Method and apparatus for avoidance of damage to concealed mechanical systems such as plumbing and the like
A method and apparatus for avoidance of damage to concealed mechanical elements during construction or repair of a structure. In one embodiment, a tag is provided for installation on a plumbing or similar element prior to such element being concealed by further construction. The tag is adapted to engage a concealed element in such a way that an indicator portion of the tab remains visible after further concealing structure is installed. The visible tab's location identifies the location of concealed elements and is preferably provided with indicia identifying such purpose. In a further embodiment of the invention, adhesive indicator tape is used in conjunction with an indicator tab. The indicator tape is adapted to be applied over concealing structure to generally identify the location and extent of concealed elements that may be susceptible to puncture or damage during subsequent construction or repair phases of a project.
Layered metal display
A layered metal display has a base layer, an item layer, and one or more design layers. The item layer is coupled to the base layer via a plurality of tabs. The tabs extend rearwardly substantially perpendicular to the item layer and pass through tab receiving slots in the base layer. The distal ends of the tabs may be bent, welded, or otherwise secured to the base layer. The two or more layers form a display.
REFLECTIVE DECORATIVE PANEL
A reflective decorative panel is provided, which comprises a monolithic base that is a module of the panel and cantilever elements made integral with the base. Movable reflective elements are arranged on the cantilever elements by using holes. Connecting elements for connecting the modules of different reflective decorative panels are provided on edge sections of the base. Each connecting element is made stepwise: with a first protrusion and a second protrusion on one side, and with a protruding element extending from the first protrusion on another side such that there is a groove under the protruding element. The connecting elements are configured to rigidly connect the panels due to the entry of the protrusions and grooves of one panel into the reciprocal grooves and protrusions of another panel. The reflective decorative panel simplifies the process of assembling connectable panel modules and increases the reliability of their connections.

Display assembly with modular connectors
A modular display system includes a plurality of frames, each frame comprising a sidewall connected to a sidewall of another one of the frames by a frame connector. A panel is removably attached to a front face of at least one of the plurality of frames by a panel connector. A border element is attached to the sidewall of one of the plurality of frames by a border connector. The system is secured to a mounting surface via a cleat removably mounted to a sidewall of one of the plurality of frames. Each of the frames includes a plurality of connector receiving sections arranged about a perimeter thereof. The connector receiving sections define a commonly sized recess formed through the sidewall of the frame in a width direction thereof and are configured to accept each of the frame connector, the border connector and the cleat therein.
Universal branding panel
A branding device includes a housing, a faceplate, a backlit recess within the housing, housing retention features, and faceplate retention features. The branding device is configured to be installed within a corresponding recess of a panel, such that the faceplate can be removed and replaced without requiring replacement of the entire branding device. To update the branding information of the branding device, the faceplate retention features must be disengaged from the rear of the branding device, the faceplate is then removed, and a faceplate with updated branding information is then installed.
LIGHT REFLECTING DECORATIVE PANEL
A reflective decorative panel comprises a base implemented as a module of the panel, the base having restraining members on which reflective elements are arranged. The base is configured as a lattice framework having longitudinal and transverse bearing stripes, and the restraining members comprise rods each having a restraining head and used for accommodating the reflective element. The restraining head has a tapered shape towards its free end, and the restraining members are casted integrally with the base. At edge portions of the base, support members are provided with connection slots for connecting modules. The restraining members comprise the support members, and the support members have inner longitudinal cavities in which the rods with the restraining heads are provided. The restraining head comprises a vertical slot used for putting on the movable reflective element.

DEVICE FOR ATTACHING ITEMS TO SURFACE
The present invention is directed to a device for attaching items to a surface, including attachment devices for attaching the device to the surface and pressure components connected to the attachment device, the pressure component having an upturned lip. The device may comprise a rib on a bottom surface to receive the attachment device such as adhesive, putty, fasteners, magnets, suction cups, etc. Pressure components may be biased toward the surface or a plate. Pressure may be applied between the pressure components and the surface or plate due to a curved lip on the pressure component. The pressure component and plate may be biased toward each other. The device may comprise an attachment core configured to receive the attachment device and attach to the pressure components. The device may include promotional designs or markings, and/or may be configured to hold items in a substantially non-coplanar arrangement with the surface.
ATTACHMENT DEVICE FOR ATTACHING DECORATIONS TO A BEVERAGE CONTAINER
An attachment device having a clip portion and a display element removably attachable to the clip portion. The clip portion is generally arcuate and dimensioned to slide down and engage a neck of a beverage container. The display element provides a pivotable snap-fit mechanism for operatively associating with a clasp pivot post and spaced apart attachment points of the clip portion. The display element provides an indicia medium for prominently displayed a message or design thereon, whereby the message may provide the occasion and/or sentiment associated with the engaged beverage container, all while allowing the container's intrinsic label to be readily visible.
