HEADPHONE
A headphone including right and left ear pieces and a connecting portion which connects the right and left ear pieces to each other. The headphone includes a control part which changes a position at which a sound image is localized in accordance with an orientation of a user's head, with respect to at least one of a first musical sound and a second musical sound different from the first musical sound, the first musical sound and the second musical sound being input to the headphone, and a speaker which is included in each of the right and left ear pieces and to which a signal of a mixed sound of the first musical sound and the second musical sound is connected in a case where the position at which at least one sound image is localized is changed by the control part.
NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM HAVING COMPUTER-READABLE INSTRUCTIONS AND SYSTEM

COMMUNICATION DEVICE FOR ELECTRONIC MUSICAL INSTRUMENT, ELECTRIC POWER SWITCHING METHOD THEREOF AND ELECTRONIC MUSICAL INSTRUMENT
A communication device for an electronic musical instrument includes a battery; an input terminal that is connected to a MIDI output terminal of the electronic musical instrument; an output terminal that is connected to a MIDI input terminal of the electronic musical instrument; a control unit that transmits and receives various kinds of electronic information between the electronic musical instrument and the other electronic instrument via the input terminal and the output terminal; and a switching unit that switches between taking in electric power to be supplied to the control unit through a MIDI signal line from the electronic musical instrument via the input terminal and taking in the electric power from the battery in accordance with a communication state of the control unit.
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION METHOD
A wireless communication device and a wireless communication method are provided. When a master mode is set in a mode memory, a mode setting notification is transmitted to a different wireless communication device. When a mode setting permission notification for the mode setting notification is received from the different wireless communication device, the master mode is settled as a communication mode, and the master mode is set in the mode memory. When a slave mode is set in the mode memory and when a mode setting notification is received from the different wireless communication device, the slave mode is settled as the communication mode, the slave mode is set in the mode memory, and a mode setting permission notification is transmitted to the different wireless communication device. Thus, the communication mode can be automatically set in a pair of wireless communication devices.
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION DEVICE, WIRELESS COMMUNICATION METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A wireless communication device and a wireless communication method capable of curbing occurrence of latency even when performing wireless communication at predetermined time intervals are provided. MIDI data is transmitted and received by communication (B) performed through a wireless module during an intermission between communications (A) performed at predetermined time intervals through the wireless module. Accordingly, a communication speed for wireless communication is improved. Therefore, compared to a case in which wireless communication is performed by only the communication (A), MIDI data can be quickly transmitted and received, and thus occurrence of latency can be curbed.
Motion/Position-Sensing Responsive Light-Up Musical Instrument
A system is described for an enhanced bow piece of a stringed musical instrument. The enhancement includes a visual display element attached to the bow. The appearance of the display changes in response to bow motion, bow position, and one or more user-supplied inputs (e.g. buttons). The system can be entirely self-contained and used as a normal instrument bow, providing a light-up/responsive effect while the user plays their instrument in an otherwise normal way. There is some capability for multiple self-contained units to be locally synchronized, providing group-based visualizations. Alternatively, these devices can be monitored and controlled by an external control system.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ADAPTING AUDITORY BIOFEEDBACK CUES AND GAIT ANALYSIS USING WIRELESS SIGNALS AND DIGITAL RESPONSES
A method for adapting auditory biofeedback cues to adjust a user's gait includes receiving a series of respective first signals from each sensor of an integrated sensor system and converting the series of respective first signals into a series of respective second signals. Each respective second signal within the series of respective second signals can be quantized as an audio biofeedback cue and modified so the timing of each respective second signal is aligned to a pre-selected temporal or musical grid. The user's gait is then analyzed as a function of the audio biofeedback cues and the pre-selected temporal or musical grid can be adapted to adjust entrainment of the user's gait.
Drumstick controller
A percussion device includes a drumstick assembly. The drumstick assembly includes a drumstick having a base and a tip end, and a drumstick tip secured to the tip end of the drumstick, the drumstick tip including a sensor. The drumstick including the base thereof, and includes at least one control button, a communication element, and a processor in communication with the at least one control button, the drumstick tip and the communication element. The processor is configured to receive a signal from the drumstick tip and to generate output to the communication element. The output so generated includes a signal that specifies a sound file selected by operation of the at least one control button.
Communication method, sound generation method and mobile communication terminal
A sound generation device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an identification unit configured to identify one mobile communication terminal from one or more mobile communication terminals capable of communicating, an acquisition unit acquiring setting data regarding generation of a sound or control of generation of a sound from identified one mobile communication terminal, and a sound generation unit configured to detect an operation on an operation unit and outputting a sound on the basis of detected operation and the setting data.
