DRY POWDER COATING FOR ENHANCED PRINTING ON STAINLESS STEEL AND METHOD THEREOF
A method of coating and decorating a steel surface is described herein. The method includes applying a powder-coat, curing the powder-coat, printing a design, decoration, or logo in ink, and curing the ink resulting in an improved decorated steels surface. Additionally, a decorated steel surface is described, having a first layer of steel, a second layer of powder-coating, and a third layer of ink. A decorated stainless steel container is also described having an interior surface and an exterior surface of steel. The exterior surface having a first layer of powder-coating and a second layer of ink.
Vacuum Insulated Container for Selectively Dispensing Two Fluids of Different Temperatures
A vacuum insulated container for storing and selectively dispensing two fluids of different temperatures serves to insulate and selectively dispense two segregated fluids having different temperatures from the container. The vacuum insulated container provides a body that is bifurcated into two compartments separated by vacuum insulated walls. The first compartment contains a fluid of a first temperature, and the second compartment contains a fluid of a second temperature. The vacuum insulated container further provides a cap having two tabs that selectively open and close independently of each other, so that only one tab can be opened to access the desired fluid. Sliding the first tab to the open position releases a tensioned locking member to lock the second tab in the closed position, and displacing the second tab to the open position releases the tensioned locking member to lock the first tab in the closed position.
Shock-proof mineral container and mounting structure thereof
A shock-proof mineral container and mounting structure thereof, which provides a heat insulation container with a liner formed using mineral material. The liner is provided with shock-proof protection and a mounted assembly structure. During the process of assembling the single ended suspended configuration, a blocking member having an elastic effect is inter-connected between an annular neck configured on the mineral liner and an upper link opening joined to an outer cylinder, and the elastic strain of the blocking member is used to absorb shock waves occasionally produced by an external force when carrying the container, thereby safeguarding the structural safety of the hard and brittle mineral liner. In addition, the structure is supplemented with a cylinder liner, which adds to the heat insulation capacity of the container and maintains the stability of the mineral liner.
SINGLE LAYER SCATTERING OF POWDER SURFACES
Methods and equipment to apply a decorative surface on a building panel wherein the surface includes a mix of fibres, binders, wear resistant particles and pigments. Layers may be applied as separate layers with equipment that applies essentially only one of the materials in the surface mix. A method of forming a surface layer on a substrate, the method including forming a first layer of a first material, applying a second layer of a second material on the first layer, mixing the first and second layers into a mix comprising the first and the second material, and applying the mix on a substrate for forming a surface layer.
VACUUM INSULATED BEVERAGE CONTAINER WITH REMOVABLE CUP AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
A vacuum insulated container includes a body defined with inner and outer walls, a lid portion having a cap that is arranged to be actuated between open and closed states, and a removable cup that has a threaded connection to the body. Upon the cup being engaged with the body, an interior surface of the cup may contact the cap, or be arranged in proximity to the cap, in order to maintain the cap in the closed state. When the cup is removed from the body, the cap may be actuated between the open and closed states. In the open state, fluid may be accessed through an opening in the lid portion, where the opening conforms to a user's mouth to facilitate drinking. The fluid also may be poured from the container into the cup, which may include a liner or foam insulation.
THERMAL REGULATION AND STABILIZATION VESSEL
A thermal stabilization vessel may include a double walled tube. The tube may have an outer wall, an inner wall, and a sealed off volume located between the inner and outer walls. A removable base may close off a bottom opening of the tube and conduct heat to or from a container placed within the vessel. A top may partially close off a top opening of the tube. The top may include an annulus of elastomeric material. The annulus may have a plurality of resilient tabs extending radially inward toward a central axis of the tube. When a container such as a bottle of wine is placed within a vessel, the tabs of the annulus may resiliently deflect as needed to accommodate the container and then restrict air exchange between an ambient environment and a space located interior to the inner wall of the tube and exterior to the container.
VACUUM HEAT INSULATING CONTAINER
A vacuum heat insulating container 1 includes an outer tube 2 having a bottom and an inner tube 3 having a bottom and an inner tube 3 having a bottom, the outer tube 2 and the inner tube 3 being arranged in such a way that the central axes thereof being a horizontal direction, an opening end of the outer tube 2 and an opening end of the inner tube 3 being bonded to each other, and a depressurized sealed space 8 being formed between the outer tube 2 and the inner tube 3, in which the vacuum heat insulating container further includes a load receiving part 7 for causing the outer tube 2 to support the inner tube 3, and the location of the load receiving part 7 in a vertical direction coincides with the location of the central axis of the outer tube 2.
Insulated Container
A container is defined as having a body with by a cylindrical sidewall and preferably formed from stainless steel. The body includes an inside wall, an outside wall, and first and second open ends. The inside and outside walls are spaced from one another to define an insulation space within the sidewall. A bottom cap is removably attachable to and closes the first end of the sidewall. A top cap is removably attachable to and closes the second end of the sidewall. The bottom cap and top cap combine with the sidewall to create an interior storage volume. Both ends of the sidewall may serve as a dispensing opening for the container by proper positioning of and removal of the respective cap.
Dual Removable End Cap Vessel
A container includes: a double wall vacuum insulated body including: an electroplated stainless steel inner surface or a polished stainless steel inner surface; an outer surface including a vacuum port; a mouth located at a top end of the body having a mouth diameter; and a base opening located at a bottom end of the body having a base opening diameter; a removable top cap including a top seal that seals the top opening; and a removable bottom cap including a bottom seal that seals the bottom open.
Container and handle and method of forming a container and handle
Containers can be configured to retain a volume of liquid, and include a first inner wall having a first end having an opening extending into an internal reservoir, and a second outer wall forming an outer shell. The second outer wall can include a second end configured to support the container on a surface. The containers can include a removably engaged handle.
