Twist off container and coupling assembly for a micro puree machine
A twist off container and coupling assembly of a micro puree machine includes a container and a coupling on the micro puree machine. An interior surface of the coupling has at least one ramped slot that is angled relative to a lower annular surface of the coupling. The container has at least one protrusion correspondingly angled relative to an upper annular surface of the container. The protrusion is configured to engage the slot when the container is rotated in a clockwise direction and to disengage from the slot when the container is rotated in a counter-clockwise direction. When the container is rotated, the container moves both axially and rotationally relative to the coupling.
STAND MIXER ARRANGEMENTS
A stand mixer arrangement includes a pedestal for a mixing bowl; an electric motor and a drive system including a rotary drive outlet disposed overhead of the bowl, capable of imparting a mixing action to a tool suspended into the bowl from a socket supported by said drive outlet; and illumination means encircling, or substantially encircling, said drive outlet and arranged to direct light into the mixing bowl.
FOOD MACHINE WITH FOOD PROCESSOR TOOLS AND AUTOMATED SHARPENING ALERT AND TRACKING SYSTEM
A food processing machine includes a head extending over a bowl receiving location, the head including an output shaft driven in a planetary manner. A food processing assembly is mounted below the head and includes a drive assembly for converting planetary motion of the output shaft to a rotational motion of a food processing tool drive shaft about a stationary shaft axis. The food processing assembly includes a food processing tool that can be removed.
FOOD PROCESSING MACHINE ADAPTIVE TO FOOD LOAD
A food processing machine includes a head extending over a bowl receiving location, the head including an output shaft driven in a planetary manner. At least a first food processing tool and a second food processing tool can be changed in and out of the machine to be driven by the output shaft. A controller and associated tool detection system is configured to identify whether the first food processing tool or the second food processing tool is mounted on the machine and to select a stored load profile that is linked to the identified food processing tool.
Food processing apparatus and method
Food processing apparatuses having a drive unit which has more than one mode of operation, works with more than one food processing container, and/or may be operated in more than orientation are disclosed. The drive unit may be operated in first and second modes of operation. In some embodiments, the drive unit may be actuated in a different manner in the second mode of operation as compared to the first mode of operation. In some embodiments, the orientation of the drive unit in the second mode of operation is vertically flipped upside-down as compared to the orientation of the drive unit in the first mode of operation.
Hand mixer support
By attaching a rigid device between an overhead cabinet knob with the opposite side of the rigid device being attached to the handle of the hand mixer, hands free use of the hand mixer is achieved.
Lid securing mechanism for food processor
A food processor having a work bowl and lid configured to be selectively removable from the bowl is provided. The food processor includes a mechanism for securing the lid to the work bowl. The mechanism includes a plurality of recesses formed in an interior lip of the bowl and a plurality of corresponding protrusions formed on an exterior lip of the lid. The protrusions are configured to engage the recesses to align and secure the lid to the bowl.
FOOD PROCESSING APPLIANCE
A food processing appliance (100) comprising an enclosure (102), (104) for receiving an item; a UV radiation source (204) operable to irradiate items in the enclosure (102), (104) with UV light; and a safety mechanism (208), (402) arranged to prevent access to the enclosure when the radiation source is irradiating the item in the enclosure.
Food processor dampen system
A vibration damper system used in a food processor to reduce the vibration of a high power motor that has varying speed cycles is disclosed. The motor is suspended from a ceiling that is mounted to the motor base through a plurality of bolted joints. The bolted joints are surrounded by a grommet that has a unique shape. The grommet comprises generally three parts, which are an upper portion, a middle portion, and a lower portion. The middle portion is smaller than other portion so that it creates a recess for the ceiling to be sandwiched between the grommet. In a preferred embodiment, the lower portion of the grommet further comprises a plurality of petal members that provide a non-uniform spring rate to the grommet so that the grommet is adapted best to reduce the upward impulse of the motor. The food processor also contains a novel air ventilation system.
Damper mechanism for tilt-head stand mixer
A damper mechanism for a stand mixer includes a swing body coupled to a pivot pin and operable along an actuation path between first and second positions. A piston damper is configured to provide a damping effect to a downward movement of a mixer head and is coupled to the swing body. The piston damper includes a damper housing and a piston rod, wherein the piston rod is operable between extended and compressed positions relative to the damper housing. The piston damper provides a damping effect along a portion of the actuation path of the swing body as a mixer head moves towards the closed position relative to a pedestal of the stand mixer.
