CONTAINER AND BLENDER HAVING THE SAME
20170224168 · 2017-08-10 ·

A container is adapted for use in a blender, and includes a surrounding wall surrounding an axis, defining a receiving space, and having an inner surface that faces the receiving space and that has spaced-apart bottom and top edges. The container further includes a plurality of turbulence ridges protruding from the inner surface of the surrounding wall into the receiving space. Each of the turbulence ridges extends from the bottom edge toward the top edge of the inner surface and extends spirally about the axis.

FOOD PROCESSOR AND SIDEWALL CLEANING MECHANISM THEREFOR

A food processor includes a base, a motor disposed within the base, a drive shaft operatively connected to the motor and extending outwardly from the base, the output shaft being rotatable upon actuation of the motor, a bowl mounted on the base for containing food items, a lid for covering the bowl and having an opening therein, and a sidewall cleaning mechanism operable to scrape an interior sidewall of the bowl while the lid is engaged with the bowl.

FOOD PROCESSOR HAVING INDEXING STORAGE CONTAINERS

A food processor includes a base, a motor disposed within the base, a drive shaft operatively connected to the motor and extending outwardly from the base, the output shaft being rotatable upon actuation of the motor, a bowl mounted on the base for containing food items, a lid for covering the bowl and having an opening therein, at least one storage container receivable within said bowl, and an indexing mechanism engageable with the at least one storage container and being operable to selectively index the storage container within the bowl.

Blending jar with scraper apparatus and methods

A blending apparatus includes a blending jar and a lid. The blending jar has an internal surface defining an internal volume, and a mixing blade positioned within the internal volume. The lid is releasably mounted to the blending jar and includes at least one scraper extending into the internal volume. The at least one scraper is adjacent to the internal surface of the blending jar and is arranged and configured to disrupt rotational flow of food particles within the internal volume and/or scrape food particles from an inner surface of the blending jar.

Food processor with overflow detection ring

Embodiment provides a food processor with overflow detection ring. The overflow detection ring includes an annular body, a detecting portion connected to an inner edge of the annular body and extending along one side of the annular body, and a lead connecting structure connected to an outer edge of the annular body. The annular body, the detecting portion, and the lead connecting structure are in electrically conduction with one another.

COOKING ATTACHMENT FOR A HEATABLE VESSEL OF A FOOD PROCESSOR

A cooking attachment for a heatable vessel of a food processor, which cooking attachment has one or more base openings, through which steam exiting from the vessel can enter into the cooking attachment and condensate can flow out of the cooking attachment into the vessel. In order for food which is contained in the cooking attachment to be cooked more quickly and uniformly, and/or to be kept hot following preparation, irrespective of its position within the cooking attachment, it is proposed that the cooking attachment should have a heating device which provides heating irrespective of the steam exiting from the vessel.

Container

A container includes a blending base, an internal wall surface, and an internal bottom surface. The blending base is formed inside the container, extending upward slantwise from a peripheral edge of the internal bottom surface to the internal wall surface. The blending base includes a plurality of turning portions and extended curves at a top edge thereof. The extended curves are linked with the turning portions and cling to the internal wall surface. Thus, the blending base does not adversely affect the appearance of the container and can enhance the blending effect. In addition, the container can be washed and cleaned easily due to the blending base.

Blending apparatus and methods

Blending devices can be used to blend material directly in a container such as a disposable container, such as a paper or plastic cup. In some instances, a disposable container can be coupled to an adapter that includes a blade assembly to blend a food product. The food product can be blended directly within the container when the container is coupled to the adapter and supported with a support sleeve that at least partially surrounds an exterior of the disposable container. In further instances, a stand can selectively couple with multiple different sizes of sleeves and disposable containers to the adapter. The food product can be blended directly within the disposable container without causing damage or flex to the disposable container.

MIXING BOWL ASSEMBLY

A mixing bowl assembly includes a bowl that has handles extending outwardly from the bowl. A lid is selectively coupled to the bowl. The lid includes an outer circumferential frame and grasping portions that extend outwardly from the outer circumferential frame. A planar wooden trivet is selectively coupled with the lid, wherein the planar wooden trivet defines at least a servicing position of the lid. A glass dome is selectively coupled to the planar wooden trivet and includes a handgrip that is selectively disposed within the bowl.

ICE CREAM MAKER ASSEMBLY

An ice cream making assembly includes a mixing bowl having an outer housing and an inner liner defining a wall cavity therebetween. The mixing bowl further includes a radiator fin unit received within a portion of the wall cavity and a phase-change medium filling a further portion of the wall cavity surrounding at least a portion of the radiator fin unit. The radiator fin unit defines an outer chamfer extending generally along an outer cross-sectional profile of the wall cavity and a tapered inner profile extending along inner cross-sectional profile of the wall cavity and in at least partial contact with the inner liner. The assembly further includes a dasher including first and second mixing arms extending outwardly from an anchor end of the axle and upwardly and outwardly to generally follow an angled inner profile of the a food-product receiving cavity defined by the liner.
