COOKING GRILL
A grill or BBQ appliance that is generally intended for outdoor use has a pivoting hood disposed in hinged connection with a grill body, both of which are raised above a firebox that receives a food support grate including a set of food support modules. A gas burner assembly including a set of modular trellis burners may be positioned along the lower end of the firebox. A set of radiant tray modules may be correspondingly positioned between food support modules and burners. Branches of burner trellises may be spaced apart in distances corresponding to locations of an array of tiles grasped by the radiant tile module.
Table having a heating appliance
A table (1) has a table top (2) containing an opening (3). A heating appliance (10) is in the opening (3) wherein the heating appliance (10) extends at least beneath the table top (2). The table top opening (3) comprises a recess (5) in which the heating appliance (10) is received, and the recess (5) has at least one wall (7) below the table top (2). The heating appliance (10) has a substantially sealed chamber (13) for receiving combustible fuel (47) with which the heating appliance (10) is used, and the chamber (13) has at least one window (35, 45).
Power supply system
A system for providing power to a cordless appliance is provided. The system includes a coupler, and a complementary coupler on the appliance is also present. The coupler has symmetrically configured concentric power terminals, which are connected to a main power source in use, and a magnetic coupling region disposed concentrically around an outer periphery of the power terminals. The complementary coupler has complementary power terminals configured to engage with the symmetrically configured concentric power terminals of the coupler, and an engaging region disposed concentrically around an outer periphery of the complementary terminals. A magnetic force provides a mutual attraction between the magnetic coupling region and the engaging region, thereby engaging the power terminals and complementary power terminals and establishing an electrical connection between the coupler and the appliance.
COOKING GRILL WITH COUNTERBALANCING HOOD
A grill or BBQ appliance that is generally intended for outdoor use has a pivoting hood disposed in hinged connection with a grill body, both of which are raised above a firebox that receives a food support grate. The hood may include a counterbalance mechanism to stably position the hood through a range of open positions. The hood may further include an opening or closing assist to assist a user in opening or closing the hood.
COOKING GRILL WITH IR BURNER
A grill or BBQ appliance that is generally intended for outdoor use has a pivoting hood disposed in hinged connection with a grill body, both of which are raised above a firebox that receives a food support grate. A downward facing IR burner may be housed in an upper portion of the grill above the food support grate.
COOKING GRILL WITH ELECTRICAL COMPONENT PROTECTION
A grill or BBQ appliance that is generally intended for outdoor use has a pivoting hood disposed in hinged connection with a grill body, both of which are raised above a firebox that receives a food support grate. The hood may include various double wall configurations or cavities configured to protect wiring or electrical components such as lights or sensors.
COOKING GRILL RADIANT TRAY
A radiant tray system may be positioned between a burner and a grate of a cooking device. The system may include ceramic tiles and a housing having generally planar walls configured to house the tiles therebetween. The walls receive and grasp tiles between corresponding tile slots through each of the walls and thereby stably position the tile within the tile slots. The walls may also include vent ports for promoting flow of combustion gases through the housing. The housing may be symmetrical with respect to a common reference plane disposed between the walls to support selectively invertable use of the housing. Inversion of the housing after use in one orientation allows drippings to be pyrolized during continued use in the inverted orientation. The pyrolized drippings are readily scrapped or brushed from the walls and tiles.
COOKING GRILL WITH HOOD LIGHTING
A grill or BBQ appliance that is generally intended for outdoor use has a pivoting hood disposed in hinged connection with a grill body, both of which are raised above a firebox that receives a food support grate. The hood may include overhanging lights configured to provide optimal lighting through a range of hood positions. The hood may also be counterbalanced to stably position the hood through a range of open positions.
SIDE-SURFACE DIRECT-FLAME ROASTING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a side-surface direct-flame roasting device, and more specifically relates to a side-surface direct-flame roasting device wherein a grill for roasting meat is vertically disposed and heating units, which respectively contain heat sources, are disposed on both sides of the grill such that the taste of the meat and convenience for the user can be improved as the roasting time is reduced since both sides of the meat are simultaneously uniformly roasted, and the fat produced from the meat does not splash the user but rather collects and is removed at the bottom due to the vertically positioned grill.
GRILL ROOF AND OUTDOOR COOKING INSTALLATION
A roof for use with an outdoor cooking appliance includes a A primary support assembly including a base and at least one support post, the base being coupled to the support post. A roof assembly includes a plurality of roof panels coupled to the at least one support post such that each is supported above the base. The roof panels are oriented such that the rear edge of one roof panel and the front edge of the adjacent roof panel overlap in at least a horizontal direction but are spaced apart to define an airflow passage therebetween. An outdoor cooking installation can be formed by mounting the roof over an outdoor cooking appliance.
