Automatic oil filtering fryer
The present invention provides an automatic oil filtering fryer comprising: a frying oil container filled with oil; a heating unit heating the oil; an oil filtering container receiving the oil from the frying oil container through an oil discharging pipe; an oil level and filtration control valve installed on the oil discharging pipe and controlling an oil level and filtration; a filtering device installed inside the oil filtering container and including a filtering mesh and a frame to filter debris in the oil; a filtering paper installed inside the oil filtering container and filters remaining debris in the oil; an oil supplying pipe transferring the filtered oil from the oil filtering container into the frying oil container; and a propeller pump pumping the filtered oil upward to the frying oil container and equipping with blades pulverizing remaining debris in the filtered oil while rotating.
Cooking assembly comprising an electrical cooking appliance and a draining receptacle
The invention relates to a cooking assembly (1) which comprises an electrical cooking appliance (2) and a draining receptacle (70), the electrical cooking appliance (2) comprising a vessel (10) provided with a draining device (60) that has a valve (61), the draining receptacle (70) having a control member, and the cooking assembly (1) having a draining configuration in which the draining receptacle (70) supports the electrical cooking appliance (2) and in which the control member moves the valve (61) into the open position. According to the invention, the draining receptacle (70) comprises upper supports that are part of pillars which project from a side wall (75) of the draining receptacle (70), and the electrical cooking appliance (2) rests on said upper supports when the cooking assembly (1) is in the draining configuration.
SEMI-RIGID, MULTI-PLY, SILICONE DETACHABLE DRAIN TUBE FOR FRYERS AND OTHER COMMERCIAL COOKING EQUIPMENT AND METHODS OF USE
A method for effectively draining edible cooking oil at up to 350 F (170 C) and other by-products of the frying process from commercial counter model, free standing or in-battery deep fat fryers, and other commercial cooking equipment such as; griddles, combi ovens, and braising pans; through a detachable, semi-rigid, flexible, reinforced, multi-ply silicone drain tube assembly is provided. The drain tube assembly includes a male or female threaded fitting at one end in accordance with industry standard to 2 or other international threaded fitting sizes. The drain tube assembly may include an easy cam disconnect connection. The fryer includes a cam nipple installed on the drain valve and the drain tube assembly includes a corresponding cam fitting. The drain tube may include various lengths, diameters, thread fittings, and shapes to meet the needs of the foodservice operator.
FRYER
Provided is a fryer that can remove fried scraps accumulated in an oil tank without interrupting frying, the fryer including: a heater for heating a frying oil in the oil tank; an upper oil tank in which the heater is arranged and a food material is to be fried; a lower oil tank, which is provided below the upper oil tank so as to be continuous with the upper oil tank, includes a discharge port formed in a deepest portion to discharge fried scraps generated in the oil tank, together with the frying oil, and includes a plurality of inclined bottom plates inclined toward the discharge port; and a fried scrap discharge button configured to be operated so as to instruct a control unit to discharge, during frying, the fried scraps having sunk in the lower oil tank. When the fried scrap discharge button is operated, while frying in the upper oil tank is continued, a predetermined amount of the frying oil is added to the lower oil tank, and the discharge valve is opened to discharge, from the lower oil tank, substantially the same amount of the frying oil as that of the discharged frying oil.
Convection deep fat fryer heating system
A heating system for a fluid includes a double helical coil of continuous tube, a burner, and a containment structure. The double helical coil has an inlet and an outlet disposed at a bottom end and a plurality of external radial fins spaced apart along a length thereof. The burner is centered in the double helical coil and disposed above the inlet and the outlet. The containment structure has a closed bottom end and a flue opening at an upper end. The containment structure is positioned above the inlet and the outlet to enclose the double helical coil and the draft-type burner. The burner heats the continuous tube to evenly transfer heat to the fluid while the fluid flows through the continuous tube from the inlet to the outlet.
