IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE, DISPLAY DEVICE, POSITION DETERMINING DEVICE, POSITION DETERMINING METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
A display device (10) includes: an integrated control unit (31) that allows selection from among at least a high-luminance mode and a luminance-unevenness-suppression-preferred mode in accordance with an input instruction; and an unevenness correction unit (36) that performs color unevenness correction for each pixel in both the high-luminance mode and the luminance-unevenness-suppression-preferred mode. In the luminance-unevenness-suppression-preferred mode, the unevenness correction unit (36) performs a pixel value limitation process for uniformly shifting, for each pixel, a pixel value in image data to a lower pixel value to thereby decrease the pixel value to a pixel value lower than that in the high-luminance mode, and thereafter, performs the color unevenness correction. Accordingly, even if the use of the display device varies, image processing that is appropriate for various uses is implemented.

System and method for a multi-primary wide gamut color system
Systems and methods for a multi-primary color system for display. A multi-primary color system increases the number of primary colors available in a color system and color system equipment. Increasing the number of primary colors reduces metameric errors from viewer to viewer. One embodiment of the multi-primary color system includes Red, Green, Blue, Cyan, Yellow, and Magenta primaries. The systems of the present invention maintain compatibility with existing color systems and equipment and provide systems for backwards compatibility with older color systems.
Method and Device for Compensating Luminance Deviation and Display Device Using the Same
The present disclosure relates to a method and a device for compensating for a luminance deviation. A difference in pixel value of the image capturing device between a first pixel and a second pixel in the screen and a difference in gray scale level between first and second gray scale levels are derived from a captured image at the first gray scale level and a captured image at the second gray scale level which include pixel values of the image capturing device. A pixel value for the second pixel is calculated from the captured image at the first gray scale level.
Perceptually optimised color calibration method and system
Methods, devices, controllers and systems for color calibration of displays, non-volatile (non-transient) memory, controllers, display devices or display systems including a color calibration transform, operation of such controllers, display devices or systems and software for color calibration of a display are described are described that make use of a color transform having a distribution of color points across a full display gamut (hence optionally preserving full contrast and color saturation in the calibrated display) in an at least substantially perceptually uniform manner suitable for use as a color display calibration adapted for medical applications. A perceptually uniform spread of color points can be in terms of a distance metric such as deltaE2000 for color or JND for gray.

LOOK UP TABLE MANAGEMENT METHOD OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY AND DEVICE
The embodiment of the present invention discloses a look up table management method of a liquid crystal display and a device. The method can include: obtaining an input data and an output data from a first look up table; performing preset operation to the output data to obtain a middle data, of which a sum of absolute values is smaller than a sum of the output data, and associatively storing the input data and the middle data to be a second look up table; as the liquid crystal display performs display, performing an inverse operation of the preset operation to the middle data in the second look up table which is corresponded with a display data inputted in real time to obtain and output an output data corresponded with the display data.
