DYNAMIC SIGNAGE WITH DIMENSIONAL SYMBOLS
A dynamic sign, and method for manufacture thereof, is provided. The sign comprises a display comprising at least one dynamic display surface configured for projecting dynamic graphical elements. The sign also comprises a perforated mask superposed on the at least one dynamic display surface of the display, the mask comprising at least one opening formed therein. The sign further comprises at least one optical guide inserted into the at least one opening, the at least one optical guide positioned for carrying light from the display through the at least one opening and allowing the dynamic graphical elements to be seen therethrough.
Vehicle badge having discretely illuminated portions
A badge includes a housing having a front viewable portion, a first light source disposed rearwardly of the viewable portion, a second light source disposed adjacently to the first light source, a third light source disposed adjacently to the second light source, and a controller that illuminates the first, the second, and the third light sources sequentially at offset intervals.
LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE FOR DESIGN
Provided is a light emitting device 1 for design, the device capable of achieving a light emission surface 3 having esthetic effects without being influenced by a fixation structure between a light design part 4 and a housing 6. The light emitting device 1 for design includes: a light design part 4 having a light emission surface 3 either in a shape representing one of a character, a figure, and a pattern, or in a shape inverted therefrom, and the light design part being configured either to transmit or to diffuse light; a light source 9 configured to apply light to the light design part 4 from a back side of the light emission surface; and a housing 6 having an opening 6c following the shape of the light design part 4, and supporting the light design part 4 and the light source 9, wherein a support plate 5 that is either transparent or translucent is provided, the support plate 5 having one end bonded to either an edge or a portion near the edge of the light design part 4, and another portion fixed to the housing.
Illumination device for vehicle
An illumination device (1) for a vehicle, wherein the illumination device (1) is configured to create an illuminated, in particular 3-dimensional, shape. The illumination device includes an optical element (2), a first bezel element (3), a second bezel element (4), a light source (5) and a diffuser device (6), wherein the optical element, the first bezel element, and the second bezel element are arranged downstream of the diffuser device. The illuminated shape created with the illumination device is composed of an illuminated and a dark area, wherein the illuminated area is created by the light emitting surface of the illuminated optical element and the dark area is created by the first bezel element and the second bezel element blocking/absorbing light, wherein the first bezel element comprises an aperture, wherein the optical element and the second bezel element permeate the aperture.
Sugar Skull Shape LED Lamp and Sign
The skull shape signage/lamp device in which the inside housing having a plurality of spaced-apart LED light sources mounted on acrylic behind the front skull shape (2). When power is supplied, the LED lights provide direct illumination to the observer, and also diffuse light throughout the front acrylic skull shape, providing background illumination of the vibrant colors, with improved field of vision (1).
Photoluminescent cover for indicator signs
A cover can comprise a photoluminescent outer surface, an inner surface configured to be affixed to an indicator sign, and one or more void areas passing through the inner and outer surfaces arranged in a pattern, wherein the pattern defines a negative image in contrast to the photoluminescent outer surface, wherein the negative image corresponds to a graphic on the indicator sign such that the first graphic is visible through the void areas when the cover is affixed to the indicator sign.
REVERSE LIQUIFORM CHANNEL LETTER
Methods and apparatus for allowing a light beam to shine through top front and top sides of a channel letter while substantially reducing dark spots on a front surface of the channel letter, including: forming the channel letter using a profile with at least one rib; coupling a face plate to a position above the at least one rib, wherein the face plate is formed to allow the light beam to shine through the top front and the top sides; and filling a space above the face plate with a resin material after the channel letter including the face plate is flipped over.
LIQUIFORM CHANNEL LETTER
Methods and apparatus for substantially reducing dark spots on a front surface of a channel letter, including: forming a channel letter using a profile with at least one rib, the profile having a top and a bottom; coupling a face plate to the at least one rib; and filling a space between the face plate and the top of the profile with a resin material.
Illuminated Ink Letter Showcase
Embodiments of the disclosed technology relate to a document with printed ink or other ink displayed on the document. A frame is used to display the document, having lights on a translucent surface, the frame corresponding to an outline of the ink. These lights are fixed or movable with respect to the surface. in order to align them to the character on the paper to be highlighted in outlined lights. The frame, in embodiments, has an opening such that one inserts the paper there-through until it hits the other side which aligns indicia on the document with the lights on the surface of the frame in outline form.
PREPARING HOLES ON RULES OR PROFILES USED FOR CHANNEL LETTERS
Preparing holes on rules or profiles used for a channel letter includes: determining a type of the holes to be prepared on the rules or profiles, wherein the type of holes determines a placement of the holes along at least a vertical direction of the rules or profiles; determining and measuring positions along a longitudinal direction for the holes to be prepared on the rules or profiles; making the holes at the positions along the longitudinal direction; and bending the rules or profiles into the channel letter.
