A medium includes a base layer and a separation layer stacked on each other. Regions are defined along a first direction. The regions include: a first region in which a portion of the medium which is in contact with the separation layer is stickable; a second region in which a portion of the medium which is in contact with the separation layer is non-stickable; and a third region in which a portion of the medium which is in contact with the separation layer is at least partly stickable. Four first vertexes of a first imaginary trapezoid shape which are located on an outer shape of the first region and four second vertexes of a second imaginary trapezoid shape which are located on an outer shape of the third region are symmetric with respect to an axis parallel with a second direction.
Multiple wrap label
A multiple wrap label has a first wrap portion extending from a first end and having a first width, and a second wrap portion extending from the first wrap portion to a second end, the second wrap portion having a second width greater than the first width, the second wrap portion extending over and enclosing the first wrap portion when the label is applied to a container.
