Driving Mechanism for Multi Function Food Processor
A drive mechanism for a multi-function food processor with three drive outlets each couplable separately to a food processing component. The drive mechanism comprising: a motor with a motor output shaft disposed at one end of the motor, the motor output shaft comprises a first cone gear of a cone gear set and a worm; a first central drive shaft comprising a second cone gear of the cone gear set that meshes with the first cone gear of the motor output shaft, the first central drive shaft associated with the first drive outlet and the second drive outlet; the second drive outlet associated with the first central drive shaft by a first reduction gear arrangement which comprises a first gear train that meshes with a sun gear sleeved on the first central drive shaft; a second central drive shaft comprising a worm gear driven by the worm of the motor output shaft, the second central drive shaft associated with the third drive outlet; the third drive outlet associated with the second central drive shaft by a second gear reduction arrangement. The overall structure of the drive mechanism is made more compact.
Relating to stand mixer arrangements
A stand mixer arrangement includes a pedestal for a mixing bowl; an electric motor and a drive system including a rotary drive outlet disposed overhead of the bowl, capable of imparting a mixing action to a tool suspended into the bowl-from a socket supported by said drive outlet; and illumination means encircling, or substantially encircling, said drive outlet and arranged to direct light into the mixing bowl.
Multi-functional jug and beverage producing machine using same
A jug for preparation of beverages includes a body with a first receptacle and a second receptacle for receiving ingredients for the preparation of the beverages. A first stirrer can be arranged in the first receptacle. The jug also includes a cover closing the body of the jug. A first fluid connection is arranged for receiving a beverage from a beverage producing machine and collecting the beverage in the first receptacle. A second fluid connection to a beverage producing machine is further provided, which is in fluid communication with the second receptacle. The first receptacle and the second receptacle have different depths, where one of the first receptacle and the second receptacle has a larger depth than the other.
Stand mixers
A stand mixer 10 comprises a head unit 50 having a lower surface presenting, in operation, a downwardly-facing drive outlet for driving in rotation at least one tool suspended therefrom. The head unit is supported with the downwardly-facing drive outlet above a receiving location 30 for a mixing bowl 40. Driving means, including an electric motor 70 and associated transmission means for conveying rotary drive to the drive outlet, are provided. The mixer further comprises first 80 and second 90 coaxial driving outlets presented on an upper surface 52 of the head unit 50; the coaxial outlets 80, 90 run at different speeds and are driven from the motor 70 by means of an epicyclic gearbox 100. The motor 70 is housed in the support means 60 with its drive shaft 72 in substantial alignment with the coaxial drive outlets 80, 90.
SYSTEMS FOR LOCATING A SLIDE RAIL ON A STAND MIXER
A stand mixer appliance includes a casing that includes a base, a column mounted to the base, and a motor housing mounted to the column and extending outwardly above the base. The column includes a slide rail mounted to the column. The slide rail includes a pin configured to engage with an aperture of the column.
SYSTEMS FOR LOCATING THE BASE OF A STAND MIXER
A stand mixer appliance includes a casing that includes a second base portion, a main body mounted to the second base portion, and a motor housing mounted to the main body, extending outwardly above the second base portion. The main body includes a column portion and a first base portion. The second base portion includes an aperture, and the first base portion of the main body includes a pin configured to engage with the aperture of the second base portion.
SYSTEM FOR MIXING BEVERAGES AND METHOD OF DOING THE SAME
A module includes a housing and an agitator. The housing defines a cavity and includes a boss that extends from a first end of the housing into the interior cavity towards a second opposing end of the housing. The boss has an exterior surface and defines an inner bore. The boss includes a flange extending outwardly from the exterior surface. The agitator includes a base, a shaft, and a mixing element. The shaft of the agitator extends from the base and is slidable relative to the inner bore of the boss such that the agitator is movable between a fully retracted position, a partially extended position, and a fully extended position. The mixing element of the agitator extends from the base and includes a portion that is configured to engage the flange of the boss in a non-rotational fashion in response to the agitator being in the partially extended position.
Inline spiralizing food processor
The invention described herein is directed to an inline spiral cutting food processor that includes a motor that rotates an upper positioned disc with a blade assembly by means of a belt or gear assembly or mechanism. The entrance and exit chute are fixed and positioned in-line with the axis of rotation of the blade supporting disc member. The entrance chute is positioned above the cutting disc, and the exit opening (or chute) is below. During operation a food item is pushed down the entrance chute as the blade rotates and cuts it. Cut food falls down through the opening or exit chute into a storage container or jar. The food cutting assembly is configured to generate spiral or helical food from vegetables.
MIXING ASSEMBLY FOR STAND MIXER WITH TWO OR MORE CONNECTIONS
A stand mixer has a vertical direction, a transverse direction, and a lateral direction and includes a motor, a head comprising a central shaft operably coupled to the motor and rotating about a central axis, and an offset shaft operably coupled to the motor and rotating about an offset axis, and a mixing assembly comprising a transmission assembly mechanically coupling the central shaft and the offset shaft, and a mixer attachment mechanically coupled to the transmission assembly, wherein the central shaft and the offset shaft provide an input motion and the transmission assembly generates an output motion from input motion, the mixer attachment moving in the output motion, and wherein the input motion is different from the output motion.
Domestic appliance for processing foods and splash guard therefor
A domestic appliance for processing foods including: a bowl, with an opening for introducing foods into the bowl and into which a tool for processing foods is inserted, a splash guard, which can be inserted into the opening of the bowl, such that boundary regions of the splash guard are opposite an inner wall of the opening to prevent foods from spraying out of the bowl, and a cover, which can be inserted into the opening of the bowl once the splash guard has been inserted into the opening of the bowl,
wherein the splash guard includes a plate which extends substantially flat and ends with boundary regions.
