Headrest Projector Mount and Content Delivery System
A vehicle-based mobile content delivery system comprises a projector configured to receive and project visual content, a projection surface for receiving and displaying the projected visual content, and a projector mounting system for securely mounting the projector and integrating the projector into a vehicle. The projector mounting system comprises a headrest projector mount compatible with an original headrest of the vehicle for enclosing and supporting the projector, a headrest coupling mechanism for coupling the projector to the headrest projector mount for support, and mounting channels that accommodate a range of headrest mounting rails of vehicles for connecting the projector mounting system to the vehicle.
MOBILE SHOWROOM
A mobile showroom vehicle has solid walls and glass panels and a glass door, and is configured to display a couch in a living room setting. The couch is placed against the opaque solid walls at a corner of the showroom, and the glass door and glass panels are positioned so that the couch is visible through the glass door and panels from outside the showroom.
System and method for monitoring a signage system of a transit vehicle
A sign-monitoring system includes at least one electronic sign and a controller comprising a processor and memory. The electronic sign includes a pixel array, the pixel array including a plurality of pixels. The electronic sign further includes an embedded controller coupled to the at least one electronic sign. The embedded controller develops diagnostic information for the at least one electronic sign, the diagnostic information including information related to a number of malfunctioning pixels in the plurality of pixels. The controller is communicably coupled to the embedded controller and receives at least a portion of the diagnostic information from the embedded controller. In addition, the controller assesses the at least a portion of the diagnostic information to develop health information. The assessment involves evaluating the information related to the number of malfunctioning pixels.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MOBILE ADVERTISING
A device and system for mobile advertisement and displaying advertisements to people outside a vehicle, and method for use thereof. The device is capable of wirelessly communicating with a separate mobile device, and utilizes one or more processors, a display screen for receiving and displaying images and/or video advertisements, a camera for capturing images of faces as the advertisement is being displayed, and a wireless communication transceiver.
VEHICULAR INFORMATION DISPLAY SYSTEM AND INFORMATION DISPLAY SYSTEM
A light source device that supplies light in a specific polarization direction to an information display device includes a point-shaped or planar light source, an optical means for reducing the divergence angle of light from the light source, and a light guide having a reflection surface that reflects light from the light source to propagate to the information display device. The reflection surface of the light guide is arranged so as to face the information display device, and reflects specific polarized image light displayed on the information display device to be displayed on the window glass, which is an information display surface. Therefore, an information display system is realized in which the inside of the window glass can be visually recognized from the outside or the outside of the window glass can be visually recognized from the inside when image information is not displayed.
INSTALLATION OF AUTOMOBILE ACCESSORY LIGHT FIXTURE MITIGATING RF EMISSIONS
A lighted accessory and/or corresponding method of installation seamlessly replace an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) lighting apparatus and/or accessory. The accessory includes a front side and back side with a circuit board positioned therebetween. One side of the accessory includes translucent portion(s). The circuit board includes a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) which are aligned with the translucent portion of the front side of the accessory such that when the LEDs are illuminated, light is emitted from the accessory. The circuit board also includes at least one microcontroller and a radio-frequency interference filter circuit wherein the microcontroller controls the LEDs and the radio-frequency interference filter circuit mitigates RF emissions.
APPARATUS AND METHODOLOGY FOR CUSTOMIZING VEHICLE SIGNAGE
Aspects are disclosed that facilitate customizing vehicle signage. In a particular aspect, a signage is disclosed which includes a mica cover positioned within the perimeter of a frame. The signage further includes a light source configured to direct light towards a backside of the mica cover, and a logo component positioned on the backside of the mica cover. In a particular aspect, the light source is configured to illuminate a logo by transmitting light through the logo component so that the illuminated logo is viewable from the frontside of the mica cover. An attachment mechanism is also included, which is configured to attach the signage to a vehicle.
Advertising Wing Hitch Frame Connector
An advertising wing hitch frame connector is described. Embodiments of the connector include a first attach and detachable arm and a second attach and detachable arm each adapted to couple to an object. In one instance, the object may be a frame including a plurality of adjustable legs. In another instance, the object may be a modified trailer hitch.
System and method for wireless control of signs
A system includes a master controller disposed on a transit vehicle, a peripheral device disposed on the transit vehicle, a first wireless subsystem communicably coupled to the master controller, and a second wireless subsystem communicably coupled to the peripheral device. The master controller is operable to send a signal to the peripheral device via the first wireless subsystem, the signal comprising a command related to operation of the peripheral device. The peripheral device is operable to receive the signal via the second wireless subsystem and execute the command. The system utilizes a wireless protocol that specifies a unique identification for the system. The master controller and the peripheral device are each configured via the wireless protocol. The configuration includes storage of the unique identification and operability to restrict wireless communication to wireless communication with other devices so configured.
Outdoor advertisement structure on bus roof
An outdoor advertisement structure on a bus roof of the present invention can hide the untidiness of a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system and the like mounted on the bus roof by a rectangular-shaped advertisement structure (10) since the advertisement structure (10) of which upper and lower parts are open and the four surrounding surfaces thereof are connected, is mounted on a bus roof (1) to cover an HVAC system (3) mounted on the bus roof (1) such that the HVAC system (3) is not exposed to the outside and to simultaneously provide a mounting area for traffic information notification and advertisements, wherein a front light guide panel (20) and a side light guide panel (22) for traffic information notification and advertisement are respectively mounted on a front part (12) and both side parts (14) of the advertisement structure (10), and thereby providing a balance between the bus and a cityscape by finishing the exterior appearance state of the bus roof (1) to be relatively aesthetically pleasing, increasing the advertising efficiency by minimizing advertisements hidden by nearby vehicles or road facilities, enabling the advertisements to be easily identified with the naked eye regardless of the time of day and focusing the attention of consumers at a new advertising height, and maximizing advertising effects by attaching large advertisements of advertising text, photographs and the like onto an upper plate material (30) covering the upper opening of the advertisement structure (10).
