METHOD FOR IMPROVING PERFORMANCE OF CUP LID AND CUP LID MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD
A method for improving performance of a cup lid and a cup lid manufactured by the method are disclosed. The method includes: manufacturing a TPU handle with mounting holes, a stainless steel outer cover, a stainless steel top plate, a PP plastic inner ring with mounting snap positions, a PP plastic main body cover, a PP plastic honeycomb, a stainless steel vacuum piece, a silicone ring, and a sealing ring; setting connecting positions on the PP plastic main body cover, using bridge connectors to guide through the mounting snap positions, the connecting positions and the mounting holes; pressing the TPU handle, the stainless steel outer cover and the PP plastic inner ring against the PP plastic main body cover using the bridge connectors, so that a middle part of the bridge connector is restricted by the connecting position and the mounting snap position to limit the position of the ring.
Vacuum compartment structure for cup lid and manufacturing method thereof
Disclosed is a vacuum compartment structure for a cup lid and a manufacturing method thereof. The vacuum compartment structure for a cup lid includes a stainless steel cylinder body and a compartment upper cover. The compartment upper cover is covered on the cylinder body and has an inwardly recessed shape, and the compartment upper cover and the cylinder body are fixedly connected and sealed by laser welding. The compartment upper cover and the cylinder body form a vacuum chamber, which has a getter therein. The compartment upper cover is arranged with a plastic upper cover layer, an outer surface of the cylinder body is wrapped with a plastic lower cover layer, and the plastic upper cover layer is combined with the plastic lower cover layer to fasten and wrap the compartment upper cover and the cylinder body.
Dual removable end cap vessel
A container includes: a double wall vacuum insulated body including: an electroplated stainless steel inner surface or a polished stainless steel inner surface; an outer surface including a vacuum port; a mouth located at a top end of the body having a mouth diameter; and a base opening located at a bottom end of the body having a base opening diameter; a removable top cap including a top seal that seals the top opening; and a removable bottom cap including a bottom seal that seals the bottom open.
TWO-END-THROUGH VACUUM HEAT-INSULATED CONTAINER OUTER TUBE SEALING STRUCTURE AND SEALING METHOD
A two-end-through vacuum heat-insulated container outer tube sealing structure includes a vacuum heat-insulated container outer tube, where a shoulder part of the vacuum heat-insulated container outer tube is provided with a plane; a vacuum cavity is formed in the plane; a vacuum hole for vacuum pumping is formed in the vacuum cavity; the vacuum cavity is filled with a sealing material; a side surface of the plane of the shoulder part is provided with a circular step from top to bottom; a shielding cover is subjected to primary welding on the circular step; a weld bead of the welding is removed by polishing; the shielding cover and the circular step are in gap-free fit; the other end of the shielding cover is subjected to secondary welding with a mouth part of a bottle body; and the weld bead of the welding is removed by sanding the mouth.
VACUUM-INSULATED COOKING DEVICE
A vacuum-insulated cooking device comprises: a vacuum-insulated body including a bottom plate and a sidewall extending from an edge of the bottom plate to one side, wherein the bottom plate and the sidewall are vacuum-insulated by a vacuum pressure lower than atmospheric pressure; a shelf which is accommodated in a storage space formed by the bottom plate and the side wall and on which stones and food materials heated to a high temperature from the outside are stored layer by layer; and a lid, having the same shape as an opening of the vacuum-insulated body, for opening and closing of the opening.
Container and method of forming a container
An insulating container can be configured to retain a volume of liquid, and include a first inner wall having a first end having an opening extending into an internal reservoir, and a second outer wall forming an outer shell. The second outer wall can include a second end configured to support the container on a surface. The second outer wall can include a dimple, and the dimple can include a circular base and an inner portion converging to an hole extending into the second outer wall. The hole can be sealed by a resin, and the circular base can be covered by disc formed of the material. Alternatively, a cap can cover the dimple, and a weld can connect the cap to the second outer wall. The container can also include a sealed vacuum cavity forming an insulated double-wall structure between the first inner wall and the second outer wall.
Insulated food and beverage container
An insulated container for food particulate and beverages is described. The insulated container includes a double-walled structure composed of a metal, and a glass structure arranged within a hollow interior of the double-walled structure. The glass structure includes a body and a sipping portion extending from the body. The sipping portion isolates the user's lips from contacting the double-walled structure. The glass structure may be repeatably removed for cleaning or replacement. The insulated structure includes a deformable flange that secures the glass structure to the double-walled structure. The insulated container may be vacuum-insulated.
TEMPERATURE INDICATOR CONTAINER
A container that provides temperature range indication to a user, the container including a chamber for holding heated liquid and a cap having a visual indicator and a temperature sensor, wherein in use the visual indicator illuminates a plurality of visual colours representing to the user the discrete temperature range of the heated liquid. The container is suitable for infant formula preparation and feeding.
Travel tumbler for beverage dispensing
A beverage containment apparatus includes a cylindrical body, a lid, and a splash guard. The body has one or more walls, a sloping lip at an opening on one end, an interior portion of the body, and a base. In some embodiments, the sloped lip forms a circular arc or a parabolic arc. The lid has a closed end and an open end on an opposite side of the closed end. The open end is configured to detachably couple to the body. The splash guard is configured to detachably couple to the interior portion of the body proximate to the sloping lip. The splash guard includes a plurality of apertures spaced around an outer circumference of the splash guard. In some embodiments, the splash guard includes a center aperture sized to fit a user's finger.
