BENCH MIXER WHIPPING PROCESS MONITOR
A bench or stand mixer includes a bowl that contains ingredients, a motor that drives an accessory, for example a beater, to process the ingredients, and a sensor. The sensor provides a signal indicative of a change in the ingredients, with the sensor cooperating with a controller, for example a processor, to control the speed of the motor, in response to the change in condition of the ingredients.
SIFTER SCALE ATTACHMENT FOR STAND MIXER
A food-product handling device includes a sifter unit having housing defining an open upper side, a mount extending outwardly from the first housing along a first axis, and a lower side opposite the upper side. A sifter basket has an interior and is aligned with and inset within the open upper side. The device further includes a scale assembly having a body defining an upper opening and an opposite lower opening and having an annular weight-sensing unit surrounding the upper opening. The body is positionable on the housing of the sifter unit with the opening in communication with the open upper side of the housing. A hopper is positionable on the weight-sensing unit.
Pouring shield for a stand mixer
A pouring shield for a stand mixer includes an upper collar for mounting to a mixer head of the stand mixer in a friction-fit manner without the need for clamps or other mounting accessories. The stand mixer is configured to receive a mixing bowl with an open top, and the pouring shield is configured to cover the open top of the mixing bowl at an upper rim of the mixing bowl using a seal member which is disposed around an outer perimeter of the pouring shield. The seal member is a flexibly resilient member configured to close the open top of the mixing bowl when the stand mixer is in a closed position, and includes a wide surface for accommodating mixing bowls of various sizes.
MIXING MACHINE
A food mixing machine includes a mixer body including a column and a head extending from the column. A rotatable output member extends downward from the head for receiving a mixer tool. A bowl support is mounted for vertical movement along the column between a lowered position away from the head and a raised position toward the head. A drive assembly is linked to selectively drive the rotatable output member. A user interface, including a touch-screen display, is located on the mixer body. A controller is associated with the user interface, wherein the controller is configured to communicate mixing machine condition information via the touch-screen display.
ACTIVATION DEVICE WITH MAGNETS
An activation device for transmitting a user input to a control device has an engaging element that forms a first housing part and a feeding element that forms a second housing part. The engaging element has a push magnet, whose magnetic field extends into the feeding element and the feeding element has a push magnet that can be displaced without contact through exposure to the magnetic field. The engaging push magnet can be displaced in the direction of the feeding element by pressure-activating the activation device, and is set up to exert a magnetic force on a corresponding feeding push magnet. The engaging element and feeding element each have at least one rotating magnet that can be displaced parallel to an intermediate plane running between them. The engaging rotating magnet of the engaging element exerts a magnetic force on a corresponding feeding rotating magnet of the feeding element.
TWIST OFF CONTAINER AND COUPLING ASSEMBLY FOR A MICRO PUREE MACHINE
A twist off container and coupling assembly of a micro puree machine includes a container and a coupling on the micro puree machine. An interior surface of the coupling has at least one ramped slot that is angled relative to a lower annular surface of the coupling. The container has at least one protrusion correspondingly angled relative to an upper annular surface of the container. The protrusion is configured to engage the slot when the container is rotated in a clockwise direction and to disengage from the slot when the container is rotated in a counterclockwise direction. When the container is rotated, the container moves both axially and rotationally relative to the coupling.
DETACHABLE RIB, FOOD MIXING CHAMBER COMPRISING TWO OR MORE RIBS AND STIR TOOL FOR A MIXING BOWL
A detachable rib for use in a mixing bowl that provides an obstacle for ingredients being driven around the inside of a mixing bowl. The rib comprises a blade configured to extend in an axial direction along an inner surface of the mixing bowl; and an attachment formation for engaging with a corresponding formation of the mixing bowl, the engagement securing the rib against circumferential movement in at least one rotational direction; such that in use the blade interrupts a path of food being driven around the mixing bowl.
Mixing bowl and liner system
A mixing bowl and liner system for lining a mixing bowl so that the mixing bowl can be used without soiling it includes a rigid mixing bowl defining a bowl cavity. The mixing bowl has an interior surface adjacent the bowl cavity and a top edge defining an opening to said bowl cavity. A liner is insertable into the bowl cavity and comprises a wall, a rim, and a spout. The wall is coextensive with the interior surface of the mixing bowl and the rim rests on the top edge of the mixing bowl when the liner is inserted into the mixing bowl. The spout is coupled to the rim and has a pair of ridges which protrude outwardly in converging alignment.
Adjustment assembly for a countertop appliance
An adjustment assembly for a counter appliance includes a bracket that defines an opening and includes retention features defined proximate to the opening. A slider is operably coupled to the bracket and includes a knob that extends through the opening that is defined by the bracket. The slider defines a groove and a notch. A barrier member is operably coupled to the slider and is selectively coupled to the retention features of the bracket. The barrier member includes a spine that is slidably disposed within the groove defined by the slider and selectively engaged with the notch.
Mixing bowl assembly
A mixing bowl assembly includes a bowl that has handles extending outwardly from the bowl. A lid is selectively coupled to the bowl. The lid includes an outer circumferential frame and grasping portions that extend outwardly from the outer circumferential frame. A planar wooden trivet is selectively coupled with the lid, wherein the planar wooden trivet defines at least a servicing position of the lid. A glass dome is selectively coupled to the planar wooden trivet and includes a handgrip that is selectively disposed within the bowl.
