A clip bracket includes: a base portion defining a clearance hole configured to receive a fastener securing the base portion to a structure; and a clip portion connected to the base portion, the base portion and the clip portion defining an insertion slot, a one of the base portion and the clip portion of the clip bracket including an engagement rib defining an effective width of the insertion slot that is less than a nominal width of the insertion slot.

An apparatus and method for table top display of a banner or pennant for a festive occasion. The apparatus includes a vertically adjustable stanchion dimensioned for table top display of a celebratory banner. The stanchion includes a base of a weighted material and an upright telescopically adjustable pole. A bottom end of the telescopically adjustable pole is secured to the base. The banner is attachable to a top segment of the telescopically pole. The base of the stanchion is weighted to maintain the stanchion in an upright condition when suspending an end of the banner carried by the stanchion.

A target includes a sheet of a material, the sheet includes an uprange-facing surface, a downrange-facing surface, an upper end, a lower end, and opposed sides each formed with an origami structure. Each origami structure is a partially cut-out and foldable structure formed in the material of the sheet being foldable from an unfolded condition to a folded condition. A sign having a display section and a support member that can be removably secured to the display section. The support may be secured within a pocket or receptacle formed in the display section. The pocket may be created in the display section by portions of adhesive, including hot melt adhesive and pressure sensitive adhesive. The pocket allows a smaller support member than conventional wire frames while holding the display section above the ground at a height similar to conventional frames.

A method of making signs includes printing selected visual content on a surface of material. Punch holes along at least two outer edges of the material. Orient U-stake at an x-axis of the material and thread the leg portions of the stake through the holes. Fold the material over the U-stake along the x-axis of the material, the folding dividing the material into parts, a first part and a second part, and orients the first part and the second part such that a first side of the first part adjacent to a first side of the second part, after the folding, comprise no printed visual content, and a second side of the first part and a second side of the second part comprise outer surfaces and comprise the visual content. Secure the first part to the second part.

A wind-resistant sign assembly that includes vertical support members coupled to multiple horizontally oriented sign panels that substantially span a length separating the support members. The sign panels are disposed in a static position, wherein they are disposed at a substantially planar configuration with one another and are operably configured to individually rotate to a dynamic position when exposed to a force generated by incoming wind. The dynamic position includes the front surface of one of the plurality of sign panels disposed at an acute angle with respect to the front surface of at least one other adjacent sign panel, thereby defining a gap between said sign panels to permit the entry and egress of the wind through the sign, and return, through use of one or more hinge and spring members, to the static position.

A banner unit has a retractable storage position and a display position. The banner unit includes a pair of elongated rigid support posts, and a banner sheet that is comprised of a pair of one and other banner segments that each have opposed one and other side edges. The one side edge of each banner segment is secured to respective elongated rigid support posts. The banner unit also includes an elongated tubular sleeve constructed and arranged to be disposed in parallel with both of the pair of elongated rigid support posts, with the other side edge of each banner segment being secured to the elongated tubular sleeve. Each banner segment is constructed and arranged with a re-coil or retractable characteristic providing a tendency to form into a closed coil configuration when the elongated rigid support posts are brought together.
