Polystyrene and polylactic acid blends
Polymeric blends of polystyrene (PS) and polylactic acid (PLA) are described, in the preparation of which a compatibilizing agent was added, preferably a PS-PLA block copolymer. Such compatibilizing agents act controlling phase separation of the blending compounds, and preventing excessive growth of polystyrene domains scattered in the PLA matrix; and this results in blends with good mechanical and thermal resistance.

Solar powered rotating graphic display for drinking cup
A solar powered rotating graphic display for a drinking cup where the graphic display is located between an inner cup and an outer transparent cup. The display panel is attached to a base plate that is caused to rotate by a DC gear motor located at the bottom of the outer cup and just below the inner cup. A plurality of solar panels powers the DC gear motor causing the graphic panel to rotate.
CONTAINER
A cup with an internal sleeve, and an external decorative sleeve made of connector bricks and a base. The internal sleeve has a hollow interior to form a cup to contain liquids if desired. The internal sleeve has a first end and a second end, and a first connector at the second end. The base has a second connector for connecting the base to the first connector of the sleeve. The external decorative sleeve is defined by a plurality of clamp bricks having a first bed with studs, and a second bed with recesses, the studs being capable of receipt into the recesses to interconnect the bricks to form an external decorative sleeve. The invention also includes the method of assembling and disassembling the cup into the internal sleeve, the base and the bricks.
Beverage tag
A beverage identification device is provided and generally has an identification member, a rotation member rotatably attached to the identification member, and an attachment mechanism extending from the identification member.

DRINKING GLASS MARKER APPARATUS
The apparatus according to present invention comprises a combination of a drinking vessel and a geometrically shaped collar that is divided into at least two pieces such that the collar can encircle and snugly fit onto a stem or handle of a glass, cup or mug whereby when attached the collar is not movable relative to the stem or handle. When the at least two pieces of the collar are joined together to surround the stem of a glass, handle of a mug or the actual glass body itself, the geometrically shaped collar is restored to its original shape and form.
CUP WITH IDENTIFIERS
The present invention provides a cup with identifiers comprising a cup body, and the cup is characterized in that it further includes a character board and a cup sleeve, first holes into which detachable character blocks can be inserted are distributed in the character board, the cup sleeve encases a lower portion of the cup body, and second holes into which the character blocks can be inserted are distributed in the cup sleeve. The present invention achieves a function of identifying the same cups by covering the cup sleeve outside the cup body and inserting the detachable character blocks into the cup sleeve, so that a user is inclined to distinguish his or her own cup from other persons' cups to avoid wrongly using another person's cup and increase safety of drinking water. Further, the cup sleeve also serves to prevent scald for improving security of use.
LIQUID IMAGE STAMPING ARRANGEMENT AND DESIGN METHOD
A liquid image stamping arrangement stamps support surfaces with liquid imagery with a primary goal of providing a simple form of advertising. The liquid image stamping arrangement is usable in combination with containers of virtually any shape, dimension, and material construction, whether open or sealed. Liquid firstly positioned at an exterior container surface is secondly directed downwardly through a drainage portion to particularly deposit the liquid upon an image support surface for forming liquid imagery. The liquid may be in the form of condensate or overflow/spillage. The stamping arrangement provides a material construction that utilizes the inherent properties of the liquid to particularly direct and deposit liquid adjacent containers such that when the container is lifted from the surface a distinct image is revealed. The stamping arrangement may be integrally formed with a container or removably engaged with or attached to the container.
