A display device and a display panel including a first display region and a second display region. The light transmittance of the first display region is greater than the light transmittance of the second display region. At least one first display unit is disposed in the first display region. At least one second display unit, at least one drive unit, and at least one gating switch unit are disposed in the second display region. The at least one drive unit is connected to the input end of the at least one gating switch unit in a one-to-one manner. The first output end of each gating switch unit is connected to one of a first display unit and a second display unit and the second output end of the each gating switch unit is connected to the other one of the first display unit and the second display unit.

A display panel includes a first pixel group and a second pixel group each including sub-pixels coupled to the first scan line, a third pixel group and a fourth pixel group each including sub-pixels coupled to the second scan line. The first pixel group and the second pixel group are driven during a first scan on time in which the first scan line is driven. Consecutive N−1 sub-pixels among the sub-pixels of the third pixel group and one sub-pixel among the sub-pixels of the fourth pixel group are driven during a first portion of a second scan on time in which the second scan line is driven, and consecutive N−1 sub-pixels among the sub-pixels of the fourth pixel group and one sub-pixel among the sub-pixels of the third pixel group are driven during a second portion of the second scan on time.

A display device includes gate lines and pixels connected to the gate lines. The display device includes stages which provide gate signals to the gate lines, and first and second gate power lines which transfer a first voltage to the stages. A first stage among the stages includes a first node controller and a first output unit. The first node controller is connected to the second gate power line, and controls a voltage of a first control node. The first output unit is connected to the first gate power line, and outputs a first voltage of the first gate power line as a gate signal in response to a voltage of the first control node.

A display device includes a pixel array unit in which display elements constituting pixels are arranged in a two-dimensional matrix in a row direction and a column direction. Each of the display elements includes a current-driven light-emitting unit and a drive circuit for driving the light-emitting unit. The drive circuit includes at least a write transistor for writing a video signal and a drive transistor for applying current to the light-emitting unit. A voltage is supplied to a back gate of at least the write transistor via a back gate line provided separate from a power supply line that supplies a voltage to the drive transistor.

DISPLAY DEVICE

A display device includes a display panel including pixels connected to scan lines and data lines, and connection line connected to the scan lines, and a scan driver which drives scan lines. The scan driver includes a scan signal output circuit which outputs a first output signal as a scan signal to a first output line and outputs a second output signal to a second output line, a signal distribution circuit which outputs the first output signal to a first or third connection line and outputs the second output signal to a second or fourth connection line in response to first and second distribution control signals, and a scan-off circuit which outputs gate-off level to at least one of the scan lines in response to first and second scan-off control signals.

A gate driving unit includes an input module, a first output module, a second output module, a feedback module, and an output-controlling module. The input module outputs a previous level-transferring signal into a first node. The first output module outputs a present level-transferring signal. The second output module outputs a scan signal. The feedback module outputs a present-level feedback signal. The output-controlling module pulls up potential of the scan signal to a first direct-current high voltage and pulls up potential of the present level-transferring signal to a second direct-current high voltage.
