Defense mobile device for shelter-in-place situations
11136813 · 2021-10-05 · ·

A defense mobile device for securing a door during shelter-in-place situations. The device includes wheels rendering it mobile and stops that, when actuated, hold the device stationary. A panel has a ballistic core that resists bullets, a front face, an opening, and a cover positioned over the opening to overlay and enclose a door knob protruding through the opening. The front face forms, or has affixed to it, a writing surface. The panel pivots between a plurality of angled positions to facilitate writing and an upright position flat against the door. A locking rod, rotatably connected to the panel, pushes and pulls the panel between its angled positions and its upright position. A lever-locking mechanism or a twist-lock mechanism secures the device in place against or within a door frame and against the door.

Magnetic exterior shutter product

The current invention is directed to a magnetic exterior shutter product. The magnetic exterior shutter product comprises a cutout and/or shutter. The cutout is attached to a first fastener wherein the first fastener comprises a first magnetic or ferromagnetic material. A first adhesive may attach the first fastener to the cutout. The cutout may be magnetically attached to an exterior shutter. The shutter may comprise a shutter front surface, a shutter rear surface, and a second fastener comprising a second magnetic or ferromagnetic material wherein the second fastener is attached to the shutter front surface, the shutter rear surface, or embedded between the shutter front surface and the shutter rear surface.

A hands-on wheel, transparent multi-pocket pouch for displaying personal identification documents uses a multi-pocket pouch, a transparent exterior pocket and an external device fastener to mount a user's identification documents on the steering wheel of a vehicle. The multi-pocket pouch includes a transparent enclosure that has an interior pocket. The transparent exterior pocket includes a front face of the multi-pocket pouch to hold prioritized documents (e.g., a driver's license) above important, but lower priority, identification (and supporting) documents stored within the multi-pocket pouch. Supporting documents may include vehicle registration, proof of insurance, etc. The external device fastener may be connected to a rear face of the multi-pocket pouch so that the multi-pocket pouch can be attached to the vehicle's steering wheel. The present apparatus may also be made of flexible materials capable of conforming to the shape of the steering wheel.
