Device for Conversion of a Kamado Cooker to a Pizza Oven
Exemplary embodiments of a kamado-style cooker pizza oven conversion device are disclosed. Certain embodiments detachably mount within a kamado-styled cooker such that the lid of the cooker rests at an angle on the top of the device and thereby “closes off” and defines a cooking space within the interior that takes advantage of the pizza oven-like features of a kamado cooker. With an embodiment of the solution installed in a kamado cooker, an open doorway or window is defined for allowing a user to insert a pizza into the cooking space and place the pizza on a pizza stone held by the device. Embodiments allow for cooking to occur simultaneously via conductive, convective and radiant thermal energy transfer.
INNER TRAY STRUCTURE OF OPEN FIRE OVEN
Disclosed is an inner tray structure of an open fire oven. The inner tray structure of an open fire oven includes an oven base; a grill, an oil drip tray and an ash cleaning tray are mounted on the oven base in turn from top to bottom; the ash cleaning tray is provided with holders, a top of one holder is provided with a handle, and the oil drip tray abuts on the holders; and other components. The oil drip tray and the ash cleaning tray can be taken out conveniently and quickly together, and charcoal ash and grease can be stored and separated in an oven as well.
GRILL DEVICES WITH ACCESSORY RAIL ASSEMBLIES, AND RELATED ACCESSORIES
A grill device may include an accessory rail assembly including at least one accessory rail. Each accessory rail may include an upper flange, a lower flange, and a web extending between and connected to the upper flange and the lower flange. Additionally, a plurality of brackets may connect the web to a cooking portion assembly of the grill device. An accessory may include at least one attachment structure. The attachment structure may include an upper feature sized and shaped to wrap around and conform to a portion of a surface of an upper flange of an accessory rail, and a lower feature sized and shaped to wrap around and conform to a portion of a surface of a lower flange of the accessory rail. A shelf accessory may include a shelf, a first bracket, and a second bracket.
Stackable cooking apparatus
An apparatus includes a lower vessel and an upper vessel mounted atop the lower vessel. The lower vessel, which can be disposed on the heated surface of a stove, includes a first top wall having apertures therethrough, and defines a first volume in the lower vessel. The upper vessel includes a second top wall free of apertures, and defines a second volume in the upper vessel. Food items to be cooked are placed on the first top wall so that the food item resides in the second volume. Heat from the heated surface rises into the first volume, through the apertures and into the second volume, to cook the food item therein. Means are provided for maintaining the vertical stability of the vessels when the vessels are stacked.
Cooking apparatus with refuel chute
A barbecue smoker device for cooking food includes a container, a heat source disposed in the container, and a fuel chute coupled to the container. The fuel chute includes a door panel, a hinge mechanism, and a back panel coupled to the door panel. The fuel chute is rotatable between an open position and a closed position. In the open position the fuel chute receives a supply of fuel, and in the closed position the fuel chute directs the supply of fuel to a fuel basket.
Pellet grill
A pellet grill includes a grill body, a burning chamber and a wire grid arranged in the grill body. The wire grid is arranged above the burning chamber. A pellet inlet is formed in a lateral portion of the grill body. A fire-proof partition plate is arranged between the wire grid and the burning chamber and partitions the grill body into an upper cavity and a lower cavity. The burning chamber is arranged in the lower cavity. The wire grid is arranged above the upper cavity. A fire-pervious window is arranged on the fire-proof partition plate and is located above the burning chamber. An opening and closing device for controlling the fire-pervious window to be opened to realize higher temperature or closed to realize lower temperature is arranged on the fire-pervious window. An ash removal mechanism for removing ash accumulated in the burning chamber is arranged on the grill body.
APPARATUS FOR CLEANING A GRILL AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
A kit and method of cleaning a barbeque grill that includes engaging a heat-resistant cloth about a support member of a grill brush; absorbing a quantity of liquid with the heat-resistant cloth; placing the brush with heat-resistant cloth engaged onto previously-heated grill bars of the barbeque grill; generating steam as the quantity of liquid is heated by the grill bars; moving the brush with heat-resistant cloth thereon back and forth along the grill bars; removing food matter and grease from the grill bars; and transferring the removed food matter and grease to the heat-resistant cloth. The removal of food matter and grease is accomplished by a combination of the generated steam and the moving of the brush with heat-resistant cloth thereon back and forth along the grill bars. After use, the heat-resistant cloth is disengaged from the brush and may be washed and reused one or more times.
GRILL BASKET
A grill basket including a basket portion having a bottom with sides extending upwardly and outwardly therefrom. A handle is removably engageable with one of a plurality of engagement assemblies that are provided on different sides of the basket portion. The handle is selectively engaged with different engagement assemblies in order to change the orientation in which the grill basket is able to be used. The grill basket further includes one or more removable dividers that are movable between a storage position and a use position. In the storage position the one or more dividers are located proximate one or more sides of the basket portion and an interior compartment of the basket portion is substantially the same size as when the one or more dividers are completely removed from the basket portion. In the use position, the dividers are placed to divide the interior compartment into smaller compartments.
