The present disclosure relates to outdoor musical instruments configured to replicate the appearance of a mushroom and to withstand prolonged exposure to the environment. The musical instrument is made up of at least a metal dish mounted to a weather-resistant support post. The metal dish is mounted to the top of the support post, and the bottom surface of the metal dish is separated from the top end of the support post by a non-metal isolator. The musical instrument is configured to produce a note that sustains when the top surface of the metal dish is struck by a mallet.

The XILO Cube is a percussion instrument based on the classic Euclidean (hexahedronic) open-sided cube. Manufactured of lightweight metal, each edge/side of the cube contains a different note and/or tone giving it 24 (twenty-four) playing surfaces. All edges are spot-welded.

An illuminated acoustic device is provided including a body, a lighting element, a sensor, and a medium material. The body includes a handle and a hollow chamber extending outward from the handle. The lighting element is arranged within the body and is arranged to illuminate an interior of the hollow chamber. The sensor is positioned within the hollow chamber. The sensor is adapted to control the lighting element. The medium material is arranged within the interior of the hollow chamber.

A portable drum kit system is configured to be converted from a transport configuration to a drumming configuration. The drum kit system includes a cajon with a plurality of other drum components and a convertible storage container that converts to a seat when in a drumming configuration. The portable drum kit system is easy to transport in one trip, as all the components are coupled to, configured in or on, the convertible storage container that has a set of wheels and a handle. The portable drum kit eliminates the need for expensive and bulky drum covers, cymbal cases typically required for transportation of these components. The drum kit may include a snare drum, tom tom, hi-hat, cymbal and a tambourine. The cajon may be configured to produce only bass frequencies and may include high and mid tone sound absorbing material within the cajon.

The hi-hat pedal assembly plate can be pivotally connected to the bottom platform that the hi-hat pedal plate forms a portion of the body when the hi-hat pedal assembly plate is folded up for storage.

The present invention is a noise maker comprising: a body comprising: an upper chamber, a lower chamber connected to the upper chamber, a handle connected to the lower chamber, a base connected to the handle; a cover, wherein the cover securely fits around the upper chamber; a first set of noise making elements contained with the upper chamber; and a second set of noise making elements contained within the lower chamber.
