Systems and methods for adjusting light emitted from a display
Systems and methods for adjusting light emitted from a display of a device are provided. The adjusting includes obtaining, from light of an environment detected by at least one sensor, a measured color of light of the environment, and obtaining, from light of the environment detected by at least one sensor, a measured brightness of light of the environment. In response to the obtaining the measured color and the measured brightness of light, a color of light emitted from the display is adjusted from an initial color prior to the adjusting to a target color that matches the measured color. Further, a brightness of light emitted from the display is adjusted from an initial brightness emitted by the display prior to the adjusting to a target brightness that matches the measured brightness of light.
Multi-display apparatus with sensors
Disclosed is a multi-display apparatus including display modules and a sensor. Some of the display modules sequentially connected receive a signal from the sensor, and each of the display modules transmits signals including the signal from the sensor to a display module connected to a rear stage thereof. The display module connected to a final stage transmits the signal from the sensor to a control box. The control box includes a detector configured to detect whether signals from a plurality of transmission lines include a generated flag signal based on the signals including a signal from the sensor and a selector configured to select a transmission line detected as including the flag signal by the detector and set the selected transmission line as a channel for communication with the sensor.

The present application provides an organic display device, which comprising a light sensing device and an organic light emitting diode display panel, based on the organic light emitting diode display panel disposed on the light sensing device, and first and second light sensing regions disposed on the light sensing device, and first and second filtering devices further disposed on the first and second light sensing regions, the light sensing device senses an ambient signal passing through the organic light emitting diode display panel, the first and second filtering devices, and a display signal generated from the organic light emitting diode display panel and passing through the first and second filtering devices. Thereby, the ambient light signal and display light signal are sensed by a light sensing manner under the display panel (under display sensing).
ADAPTIVE BRIGHTNESS FOR AUGMENTED REALITY DISPLAY
Disclosed are systems and methods for adaptively adjusting brightness of a wearable device projection system. The systems and methods perform operations comprising: causing projection elements of the AR wearable device to project an image; receiving a measure of ambient light from an ambient light sensor; adjusting one or more hardware parameters of the projection elements of the AR wearable device based on the measure of ambient light; modifying one or more color values of the image displayed by the projection elements of the AR wearable device based on the measure of ambient light; and projecting the image with the modified color values using the projection elements of the AR wearable device with the adjusted one or more hardware parameters.
DISTORTION CORRECTION FOR NON-FLAT DISPLAY SURFACE
One embodiment provides a method, including: identifying, using data obtained from at least one sensor associated with an information handling device, a multi-planar orientation of a non-flat display surface of the information handling device and a spatial orientation of the information handling device with respect to a user's gaze position; determining, using a processor and based on the identifying, a distortion of at least one object displayed on the non-flat display surface; and adjusting at least one aspect of the non-flat display surface to correct the distortion. An electronic device and method are disclosed herein. The electronic device includes a display, a biometric sensor, and at least one processor. The processor implements the method, including: when a touch input is detected to the display within the biometric sensing area, increase a brightness of a first pixel group within the biometric sensing area to a first brightness level, and execute at least one of maintaining and changing display of a second pixel group outside the biometric sensing area and, wherein the at least one of maintaining and changing display of the second pixel group includes one of: executing a black state in which display through the second pixel group is disabled, and changing a display attribute for the second pixel group such that a load on the second pixel group is reduced.

An example computing device includes: a display to display a color calibration pattern; a touchpad to receive input for the computing device, the touchpad having a reflective layer to reflect the color calibration pattern; a color sensor to detect the reflected color calibration pattern from the touchpad; a processor interconnected with the color sensor and the display, the processor to calibrate a color output of the display based on the color calibration pattern detected at the color sensor.
