By way of example, novel systems and methods for reproducing advertisements on connected vehicles are disclosed. In one example embodiment, a system of connected vehicles parked near in a parking lot and each delivers advertisement and participates in an advertisement event. Each of the connected vehicles is configured to reproduce one or more advertisements when one of the connected vehicles is determined to receive a signal from a remote controller associated with the one of the connected vehicles.

This technology relates to a display mounted messaging system. The display mounted messaging system may include a light emitting diode (LED) display attached to a housing of a sensor. The housing of the sensor may rotate. The display mounted messaging system may also include an LED controller which is configured to selectively activate and deactivate at least one LED in the LED display, to provide a message in the direction of an intended recipient.

Each of the multiple signs can be used separately or in conjunction to alert that a vehicle is having engine problems, or medical problems or tire problems. The sign assembly is foldable. The electronic assembly includes a plurality of lights being disposed on a front portion of each member of the plurality of members. The attaching assembly includes an attaching member located on a bottom portion of the sign assembly. The attaching member allows the sign assembly to be removably attached to the disabled vehicle.

A solar powered VTU and systems and methods for the same are provided. A solar energy harvesting device and an energy storage device are electrically connected to an electronic display within a housing. A support extends between the housing and the solar energy harvesting device such that a bottom surface of the solar energy harvesting device is elevated directly above, and is spaced apart from, a top surface of the housing. The solar energy harvesting device has a first footprint, and the housing has a second footprint. The first footprint is larger than, and directly overlies, the second footprint.

Multiple side assemblies are mounted to a structural framework in a moveable manner, each including a channel located between a transparent layer and an electronic display, which is located behind the transparent layer. A fixed structure is positioned within a cavity located within the structural framework and between the side assemblies. The fixed structure remains stationary when the side assemblies are moved between a closed position where the cavity is enclosed, and an opened position where the fixed structure is exposed to facilitate direct access to electronic components located thereon.

The solar energy harvesting device is configured for mounting to a roof of a vehicle. A mounting support is provided for mounting the housing to another portion of the vehicle.
