A first and second side assembly are each selected from a number of: digital side assemblies each comprising an electronic display, static side assemblies each comprising a poster cavity which accepts signage, and cover side assemblies. The first and second side assemblies are interchangeably mounted to a frame. When one of the side assemblies is in need of replacement, it is removed from the frame and a replacement is installed.

A micro-LED module is disclosed. The micro-LED module includes a flexible circuit board and a plurality of LED pixels mounted on the flexible circuit board. Each of the plurality of LED pixels includes a first micro-LED chip, a second micro-LED chip, and a third micro-LED chip. Each of the first micro-LED chip, the second micro-LED chip, and the third micro-LED chip has at least one side whose length is 100 m or less. Each of the first micro-LED chip, the second micro-LED chip, and the third micro-LED chip includes one or more electrode pads having a width of 80 m or less on the surface facing the flexible circuit board. The flexible circuit board includes a first flexible insulating film including electrode patterns formed on the upper surface thereof and connected to the electrode pads through solder bumps having a diameter of 80 m or less and a second flexible insulating film connected to the bottom of the first flexible insulating film through a first conductive pattern. The first flexible insulating film includes a first via hole having the same cross-sectional shape and area from the upper to the lower end and a first via formed in the first via hole. The first via hole of the first flexible insulating film is connected to a portion of the first conductive pattern.

The controller controls the body such that the body is able to visually promote via an image display at least one promotable item using the at least one light. The promotable item appearing to float on a plane above the vehicle.

A housing for the electronic displays is mounted to a cross bar mounted to a roof of a vehicle. Festoon type wiring extends from the power source, along a black mask area of a windshield, along or through the cross bar, and to the housing. Double sided adhesive tape is positioned between said festoon wiring and a front surface of the windshield.

At least one of the display assemblies includes a cover, an electronic display located behind the cover, and a first and second channel. A fixed plate is attached to the frame and positioned entirely within a cavity located between the display assemblies and the frame. The cavity and the first channel are part of a closed loop pathway, while the second channel is part of an open loop pathway. The closed loop is sealed when the display assemblies are in a closed position, and the fixed plate is accessible when the display assemblies are in an open position.

The luminescent planar sheet includes a plurality of light emitting LEDs which are surface mounted upon the printed circuit board so as to be arranged in the shape of the desired letter or number with the LEDs covering no more than 20% of the printed circuit board's top surface. Preferably, the LEDs cover no more than 7% the printed circuit board's top surface.
