The device comprises an element (19) for the authentication of the product positioned on a portion of the seal not visible from the external thereof and solely accessible following the breakage of the seal. Preferably said element (19) for authenticating the product consists of a unique code generated through algorithms, the container of the product is a bottle and the relative seal is the capsule (16) for covering the neck of the bottle and the relative cap.
Fastener with embedded identifier circuit
A fastener with a head element that is coupled to a strip element is disclosed. The strip element is configured to fasten to the head element via an attachment structure of the head element. An identification device is molded into the fastener. The identification device has an identifier integrated circuit (IC) within an IC package and an antenna, having a portion internal to the IC package and a portion extending out of the IC package, coupled to the identifier IC.
SECURITY LABEL FOR A MULTI-PART CONTAINER, USE OF A SECURITY LABEL, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR APPLYING A SECURITY LABEL FOR A MULTI-PART CONTAINER
A security label for a multi-part container includes a first section for attachment to a first container part and a second section adapted to a second container part with respect to a state of the label in that it is applied to the container, so that the label is closed in on itself along an edge line at a free end of the second section facing away from the first section. The two sections form a respective mutually adjacent part of a common material web. The label further includes a severing element between the first and second sections relative to a label longitudinal axis, so that, when the container applied with the label is opened, the label can be cut in a predetermined manner by the severing element and the second section can be removed together with the second container part from the first section and the first container part.
PACKAGING SYSTEM WITH DETECTION OF PRODUCT TAMPERING AND/OR FALSIFICATION AND INTEGRATED GALVANIC CELL(S)
A packaging system or tag is provided for at least one article or item, which employs a multilayer laminate structure that includes an encapsulated transformative material that is disposed between first and second conductive layers. The transformative material is configured to undergo a state change (for example, by a chemical reaction or physical change) that changes impedance between the first and second conductive layers in response to an intrusion or perforation through at least part of the multilayer laminate structure. Furthermore, one of the first and second conductive layers can be configured (for example, by printing or etching) to provide an RF antenna and a first electrode of the at least one integrated galvanic cell. The other of the first and second conductive layers can provide a second electrode of the at least one integrated galvanic cell. The at least one integrated galvanic cell is further provided by encapsulated electrolyte material and ion bridge disposed between the first and second conductive layers. At least one NFC/RFID integrated circuit is mechanically secured to the multilayer laminate structure (for example, in space between the first and second conductive layers) and electrically coupled to the coil antenna, the at least one galvanic cell, and other parts of the first and second conductive layers of the multilayer laminate structure. The galvanic cell can also be made to have long shelf life.
SEALING FILM
Sealing film for application to a base surface includes a carrier film and functional layers that include at least two color display layers and at least two adhesion-controlling layers. The sealing film has an adhesive layer for attachment to the base surface. The functional layers are arranged between the carrier film and the adhesive layer. The carrier film is detachable, at least partially, from the functional layers. In a second state at least one symbol is optically visible but not visible in a first state. The at least two adhesion-controlling layers separate defined regions from the at least two color display layers during carrier film detachment. The functional layers include at least one further adhesion-controlling layer, to make at least one layer behind the further adhesion-controlling layer, viewed from the carrier film toward the adhesive layer, visible in the second state, at least in certain sections, via the detachment.
LABELING SET FOR MARKING A PHARMACEUTICAL VESSEL AND PHARMACEUTICAL PACKAGING UNIT
A labeling set for marking a pharmaceutical vessel including a body having a peripheral surface and a removable closure includes: a three-dimensional molded attachment, a label for sticking on the outer vessel circumference to be marked, and an RFID transponder for electronic identification of the vessel and/or contents. The attachment is mountable and/or positionable on the vessel in a predefined relative position and has a circumferential wall with an outer circumferential surface which is intended as an additional labelable and/or electronically identifiable outer wall and/or outer surface and whose radius, outer circumference and/or wall course is selected in accordance with the radius, outer circumference and/or wall course of the vessel circumferential surface. The label and/or the RFID transponder sticks over and/or covers both a circumferential surface, formed in accordance with the vessel body outer circumference, and the attachment circumferential surface at least in regions and/or to secure the vessel attachment to the vessel.
PEELING DETECTION LABEL
The present invention relates to a peel detection label that is a laminate having a backing, a pattern layer formed on a part of a surface of the backing, and a pressure sensitive adhesive laminate in this order, the pressure sensitive adhesive laminate having at least an intermediate layer and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, wherein a tensile modulus Et at 23° C. of the backing is 50 MPa or greater and 1000 MPa or less.
Band Seal
A band seal having a strap including a head portion, a tail portion and a middle portion, a retainer, an adhesive pad and a release liner secured to the adhesive pad, wherein the band seal is positionable into three positions including a pre-attached position wherein the middle portion of the strap is in a non-looped orientation, a temporary position wherein the middle portion of the strap is in a looped orientation and the retainer holds the middle portion in this looped orientation with the tail portion being concentric with the middle portion, and an attached position wherein the release liner is removed from the adhesive pad and the tail portion is secured to the adhesive pad.
Tamper detection device
The present disclosure relates to the field of security systems and discloses a tamper detection device. The device (100) comprises at least one transducer (106,110), a power supply unit (114), a logical gate (112), a processing unit (104), and, a tamper tag 102). The transducer (106,110) generates a trigger signal upon detection of a tamper event. The logical gate (112) is operable in an open state or a closed state. The processing unit (104) generates a tamper detection signal for changing the state of the logical gate (112) upon receiving the trigger signal or upon detecting loss of power supply from the power supply unit (114). The change in state of logical gate (112) causes a tamper flag value stored in the tamper tag (102) to change, thereby indicating a tampered status to a reader scanning the tamper tag (102). The device (100) detects a tamper event even if the device (100) is not damaged/broken during tampering.
