FOOD PROCESSING APPARATUS AND METHOD
Food processing apparatuses having a drive unit which has more than one mode of operation, works with more than one food processing container, and/or may be operated in more than orientation are disclosed. The drive unit may be operated in first and second modes of operation. In some embodiments, the drive unit may be actuated in a different manner in the second mode of operation as compared to the first mode of operation. In some embodiments, the orientation of the drive unit in the second mode of operation is vertically flipped upside-down as compared to the orientation of the drive unit in the first mode of operation.
BLENDER
A blender has a removable cap provided in a container lid. The blender includes: a container body configured to receive food; a blender body provided at a lower side of the container body and supporting the container body; and a container lid mounted removably to an upper surface of the container body and opening and closing the upper surface of the container body, where the container lid includes: a lid body having a lid hole vertically formed therethrough; the cap covering the lid hole; and a lock allowing the cap to be removably mounted to the lid body, the lock having a locking protrusion formed by protruding from the lid body to a side thereof, and a locking passage formed in the cap and receiving the locking protrusion.
A SHEARING BLENDER
A container assembly (50) for a food processor. The container assembly (50) includes a container (10) having a bowl (11) within which there is located a blade assembly (19). The blade assembly (19) includes a stationary blade (34) and a rotatably blade (35) with food being engaged by the blade (35), in cooperation with the blade (34) to cut the food. Additionally the container assembly (50) may include a container (10) having a concave bowl (11) within which there is a plurality of upward facing ribs (23).
BLENDER AND BLENDER CONTAINER
A blender includes a main body provided with a motor assembly; a container detachably mountable to the main body and of which an upper surface is opened; a handle having an upper end which is connected to the container and a lower end which is spaced apart from the container, where the handle includes a handle body formed integrally with the container and protruding laterally from an upper end of the container and extending downward from the container.
BLENDER AND CONTAINER FOR BLENDER
A blender includes a main body provided with a motor assembly, a container detachably mounted on the main body and having an opened upper surface to form a space in which food is received, a blade mounted at a bottom surface of the container to crush food by rotation, a main lid shielding the opened upper surface of the container and formed with a through-hole which is opened to communicate with the inside of the container, an auxiliary lid inserted into the through-hole and configured to open and close the through-hole, and an air vent formed between the auxiliary lid and an inner surface of the through-hole to discharge the air inside the container to the outside, where an inlet and an outlet of the air vent are disposed on different vertical extension lines with respect to a bottom surface of the auxiliary lid.
Combined Stirring, Mixing and Blending Apparatus for Commercial Kitchens
A stirring, mixing and blending (SMB) apparatus includes a mixing container mountable on a base which houses the components and controllers for rotating a blade assembly within the container. The blade assembly includes a pair of substantially flat wings mounted on the opposite sides of a horizontal rod. The wings are generally rectangular with rounded corners and blunt edges. The wings are oriented at a downward angle relative to the horizontal rod which enhances the stirring, mixing and blending functions of the apparatus.
Methods, Systems and Apparatus for Promoting the Pourability of Semi-Frozen and Semi-Fluidic Beverages From Beverage Containers
A beverage container for a blender includes one or more vibrating mechanisms coupled to a bottom portion of the beverage container or integrated within one or more walls of the beverage container. After a beverage has been blended, the one or more vibrating mechanisms are activated as the beverage is being poured. Vibrations from the one or more vibrating mechanisms are mechanically transmitted to the beverage container, thereby promoting the pourability of the beverage from the beverage container, including dislodging ingredients in the beverage that became lodged or trapped in crevices of the beverage container during the prior blending process, and freeing up beverage ingredients that accumulated at the bottom of the beverage container during the prior blending process.
BLENDING SYSTEM
A blending system is shown and described herein. The blending system may include a base including a motor, a blade assembly selectively and operably engaged with the base, where the motor drives the blade assembly, and a container having a cavity. The container includes a flute protruding from an inner surface. An exaggerated flute may extend closer to the blade assembly than the flute.
Combined measuring cup for mixing containers
A closure element for a mixing container of a blender, which comprises a pouring area for ingredients, the pouring area having an outlet opening into the underlying container of the blender, and comprises a measuring area which is disposed next to or under the pouring area and is separated from the pouring area.
Vertical moving and swing type blender
Disclosed is a vertical moving and swing type blender, which is capable of being moved vertically and swinging in right and left directions, thereby easily crushing food. The blender includes: a base member; a turning member configured such that a lower portion thereof is pivotally hinged to an upper portion of the base member; a main body disposed to be vertically movable in the turning member; a container member detachably coupled to an upper portion of the main body and configured to receive food, with a blade provided therein; a vertical elastic member elastically supporting the main body to allow the main body to be vertically movable in the turning member; and a horizontal elastic member configured such that a first end thereof is coupled to the base member and a second end thereof is coupled to the turning member so as to support the turning member horizontally and elastically.
