Sauce pot

Disclosed herein is a sauce pot which is used for the mixing for stirring of sauces, soups, gravies, and other foodstuffs while being heated on a heat source such as a stovetop, gas burner, hot plate, barbeque grill, charcoal, open flame, etc. the term “sauce” will be used herein to indicate all such foodstuffs to be cooked in order to abbreviate this disclosure. The sauce pot allows a user (cook) to stir and mix the sauce while heating the sauce and optionally while a lid assembly is in place thus, more efficiently retaining heat, steam, and flavors within the sauce pot during cooking and stirring.

INLINE SPIRALIZING FOOD PROCESSOR

The invention described herein is directed to an inline spiral cutting food processor that includes a motor that rotates an upper positioned disc with a blade assembly by means of a belt or gear assembly or mechanism. The entrance and exit chute are fixed and positioned in-line with the axis of rotation of the blade supporting disc member. The entrance chute is positioned above the cutting disc, and the exit opening (or chute) is below. During operation a food item is pushed down the entrance chute as the blade rotates and cuts it. Cut food falls down through the opening or exit chute into a storage container or jar. The food cutting assembly is configured to generate spiral or helical food from vegetables.

Countertop Cooking Appliance

A countertop cooking appliance is an apparatus that is used to manufacture food, particularly cheeses, with controlled heating, mixing, drainage, and pressure cycles. The apparatus is also configured to accept various cooking patterns for different foods based on different recipes. A perforated drainer is used to hold ingredients for mixing, completed cheese curds, and the finalized cheese product. A processing receptacle is a container that holds the perforated drainer and temporarily stores whey and process byproducts. A byproduct receptacle is a storage unit for whey and other liquid byproducts produced in the cheese development process. A fluid pump applies pressure to fluids collected in the processing receptacle, transferring them to the byproduct receptacle. A linear actuator provides mechanical power to one of several detachable food-interacting heads, which consequently chops, mixes, or otherwise agitates the contents of the perforated container.

MICRO PUREE MACHINE

A micro puree machine including a housing, a power shaft, a bowl assembly and a platform. The power shaft extends from the housing. The bowl assembly including at least one locking bowl element. The platform includes at least one complementary locking platform element that is configured to engage the at least one locking bowl element such that rotation of the bowl assembly relative to the platform is prevented at times the bowl assembly is positioned thereon. The platform is rotatable from a first position to a second position relative to the housing such that the platform raises the bowl assembly towards the power shaft during the rotation of the bowl assembly and platform. The raising of the bowl assembly facilitates connection between the power shaft and a blade assembly that is positioned in a lid assembly on the bowl assembly. A blade assembly detection system detects proper positioning of the blade assembly within the lid assembly.

SUGAR REDUCTION OF FOOD PRODUCTS

A food processing apparatus (10) is disclosed for reducing a sugar content of a food product (1). The food processing apparatus comprises a food processing compartment (30) including a blade arrangement (28) and a fluid release valve (37); a base (20) including a motor (22) arranged to drive the blade arrangement; a heating arrangement (40, 42) for heating a food product in the food processing compartment with steam, the heating arrangement comprising a water tank (40) in fluid communication with the food processing compartment (30) and a heating element (42) thermally coupled to said water tank and under control of said controller (60; and a controller (60) arranged to control the motor and the heating element. The controller is arranged to control the heating element such as to heat the food product in the food processing arrangement with steam for a defined period of time; and control the motor to blend the food product upon termination of the heating of the food product for said defined period of time and upon releasing steam condensate generated during the heating of the food product from the food processing compartment through said fluid release valve. Also disclosed is a method of for reducing a sugar content of a food product (1) with such a food processing apparatus.

The present utility model relates to the technical field of food processing apparatuses, in particular relates to a food processing apparatus as well as its container cover and its container, comprising a cover assembly; the cover assembly comprises a cover body, a plurality of holding pieces and an operating piece; the cover body is arranged with a stirring shaft opening through the cover body; the holding pieces are connected with the cover body in a linearly sliding manner and have a tendency to approach the stirring shaft opening on the horizontal plane; The present utility model can realize the release of the processing knife by pressing the operating piece, which is safe and convenient to move the operating piece.

MIXING BEATERS FOR USE WITH A STAND MIXER

A mixing beater for a stand mixer includes a collar configured to removably couple the mixing beater with the stand mixer. A frame is coupled with the collar and includes a pair of opposing first and second arms. The first and second arms are coupled at their respective distal ends by a frame tip. A central axis of the mixing beater extends through the frame tip, between the opposing first and second arms. A plurality of ribs extends between the first and second arms. Each rib has a rib central axis that extends orthogonal to the central axis of the mixing beater and each of the plurality of ribs is spaced from an adjacent rib to define a space between adjacent ribs.
