Placard holders and methods of securing a placard card to a placard holder are described herein. The placard holders include a backing plate; a holder portion movably coupled to the backing plate, the holder portion including an opening and a pocket extending from the opening for receiving a placard card; and a fastener coupled to the backing plate, the fastener being configured to secure a side of the holder portion to the backing plate to retain the placard card in the pocket.

The information processing device is configured to acquire advertisement information representing an advertisement, and to output the acquired advertisement information to the display device. The display device is configured to present the advertisement information output from the information processing device such that the advertisement information is directed outward from the vehicle. The information processing device is configured to transmit task report information representing a presentation task report for the advertisement information by the display device to the management server. The display device comprises a frame structure having an open space. The display device further comprises a compact image display device operable to display an image, the compact image display device held and positioned relative to the frame structure such that the image, when displayed by the compact image display device, is visible through the open space.
