Kitchen Appliance System and Method of Automatic Taring for a Kitchen Appliance System
The invention relates to a kitchen appliance system with a base unit having a housing and with at least one accessory having an identification feature. A weighing module configured for recording a gross weight and a control device are provided at the base unit. Furthermore, a detection device configured to detect an identification feature of at least one accessory is provided at the base unit, and the control device is configured to detect a change in position of the at least one accessory relative to the base unit relative to the base unit, to retrieve weight information corresponding to an identification feature detected by the detection device, and to calculate a net weight based on a gross weight detected by the weighing module and taking into account the weight information. A corresponding method is also described.
Food processing apparatus and method
Food processing apparatuses having a drive unit which has more than one mode of operation, works with more than one food processing container, and/or may be operated in more than orientation are disclosed. The drive unit may be operated in first and second modes of operation. In some embodiments, the drive unit may be actuated in a different manner in the second mode of operation as compared to the first mode of operation. In some embodiments, the orientation of the drive unit in the second mode of operation is vertically flipped upside-down as compared to the orientation of the drive unit in the first mode of operation.
Combined stirring, mixing and blending apparatus for commercial kitchens
A stirring, mixing and blending (SMB) apparatus includes a mixing container mountable on a base which houses the components and controllers for rotating a blade assembly within the container. The blade assembly includes a pair of substantially flat wings mounted on the opposite sides of a horizontal rod. The wings are generally rectangular with rounded corners and blunt edges. The wings are oriented at a downward angle relative to the horizontal rod which enhances the stirring, mixing and blending functions of the apparatus.
Method for manufacturing bowl and glass bowl
A method for manufacturing a bowl and a glass bowl are disclosed. A high borosilicate glass bowl is manufactured with high borosilicate glass, which has characteristics of high hardness, high light transmittance, high chemical stability, cold and hot shock resistance, and the like. A radian of a bottom is measured by a laser scanner, so that an accurate molding die can be manufactured by a numerical control machine tool. A solid rubber compound is mixed by a mixing mill, and then a vulcanizing agent and a silica gel masterbatch are added to obtain a silicone rubber raw material. The silicone rubber raw material is taken out according to a preset weight, then put together with the high borosilicate glass bowl into a molding vulcanizer. Vulcanization compression molding is performed to obtain a high borosilicate glass bowl with an anti-slip silica gel bottom.
FOOD PROCESSING APPARATUS CONTAINER AND A FOOD PROCESSING APPARATUS
The present utility model relates to the technical field of food processing apparatuses, particularly to a food processing apparatus container and a food processing apparatus. A food processing apparatus container of the present utility model comprises a cover assembly and a cup body, wherein the cover assembly comprises a plurality of holding members and a cover body arranged with a stirring shaft opening; the holding members are connected with the cover body and can hold the processing knife; the cup connecting body and the connected body butt each other to limit their mutual distance along the shaft axis of the stirring shaft opening and make the cover body and the cup body connected detachably. The present utility model can conveniently connect the cup body of any different function with the host through the cover body.
MICRO PUREE MACHINE WITH PARTIAL DEPTH PROCESSING
A micro puree machine includes a mixing shaft coupled to a blade and rotatable by means of a gear. A magnet is coupled to the gear and a rotation sensor is mounted on the machine housing. As the mixing shaft descends into the pre-frozen ingredients, the rotation sensor detects a magnetic field of the magnet as the gear rotates and generates a rotation signal in response. A controller receives the rotation signal and determines a rotation count associated with the gear, causing the mixing shaft to ascend back toward the housing once a pre-selected rotation count has been reached. The pre-selected rotation count correlates with the partial processing of the ingredients.
BREWING MACHINE FOR PRODUCING MILK
In accordance with various embodiments, a brewing machine or apparatus is disclosed. The brewing machine is a cold brewing automated plant-based milk maker that brews more than 10 kinds of plant-based milk. The cold brewing process uses filtration and vacuum to maximize milk extraction and minimize vitamin and mineral losses. The brewing machine includes a mesh filter disposed inside the container and configured to receive a food article, a blade assembly disposed inside the mesh filter and configured to fragment the food article to produce a liquid, and a vacuum assembly fluidically coupled to the container and configured to remove the liquid from the container. During brewing operation, the mesh filter is configured to capture the fragmented food article, and the vacuum assembly is configured to suction the liquid produced from the fragmentation of the food article.
CONTAINER FOR FOOD PROCESSING SYSTEM
An attachment for use with a food processing system is provided. The attachment includes a container body having a sidewall, a first end configured to be mounted to a food processing base, and a second end remote from the first end. The first end being open and the second end being partially closed. The attachment further includes a first agitating member including one or more blades. The first agitating member is receivable at the first end. The attachment also includes a second agitating member receivable at the second end including a fluid agitator. The fluid agitator is configured to direct a fluid to one or more regions of the container body.
