The vessel can be both part of the food processor and part of the mixing device. The maximum possible rotational speed at which the food processor can rotate the mixing tool may be at least five times greater than the maximum possible rotational speed at which the food processor can rotate the mixing tool. The present disclosure also relates to a stand part for the mixing device of the system. The stand part may be configured to rotate the mixing tool at or below a predetermined rotational speed as well as at or below a predetermined torque level.

A novel device for frothing milk is disclosed. The frothing device preferably includes a rotatable impeller and a screen disposed about the bottom of the impeller downstream of milk being pushed by the impeller. The frothing device may further include a pitcher and a base upon which the pitcher sits wherein the base includes a heater. The pitcher includes a magnetic drive capable of turning the impeller at very high speeds. The impeller is positioned off-center within the pitcher that preferably includes a tapered interior. The structure of the device and programs that adjust the speed of rotation of the impeller permit the user to create bubbles and further break the bubbles down into a silky smooth microfoam without the conventional use of a steam wand or other such device and without the skills of a professional barista.

A machine (1) for processing a liquid food substance includes a jug (20) that has a container (21) and a handle (31,32,33) for holding the jug by an adult human hand (40). The container (21) delimits a food cavity (21′) for containing the food substance. The handle (31,32,33) has a connection member (31) projecting from the container (21) and a substantially elongated upright gripping member (32) that is connected to the connection member (31) at a distance from the container (21). The gripping member (32) has an upper portion (32a) that is above the connection member (31) and a lower portion (32b) that is below the connection member (31). The upper portion (32a) is configured to support a thumb (41) of the hand (40) and delimits with the connection member (31) an upper seat (31a) for accommodating an index finger (42) of the hand (40). The handle (31,32,33) has a confinement member (33) that extends: substantially uprightly between the container (21) and the lower portion (32b) of the gripping member (32); and downwardly from the connection member (31) or from close thereto. The confinement member (33) and the lower portion (32b) and the connection member (31) delimit a lower seat (31b) for accommodating a portion of a middle finger (43) of the hand (40).

A cooker includes: a main body; a container inside the main body; a stirring body having a blade for stirring an object to be cooked in the container and a magnet at a position facing an inner bottom part of the container; a magnetic field generator inside the main body and configured to generate a rotating magnetic field so that a rotational force of the rotating magnetic field acts on the magnet; and a controller inside the main body and configured to control the magnetic field generator so that: (i) a direction of rotation of the rotating magnetic field is switched between a forward rotation direction and a reverse rotation direction that is reverse to the forward rotation direction; and (ii) a number M of rotations in the reverse rotation direction is less than a number N of rotations in the forward rotation direction.

An automatic stirring cup, comprising a cup body, a stirring ball arranged at the bottom of a cavity of the cup body and a power base for supplying power to the stirring ball; a first electrode for electrically connecting the stirring ball and the power base is arranged at the bottom of the cup body; a first magnet is arranged in the stirring ball, and a second magnet matched with the first magnet is arranged at the bottom of the cup body, and the stirring ball and the cup body are magnetically connected; a third magnet matched with the second magnet is arranged at the power base, and the cup body and the power base are magnetically connected. The automatic stirring cup could avoid the water leakage problem during the use of the automatic stirring cup in the prior art.

Proposed is a blender, in which a blender body operates when closure of the container lid on a container body is detected. In the blender, when the closure of the container lid is detected, power is transmitted from a first inductive coil of the blender body to a second inductive coil of the container body. A transmission module of the container body transmits a signal to a receiving module of the blender body by suing the power transmitted to the second inductive coil. When the signal is received by the receiving module, the blender body detects the closure of the container lid and is operated.
