MOBILE SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION
The invention relates to providing information to people by creating a dynamic image in a window of a vehicle, and to systems for transmitting, reproducing and storing images. The system comprises: a video monitor which creates two different images on two opposite sides of the body of said monitor; two video cameras; a microphone; an impact/acceleration sensor; an uninterruptible power source and a controller with a microcomputer, a satellite navigation system and a transceiver device, which links the system to a remote control device. In information-provision mode, a video sequence is displayed on the outside of the video monitor, said video sequence being designed for a specific district at a specific time of day. The second side, facing the driver, is used to create a rear-view image which the driver can observe through a standard rear-view mirror while the vehicle is in motion, while manoeuvring and when parked.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR WIRELESS CONTROL OF SIGNS
A system includes a master controller disposed on a transit vehicle, a peripheral device disposed on the transit vehicle, a first wireless subsystem communicably coupled to the master controller, and a second wireless subsystem communicably coupled to the peripheral device. The master controller is operable to send a signal to the peripheral device via the first wireless subsystem, the signal comprising a command related to operation of the peripheral device. The peripheral device is operable to receive the signal via the second wireless subsystem and execute the command. The system utilizes a wireless protocol that specifies a unique identification for the system. The master controller and the peripheral device are each configured via the wireless protocol. The configuration includes storage of the unique identification and operability to restrict wireless communication to wireless communication with other devices so configured.

An object is to provide advertisements using a plurality of vehicles with enhanced effectiveness. An information processing apparatus obtains information relating to the speed of a plurality of vehicles passing through a specific area. If a first vehicle leaves the specific area before completing display of an advertisement, the information processing apparatus causes a second vehicle that enters the specific area later than the first vehicle to display the advertisement upon entering the specific area in such a way as to start the display of the advertisement from the point in the advertisement displayed by the display apparatus of the first vehicle at the time of its leaving of the specific area. The aforementioned point in the advertisement is determined based on the speed information.

An information processing apparatus for outputting an advertisement using one or more vehicles each provided with an advertisement display unit on the outside includes a controller configured to execute the processing of organizing a file of vehicles including a plurality of vehicles on the basis of location information obtained from the vehicles, selecting an advertisement including a plurality of scenes with a prescribed order of display on the basis of the number of vehicles included in the file, and causing the advertisement displaying units of the plurality of vehicles included in the file to respectively display the plurality of scenes included in the advertisement.
VEHICULAR IMPLEMENTED PROJECTION
A method and system for automatically implementing vehicular implemented projection improvement process is provided. The method includes directing flying vehicles to a location comprising a projection apparatus. The vehicles are directed such that each vehicle is periodically positioned within a perimeter surrounding the location with respect to multiple lines of sight of the projection device. The location is monitored and obstructions and associated positions with respect to each line of sight are determined. Resulting parameters associated with the projection device, weather conditions, projection content, and the obstructions and associated positions are determined and a virtual visibility fence associated with an area for viewing the projection content on the projection device is generated. Specified projection content for projecting on a specified portion of the projection device is determined and projected.
Thermal control system for a digital license plate
Vehicle mounted exterior displays and digital license plates able to operate over a wide temperature range are disclosed. In one embodiment, heat relevant display parameters can be modified as critical low temperatures are approached. If decreasing temperature is determined to be likely to interfere with display switching operation, legally required information is displayed and potentially interfering content is eliminated.

Because of the nature of autonomous vehicles, and in particular that they do not require manual inputs from a driver or passenger to control braking and steering, autonomous vehicle can include features that may not necessarily be useful or practical in a typical non-autonomous (or semi-autonomous vehicle) that would require such manual input.

A vehicle includes a substantially box-shaped body, wheels disposed on four corners of the vehicle, and at least one side display disposed on either or both exterior side surfaces of the body for displaying images and videos. The side display stretches lower than a top of the wheels along the vertical axis of the vehicle and wider than between inside ends of the wheels along the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. The lower edge of the side display is curbed or bent upwards at both ends to avoid overlapping with the wheels.

The hinge may include a pin, and a link assembly coupled between the pin and the electric motor and being rotatable about the pin. The electric motor may be configured to extend and retract the arm between a retracted position and an extended position.
